  I would rate my experience at the Redmond location extremely negative, possibly even with 0 stars or a negative rating if it were an option. It was undeniably the most disappointing encounter I’ve ever had with a stylist. Despite providing her with a clear picture of the hairstyle I desired and discussing the specific details such as layers, thinning, and a trim, she completely disregarded my instructions. The end result was an absolute disaster, bearing no resemblance to the picture I had shown her. I was genuinely surprised by her lack of care and attention to detail, especially considering her professional background. Additionally, it was evident that she was rushed, possibly due to having other clients waiting. To compound my dissatisfaction, she cut my hair far too short from the roots, resulting in hair sticking up from my head and making it incredibly challenging to style without relying on countless pins. As a licensed hairstylist, I had expected a higher level of skill and precision. Frustrated with the outcome, I took matters into my own hands and attempted to fix my hair myself, which surprisingly yielded better results than her initial attempt. This experience has left me profoundly disappointed in Rudy’s Barbershop, and I have firmly decided not to return. Furthermore, the unwelcoming unprofessional individual at the reception only added to the overall discomfort and dissatisfaction I experienced during my visit and over the phone.

  I took my 10 yr old son for haircut , we were right at the last minute (I did call before about the same). They are unwelcoming. Since we were 2min late (literally) they couldn’t honour the appointment , however salon was empty. When you go to website you find the spots whole day.

  Update: Spoke to manager , she was nice and figured out how we can do in future. I do acknowledge that stylists do good haircuts, that’s the reason I come back

  I really hate leaving poor reviews, but after a few days of thinking on it, I have to leave it. I went in for a haircut because I desperately needed one before an event and Rudy’s is the closest place to me. Besides the pricing (which is moderately expensive) I got a seriously poor haircut. Asked for a fade and moreso just had half of my sides buzzed with a trimmer and just shoddy work on the top. They also had me in and out in like 15 minutes – was really rushed and just felt like they wanted to get rid of me. In a way, it’s karma for not going to my usual place, but yeah. I’m sure not all the hair stylists are bad, but my experience was a negative one.

  Some talented folks working here. Had 1 only bad haircut in the 10 years Ive been going to this location. Reasonably priced, very fast and very friendly. Highly recommend over anywhere else.

  Pretty expensive for service you get. $60 bucks for 20 mins haircut. Normally would be ok if service was outstanding, but was underwhelming and missed a few things (like hair wash) that have been included when I’ve to other Rudy’s. All up, nothing bad but value for money not there.

  Elizabeth at Sport Clips, Redmond was the best barber I’ve had in quite a while. No barber ever cared enough to shake hands and introduce themselves before. Great cut! Thanks Liz!

  Thursday July 13, 2023 online appointment reserved for 2:20 pm. I went in for my appointment which had me checked in as being the “next up” at a 3 minute wait. Over the course of new people coming in, it kept bumping me down the list at eventually #4 (from again, #1) with a 20 minute expected waittime. So I waited for my appointment time, waited 20 minutes, then they expected me to wait another 10 minutes as they were helping brand new walk-ins. I asked if there was an issue with the check-in because I explained I had waited for 20 minutes and I was the next up. She just asked if I wanted to be removed from the list!?!!?! Go elsewhere. Horrendous. Will be posting on Better Business Bureau.

  Pretty sure the Asian guy is mad at the world and took his frustration out on my scalp. After the aggressive haircut I agreed to a shampoo at which point pushed a ton of water into my ears. Instead of a towel to dry my head he literally used his hand and repeatedly swirled it around my head with a the hair dryer going. My shirt was soaked. I stupidly at this point agreed to an eye brow trim. It will take a long time for my eyebrows to grow back… if it was a white guy cutting an Asian’shair you could have described this as a hate crime….

  I walked in and the screen said 1 1/2 hour wait and nobody was waiting. I signed in and she said she can fit me in because nobody was there. I asked for a 1/2 on the side and a 1 on the top. The stylist shaved my whole head to a 1/2. I stopped here and asked why she did it all to a 1/2. Her response was “I have been doing this 30 years, a 1/2 and 1 are the same. I said I don’t think so you are incorrect. I said can you fix my hair, she said get out. I am very confused!!! Do not go!!!

  Tried different places and of all this is good salon to get decent haircut. Their app has option to check in online which saves lot of time. They have good sports ambience !!!

Every time I come I get exceptional service.
