4 months agoWent to this facility because I had sliced my ring finger with a knife blade. The staff were so kind at Checkin and processed my paperwork quickly. The nurse who saw me to an examine room was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. The physician who stitched up my finger was very caring and efficient in her work. I enjoyed talking with her as she stitched my cut. This facility is excellent at what they do and I highly recommend them.a month agoGreat staff! Very easy to check in and the staff were very nice. Kenneth was the NP who saw me and he was so professional & friendly! Definitely will go back again if I ever need to – thank you all so much! Please feel free to use my review on your website ?3 months agoWent in for a covid test (negative) was met with love n kindness… The nurses n receptionist’s are tops! I hope they stay there forever ? I could only give a score of 10 online but I can definitely say they’re 100+ in my book! Dr’s are outstanding too! ?4 months agoIt’s really nice you can schedule an appointment online, when you’re super sick and not in a place to wait hours at an immediate care that really makes a difference. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean. Hopefully I don’t have to return for a while, but the next time I do catch something I know needs to be seen quickly I will be back!4 months agowait time was minimal. staff friendly and knowledgeable. was able to get x-rays and diagnosis fairly quickly

a week agoI absolutely LOVE Concentra Urgent Care! My daughter needed a sports physical since her last one was in January & it must be after April, and I have been calling around since her Pediatrician is booking out to January. I called Concentra this morning, their physical was $40 vs $60+ and they were thee Nicest staff I have experienced anywhere, especially an Doctors office! From beginning to end, it was wonderful! They were nice to me & even asked about my daughters sports interests. It is great to see a medical facility that still has Great Service, Great Times and Affordable Prices. Thank you again! I will not go anywhere else for me or my daughters urgent needs.2 weeks agoConcentra Urgent Care was short handed of course. But they treated me with respect and professionalism. I did have to wait almost 3hrs to be seen, but I expected it as unfortunately, this is healthcares new normal. Sad but true, do more with less.a month agoIf I could give half stars I would. So I would rate them at bout 3 1/2 to 4 stars. The reason why is because of the wait. For a hour I sat there with only one person in the waiting area. I was only there for a urine drug screen. I had to pee so bad. I asked them if I could just get the cup so I could pee in it and I got told to wait. I almost peed myself. But other than those issues, everything else was fine.4 weeks agoWould give 0 stars if I could. I went in for simple pre employment drug screening and a TB test. I was told there were only 4 people in front of me. It took over 3 HOURS to be called back. I told the front office staff that I had an appointment at another place which I missed because Concentra was so unprofessional. I saw staff on their phones, leisurely talking and socializing with other staff, and just generally wasting my time and others. The total time I was in the back was less than 7 minutes. There is absolutely no justification or reason for this to have taken almost four hours.a month agoThe staff is friendly and encouraging and helping me to get back up on my feet after an injury. I am satisfied with the progress I am making. Our goal together is for me to be fully mobile again back to my original state that is my goal and the goal of the staff.

Thank you for such wonderful staff5 months agoDom Mahoney is the best doctor I’ve ever had and 60 years old and she’s great she gets right down to everything she can’t take care of it she’ll send it to somebody who can she’s there for all your needs she listens she really is a great nurse practitioner to me she is my doctor and I will never ever leave her everyone everyone should try Village medical they’re hooked in with Walgreens they’re excellent they’re the best if I could give him a hundred Stars I would please take my advice and go to Village Medical thank you all I hope everybody is reading my post and God bless you all7 months agoI am an employee with Village but today I became a patient as well. It was really nice to be on the other side of things and see what our patients experience in our clinics. My provider was amazing and everything from start to finish was a very smooth and efficient process. I felt listened to, validated, and at no point did I feel rushed through my appointment. Such a wonderful change from my usual doctor’s visits. I love this company as an employee and now I love this company at a patient as well. Can’t say enough good things about Village Medical!in the last weekDawn Mahaffey NP is phenomenal! She listens to her patients and takes the time needed to do a thorough assessment of issues.
