  Lovely grounds surrounded by lots of mums, trees, bushes and plants….and a few goats that enjoy being fed. The indoor plants were on sale the day we were there. They also have a lovely gift shop inside, with jewelry, clothing, candles and candies. Beautiful place

  Beautiful annual flowers, perennials and trees. High quality and staff is friendly and helpful. Go see their spring show and sale now. Absolutely gorgeous spring flowers and trees, and if you suffer from the winter’s blues, this display will bring you right out the darkness and into the light.   Today was my 1st time ever hearing about or visiting grandma’s garden. Due to some construction I had to take a different way home and I’m thankful for it. I ended up buying a ton of herbs and while I will say they are a little overpriced, I got 48 for about $230, they seem to be very good quality which I’m willing to pay more for. Now of course I just got them today so i can’t speak on longevity but I am very hopeful after reading reviews. Everyone I came in contact with was very polite and helpful. As a side note, this has nothing to do with the review I just found it amusing, apparently I give off a “garden center” vibe as I had 4 separate customers come up and ask me questions about the product. Hopefully they were able to find someone who could help them.

  I love this place and I have very wonderful memories. My mother and I shared a love of plants and flowers we had many trips there. I still have not gone through the whole place.

  Comprehensive assortment of fliers, sculptures, pots and is visually beautiful. The gif shop has unusual merchandise. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is so nice that there is public restroom! I had a very good experience here and recommend it!

  We spent 120$ plus dollars on two trees that died within a month. Called and asked if there was anything they could do and was basically told not a chance. It makes it hard to get into diy yard landscaping and creating your own space when you’re not a professional gardener. Then they die and your out hard earned money. Not even a store credit or someone asking what I’m trying to achieve and suggesting the right plants for the job. Just wish they helped more. Well add them to the wood pile and burn them tonight.

  We ordered a standard size grave blanket. It turned lovely. Very happy with how it looks. Will definitely use Dayton Nursery again.

  I love coming here to buy my annuals and perennials. They also have a large tree selection. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I also just learned they have a botanical garden you can walk. It’s small but a nice Sunday day date!

  First time there today, and it was amazing. So many plants, flowers, trees, etc. Things I’ve never even heard of! This place is huge too! I highly recommend this place for everything from houseplants to designer landscaping plans. And go with a plan, you just might end up with sensory overload there :⁠-⁠) please refer all questions to Dayton’s Nursery.   I went in a Thursday morning. It was busy but they have plenty of parking and carts. They have a small play area for kids which could come in handy if they get restless. The have a large selection of annuals and perennials. When you go inside they have a good selection of rare plants. They are pricey of course. But if your looking for something special they just might have it. I love that they have everything clearly labeled and prices are easy to see and understand. I was looking for trees and rose bushes and didn’t find either. They do have a few bushes and miniatures which would make great bonsais. I found it overall a little pricey but definitely worth checking out.

  Came to visit from the mitten state and I’ll defiantly be making the drive to visit again in the future. Wonderful tropical/houseplant selection and I was blown away with how good the prices were + the plants are nice n healthy! Id give them 10 stars if I could because I was mind blown. ?

  This is the best place for vegetable plants ready to go into a back yard or community garden. The variety is amazing, and while their prices are higher than other greenhouses in the area, the survivability of their plant is superior. Terrific family business. They even offer demonstrations on the best way to plant, flowers, vegetables and small trees.

  This is my heaven!! I absolutely love this nursery. Amazing flowers for reasonable prices. You get what you pay for because the quality of the flowers are a 10!!!! I have been going here for almost 4 years now. I even find myself traveling 45 minutes to get my yearly supply. Happy flower day!!!
