Nye was able to see me on such short notice when my crown popped out. I felt respected and cared for during my visit, and the entire staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I appreciate how open Dr. Nye was about my dental issues and how thoroughly she answered all my questions. She was able to correct a bad previous dental procedure and I will most likely be returning to her for any future cleanings and procedures in the future now. Jada, Nate, and Alice got me right in and got everything processed with ease. Dr. Bateman did an amazing job on the root canal and cap. I was in so much pain and they were absolutely amazing. She educated me on the serious issues that I am having that are affecting my gums. It was a mystery to me and I was nervous but she explained everything that she was going to do in her power to get my gums back to healthy. I didn’t know about lasers or why I would need that but after she went over all the details of how I got to this point it all made sense. I could tell she felt genuinely saddened that this had been overlooked by other dental professionals up to this point. She promised she would always do what she could in her power to make a difference for me. Thank you to Alice and Naomi for taking such good care of me when I was getting my X-rays and thank you Dr Nye and Ace for making me feel so comfortable. I really had the best experience here at this office! They’ll be seeing me more oftena month agoI scheduled an appointment at Emergency Dental with concerns about a broken tooth and received Immediate quality care.Dr. Bateman (along with Jada, Ace, Alice and others) did a great job making my visit as comfortable as possible. They were courteous, attentive, and professional.

a month agoVery slow clinic with long waits and computer issues. I expressed this to Nurse Mark Aldridge, Director of the clinic, and he refused to proceed with my appt after my 2 hour wait. No measures to help patients with these long waits (as this is time off work unpaid). Instead, he told me to go “find another clinic and go somewhere else”. I got my file and left. I don’t recommend this clinic. Lots of hours waiting involved and they did little for me. Update: I went to U of U Occupational Health and the care is substantially better, and I got to select my Physical Therapist. Within 1 week, I now have my injury being addressed, no wait- I go immediately into appts, I get 1000% better care, with multiple types of treatment, from people who love their job and care about you! I see light at the end of the tunnel! With 3 new sessions there has already been significant improvement in pain, and now I’m hopeful this injury will be resolved.a month agoWent here for a pre-employment drug screening. Was quick & easy, staff was friendly & offered me a drink & snacks while I was there. Facility was clean & easy to find. Satisfied with the checklist Doctors went through to make sure there were no serious injuries. The Physical Therapy at the location I was at did not feel very sanitary. Although patients had to wash hands before treatment I never saw any of the tables or equipment cleaned after use. Treatment was all performed by what I would describe as an intern. Even when the intern was juggling 3 patients at once the Physical Therapist never jumped in or showed an interest. Although I was better after a week it’s hard to say if treatment helped or if I would have gotten better with rest and stretching on my own. I’ve expirienced more privacy, sanitation and better treatment methods at other Physical Therapy facilities.4 months agoI wished I could have gone here originally. Clean, friendly. My doctor was great. Even though I got there just before closing, they took me in, examined my previous wound and took xrays.

2 weeks agoI recently went to this location for the first time and I loved it. I was lucky and got there at the perfect time, because nobody was there and I was seen within 5 minutes!I have hypothyroidism and sometimes when I’m sick, I become weaker than the average person and because of this, I was anxious being there, but you walk right through the door and there it is. The couches are big and comfortable in case you need to lay down, too. I love the south ridge location, but walking through the big parking lot and through the hospital can be difficult and scary for me. This is my new go to location!
Linda is such a sweet and lovely person! She truly cared about how I was doing and felt so bad that I wasn’t feeling well. She made me feel validated and safe. She cares about each of her patients and I really appreciate her.
3 weeks agoI had a great experience at this InstaCare with Dr. Duncan! He really took the time to talk to me and for once, a doctor visit didn’t feel transactional. He’s very personable and genuinely cares for the patients.a week agoAll of my concerns were addressed. I half expected to be told “You’ve just got a cold. Tough it out.” But everyone treated me respectfully and took good care of me. I am feeling better now.5 months agoI have been to this urgent care 4 or 5 times now, and I LOVE this urgent care!!! ❤ They always get me in very quickly, and the doctors and staff are all incredible and friendly. I don’t understand anyone that would give this place a bad review, I have always been given the exact medical treatment and medications I need, I never feel rushed, the doctors have ALWAYS made time to answer my questions even if they had other patients, I can get a bit anxious when I have something medically going on (I think it’s the British in me lol), and they have always been patient and kind and helpful. One nurse or staff member, Kara (or Cara, not sure how to spell it) has stuck out to me twice now when I’ve visited, she offered me water on both occasions, been a sweetheart, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable both times, and even listened and comforted me and re-assured me once when I was crying and I’m sure she had better things to do so I wanted to give her a huge shout out and a massive thank you to all the staff and physicians there! They all take great care and interest in their patients, and make you feel like a person not just an appointment.3 months agoA pleasant surprise after I had talked to an unwelcoming staff member over the phone. Dr Poynor was very friendly, observant, and efficient. He even looked up a pharmacy for us that would be on our way and gave us a hard copy of the prescription in case theirs wouldn’t come through.
