  Fantastic experience here! The office was clean and nice with books for my daughter to read while we waited. We were taken back quickly. The staff was amazing with my 7-year-old who gets pretty nervous and emotional at the doctors. They were so patient and helpful with her. The NP we saw was so kind, thorough, and even sought some outside opinions to help make sure he was diagnosing her correctly. We will definitely come back you this office.

  Check in process and staff are friendly and courteous. The space is clean and comfortable. We did have to wait for x rays way to long and eventually left to be called with results. Staff was extremely apologetic and did check on us numerous times to keep us informed and offered us drinks and blankets for comfort. I would absolutely recommend. It felt like going to a small family practice that cared.

  I’m from out of town and had a tricky emergency that required a lot of back and forth with providers back home and faxing of stuff. Corner Clinic was an awesome experience, they went above and beyond to help me out with a non standard medical request and saved my vacation! Staff were super friendly and went the extra mile! Also super awesome 80s new wave playlist going all day! Highly recommend!

  We were from out of town and I searched for an urgent care. It wasn’t the closest but I liked the reviews and they didn’t disappoint. The front desk helped me so much. And didn’t rush me! I forgot the doctor’s name but she took her time with us! I appreciate that! I’m thankful for this spot. They took our insurance.

  We love the Corner Clinic!! The providers are amazing, the nurses are so kind and helpful, and the wait times are so reasonable! It’s always clean and they do everything they can to make you comfortable. Now that they take insurance, we won’t be going to any other instacare!

  Dr. Chamberlain is amazing! Most of our visits are speedy and pleasant. All the staff have been friendly and helpful for any questions or concerns I have. The checkin process is straight forward along with short wait times. The longest wait I’ve had here was for an orthopedic surgeon but I understand if there is an emergency that takes president.

  Just wanted to share a terrible experience I had with the imaging department. Firstly they seemed a bit incomplete on how to cut me to get samples for a possibility of cancer (big scary). They had to cut me twice and still didn’t understand what they were doing. I left there with a few scars and nothing done… I ended up paying my bill for what I owed them for the price we discussed since I hadn’t had any insurance at the time and was cash pay. I paid the agreed upon total in full as I don’t like having any loose bills floating about, 2 weeks later I received another bill for almost the same amount? I called them up and explained the situation and that I had already paid for what had been done and that they must have mistaken me for someone else because I had paid my bill. I went about my life and 2 months later I get a call from collections about an unpaid bill and had to pay again for nothing done. Revere Health will intentionally try and ruin your credit if you don’t just keep paying for them to cut you and not get anything done. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANYWHERE ELSE TO GO. IHC was wonderful to work with, unlike Revere Health. Please for your safety, health, and credit score stay as far away from this place as you can.

  The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because Dr. William Esplin is amazing as are his medical assistants. However, I got road rash last Saturday from crashing an electric scooter. By Monday it was red, and hot to the touch. I went to Revere’s urgent care to get it taken care of and get antibiotics. Emily Burleston, NP and her medical staff treated me poorly. I was essentially brushed off. While checking me in the first medical assistant called me a ‘mess’. She then cleaned my wound and left. We waited what seemed like an extremely long time while I was I. Obvious SEVERE pain and crying. NP Burleston then prescribed me an antibiotic at HALF the recommended dosing. By Wednesday I was in so much pain and my leg was turning purple so I went to the ER. There I got a shot of a tip optics and a prescription of the same medicine in the appropriate amount. I’m now doing much better but healing is taking longer because Emily and her staff didn’t ask any questions and assumed I didn’t know what I was talking about when I told them my wound was infected. This was the most absolute poor experience I’ve had in a healthcare experience in my life. I could have died of sepsis.

  I had went here for my boyfriend since he had some issues down there, they gave him a shot & some antibiotics (that didn’t help at all) later in the night the swelling got worse & we had to go to the ER. They never told him what caused the issue or what the issue was. So for that reason terrible. Also the staff were very unprofessional.

  Everyone that I encountered during my visit was awesome, from the front desk to the MA to the xray tech to the NP Hannah Davis. They were all so kind and really listened when I explained my history and symptoms. She gave me a treatment plan and prescriptions and I was feeling sooo much better within 48 hours. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing medical assistance. It’s super clean and nice inside and there was no wait at all on that Saturday morning. Thank you to everyone who works there, I appreciate you more than you’ll ever know!!!

  My son cut his chin open 06/29/23 and we got to the instacare at 6:55. We saw on the door that they closed at 7. I assumed they wouldn’t be able to see us but when I asked they were happy and so kind to stitch him up. The whole team stayed a half hour extra and were so kind! He was screaming for most of it but they were so great and made the whole experience perfect! They made a difficult situation an easy one. What a great team and staff!

  Received great care and much more quickly than the “wait time to be seen” board indicated. The nurse, PA, and Imaging techs were warm, kind, and caring – thank you! Only drawback was the front desk rep was quite cold and robotic and spoke so loudly that everyone in the area knew personal info about me – yikes! It’s optimal when the first face you see in a setting like that is warm and compassionate.

  My experience was primarily as a scheduled appointment and not regarding the instacare service. The staff were very nice, friendly, and efficient. All staff were wearing masks and there are several hand sanitizer stations through the facility. On a good weather day they leave the door open so you don’t even need to touch a door handle. Seating area is comfortable and clean. Plenty of space between seats.

  Lady at the front desk was awesome!!!!!! The nurse who got everything set up was great. Can’t say too much about the”um, um, well, um” PA who gave me the wrong antibiotic.
