3 months agoThe nurse was very friendly and the NP was awesome. She even took a little extra time with me to answer other health questions unrelated to what I was being seen for. Would highly recommend this Urgent Care!The only reason I’m not giving a 5 is the wait. I had a 1:15 appt and waited 30 minutes before being seen. Normally, a 30 minute wait would be expected, but there was LITERALLY only one car in the customer parking lot and the waiting room was empty, so the other patient was already in a room. But overall it was a great service and I’d definitely recommend!

a month agoClinic was quite busy but I still had no wait time and the staff was very kind and attentive. Kare, the medical assistant, had a very upbeat personality which was refreshing to be greeted by and a welcome change from your typical overworked healthcare staff that often make you feel as though they are upset with you for being there. Christi, the APRN, was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything and answered my questions without making me feel rushed; ordered the necessary tests and had my prescriptions at the pharmacy before I was out of the clinic. Definitely a positive experience and I would highly recommend them.a month agoCustomer service of any business affects where I go to eat, do business or anything else. They were great from the time I walked in! Young guy at front desk is who you need to have in that position – courteous, friendly, thorough etc. Rest of the staff was very nice and you could tell they listened in order to fully help.a month agoThis is the absolute best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I had knee pain that wouldn’t allow me to walk properly, and they were kind enough to get me a wheelchair. The nurse and doctor took care of me and were extremely patient with any questions I had. Thank y’all so much!2 weeks agoThe facility is kept very clean. Staff is always friendly. When I brought my small child with me the nurses and APRN were accommodating and playful. Staff was very attentive to medical needs.

4 months agoFor being the only emergency vet around they are not bad. Just be prepared to pay everything upfront or to take out care credit.My girl had to be ran to the vet last month and my only real complaint is that the vets seem like they are so worn out by the end of their shift that they lack empathy and take forever to tell you your results. We showed up at 4:30 on a Thursday and did not leave until 9:30. They were constantly in and out of the lobby and exam rooms but would take forever to tell us what was going on. We sat in the lobby for an hour and a half before being moved into an exam room and had to wait another 45 minutes before even being told that she was going to need tests run on her that we thought they had already done, then we waited another 45 minutes before being told to go back to the lobby and sign more paperwork for more tests.
We were moved around a ton and not told much other than the amount we had to pay which was a significant amount and very stressful. Make sure when you come here that you have the money to make the charges because it is very stressful.
They were able to help our girl to a extent it just sucked not being told everything right away and it seemed that money was their main focus, not caring for the pets immediately.
2 months agoI got there around 11 p.m on a Saturday which I already expected it to be busy but they attended me very quickly and made me aware of the wait that was expected. They talked to me after an hour just like they said and was I was able to get a good understanding of what was going with her tummy and what was needed to be done for her to get better, which she did. The whole staff and Dr rushing (or something similar) and her assistant included were communicative and accommodating to me and my puppies needs and they didn’t push me for an unnecessary big bill. Thank you :))2 months agoMy cat got extremely sick very suddenly. She wouldn’t eat or drink. I brought her to AES in Springdale and was beyond impressed. The staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and understood how important my cat is to me. Even though they had an EXTREMELY heavy weekend flow, they still got to my baby. Bloodwork was done, all the tests, and they figured out exactly what was wrong and throughly explained it to me. I was given medication for my cat and detailed instructions on how & when to give it to her. I would recommend this place and the men and women on this staff to anyone who loves their animals. 10/10 staff members & overall experience.3 weeks agoGreat experience. Our dog got into some xylitol gum last night and they got him back immediately to make him vomit. Everyone was friendly and the facility was very clean. Thankfully , we got to take our boy home quickly. Very grateful to have this hospital as an option.2 weeks agoMy pups and I were in town visiting and had a situation that my vet back home refused to help with. It was a holiday weekend and a Sunday so this was the only place open. Even though they were very busy they are able to see my dog quickly. They understood my dogs situation and worked to resolve things very quickly. The doctors, assistants, and front desk were all very helpful. The doctor even got on the phone with me to talk over what was going on, she was very understanding and practical. They are able to get my dog in an out very quickly. The cost of the visit and medication was reasonable considering they are a 24hour emergency vet. Thanks AESC

in the last weekThis a very nice clinic. I love Dr. McGowan and his father before him. The nurses have also been fantastic. The lab person is also very good usually hits with one stick of the needle.in the last weekDon’t know what Dr Turner’s deal is, but both times I’ve come to visit him he acts condescendingly towards me as if it’s a nuisance that I’m there. That followed with his sarcastic comments he made today on my way out… yea, I’m not coming here anymore. The whole staff is wonderful and do their job with a smile, you feel as though you’re the only patient there that day. All ages, Medicare accepted & most of the time, same day appointment, if needed. If your looking for a new or different Dr. give them a try.3 months agoI had my wellness physical. I was treated very kindly and all my questions and concerns were answered. It was a very pleasant visit. My appts are always timely and professional ! All of the Doctors are very Nice and My PCP – Cori Steele is one of the best Doctors, i’ve had in a very long time. I am always comfortable speaking to her about anything and everything without Judgement. The best thing about Her is she always takes the time to Listen to what I have to say and she will exhaust all avenues needed to treat myself the correct way and put my mind at ease. I have nothing but good things to say about Mana and their Staff. Thank you for all you do !!
