in the last weekI went to get a COVID test as I needed a negative COVID test to go back to work. I made an appointment online and when I got there, i was the only person in the waiting room. I was surprised to see that several of the front desk staff were not wearing masks. When I got into the room, the nurse who came to take my COVID test also was not wearing a mask. You’d think medical professionals would want to protect their patients, but apparently not. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. They were good and quick and efficient. Once they got my results from the COVID rest back(about 4 days later) they called me and the nurse was very condescending. She asked me in a very rude tone “well why did you even need a COVID test?” And I told her I needed a negative test in order to go back to work. Definitely quick and efficient but customer care, and customer service are not priorities. Staff should protect their patients by wearing masks, and should not be rude to them.2 months agoGood place! Very convenient and clean. The nurse, Michelle, also handles front desk, is so awesome! Friendly, caring and really nice! Dr was good too. Explained everything. Will definitely keep this as my Urgent Care go to.2 months agoI took my daughter for a HS sports physical. It was quick & easy. I filled out an appointment request online & they got us in and out within 30 min for the whole process & itvwas just $35. The receptionist was polite and helpful, the nurse (I think he name was Melissa but can’t remember for sure, sorry) was so kind & compassionate she eased my daughter’s fears of what the physical was going to include. It was really basic & comfortable for my 14yr old girl. I DEFINITELY recommend this place for sports physical!!!!! Beats going to the general doctor’s office appointments.a week agoGot us in super quick. My daughter, who is 2 years old was crying and very uncomfortable. Dr nikki was so nice and patient with us. Would def recommend going to this Urgent care3 months agoI was in and out pretty quickly. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen by either the nurse or the doctor. Both were very polite and professional and as someone with anxiety especially when it comes to anything medical I was very at ease. I really like this place and feel less anxious about the idea of going again if need be.

Highly recommend.4 months agoCame here twice so far, and each time I was seen pretty quickly. The practitioner was attentive when I explained my symptoms and was very helpful when I called and had to change the antibiotics that were prescribed to me. Overall good experience with this place.4 months agoIt was super quick. Made an appointment online when I felt something coming on. I was seen and out within an hour and PA Doug was very cool – presented everything I needed to know, gave me agency to make my own choices. I enjoyed my visit.3 months agoWorst experience ever girl in the front her name is Perla A. she stated she was an MA had the worst attitude as soon as I came in I saw her body language was like ugh another patient and her eyes rolling also she was very contradicting I was there to check in my daughter and sister and because my sister was 2 minutes late she stated that she was not going to see her and was over talking to me with an attitude, has no customer service skills and also has no patient skills. Usually all my family go there but since this happened with this rude person they will no longer go there I expect good service when paying $150.00 dollars and will also call corporate about this individual. Also Np there I do not recommend she prescribed medication to my daughter and stated to give it to her only if fever is high and she did not even check her throat to see if she has an infection also stated that she my daughter has covid and wanted to charge me $120.00 for the test when covid testing is free every where so unsatisfied with this place and do not recommend they treat you like a number and do not put themselves on your shoes

2 months agoI went in with a clogged ear issue. I was concerned about it because I was to fly to Florida on Sunday and was afraid I might harm my ear drum. I couldn’t hear out of my left ear! Anyway, the PA and staff took excellent care of me. It was a wax buildup issue and all of them were diligent about helping me get my hearing back. I was so relieved my issue was nothing worse than wax buildup. I am thankful for all of their help. Awesome people!
