  I came in today with an injured ankle and this was my first time visiting. My father accompanied me. We were both shocked and thrilled with the fast & superb treatment & service. The entire staff down to the security guard were all nice, friendly, helpful, accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I think I was greeted, treated, and discharged within an hour. I had Dr Glassmam and he’s super cool, listens to the patient, and explains diagnosis & treatment thoroughly but enough where you understand. My nurses & X-ray tech were awesome too! Originally being from the Chicago area, I’m used to spending anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours + in an ER before even being called back and another 2 hours once you do, not being attended to, and sometimes not the best bedside manner or care. I just want to say thank you to the staff because this was a complete change for myself and my dad and I will never go to another hospital! He’s even said he’ll drive across the state line to come back if needed. I wish they took patients for primary & preventative care!

  Our daughter needed to be seen. We decided to go here based on reviews and them being open 24/7. We arrived around 10pm and were seen immediately.

  Throughout the visit everyone was friendly and seemed to go out of their way to make sure our daughter was happy and cared for.

  They performed several test to determine what was making her sick. We are from out of the area, so the doctor made sure to give us a paper prescription to be able to fill it on our travels.

  During the stay they gave our daughter juice, snacks and stickers. She was able to pick out a stuffed animal and a toy out of the toy box before we left. They also gave everyone t-shirts.

  Overall it was a very good experience. I am hoping when we get the bill I will say the same ?

  Top tier service! Brought my 4y/o son in for swelling of his hand and face around 11:30pm. The moment we walked in we were greeted and attended to. The front desk staff, the nurse and the doctor were all amazing! Everything was so great! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! They took great care of us and had us in and out very quickly! I would give this place more stars if I could! Top notch!!!!

  Everyone was super sweet and patient with me. From the receptionist, nurses, technicians, and Drs. I really did appreciate how calm and professional they were. They explained every procedure about to be performed in great detail. I loved the reassurance from all the women who assisted me. It was so endearing to see the compassion they have! When usually hospitals give me panic, this place made me feel so at ease !

  If I could give more stars I would. I had already seen two different doctors before and was sorta ignored just basically given a band-aid over the actual problem. When I went here i had already been dealing with everything for about 4-5 months and it was just getting worse. The staff here were quick and extremely friendly. The nurse that helped me at 3am was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and like he was actually listening to me and cared. When the doctor finally saw me I thought she was just going to tell me the same thing I’ve been hearing and just give me the same medicine and I’ll be on my way. Thankfully to my surprise she wasn’t like the other doctors I had seen. She actually cared with what I was saying you can see the concern in her eyes when she pushed on my stomach and I cried. You can see it all on her face that she actually cared to help me and wanted to make me better. If it weren’t for that doctor I believe I would still be sitting on my bathroom floor crying and in pain. Thanks to someone who actually cared to take the time and run the necessary tests to see what’s wrong with me I’m able to finally go outside and enjoy what is left of the nice weather.
