  We went in first thing by this morning and couldn’t believe the clean, caring, and wonderful environment here. I’ve never been to an urgent care that has been even a 2 star experience and this one is beyond 5 stars easy. Apparently they also act as a primary care and I am seriously considering that option after our amazing experience here. From the staff, nurses and doctors everyone is a joy to work with and it’s such a calm and happy place to be. Felt almost more like a spa experience to be honest. The assistant was so caring; she even wrapped up extra gauze, bandages, antibacterial, swabs and saline solution for us to treat the wound at home going forward. Just never experienced this much awesome by the entire staff (doctor included) at an urgent care clinic before. Honestly this place is absolutely a dream to come to, especially after experiencing such careless staff and billing at the PAMF/Sutter location before. Thanks Instant UC! You’re our urgent care provider from now on- so thankful you’re nearby.

  This place is wonderful! Everyone from the receptionist to the intake nurse to the doctor were caring, competent, and efficient, and the office was clean and pleasant. This is now my go-to place for urgent care in Dublin, CA.

  I’m not sure exactly what I expected, but it was NOT the quick, easy, efficient and professional experience I had at this small hidden diamond of a facility. Every staff member was very kind and caring and knew what they were doing. My doctor was excellent, addressing precisely what I was there for but pulling the threads of peripheral issues so that I ended up with a complete plan for immediate and longer-term issues. Way better than I was prepared for. 100% aces over there. You could certainly do worse… Not sure, though, that you could do much better.

  Service was great but billing was a nightmare. My covid test was in 8/2022, they did not bill my insurance until 2/2023. They billed for a doctor visit even though it was only a covid test and they did not responding to my insurance company for any documentation requests even though my insurance requested them at least 5 times. They said they were going to call me, automated caller called me. Never a person. The worst medical billing experience I’ve ever experienced.

  The receptionist in the front was very nice and answered all my questions. The staff here is very nice but I feel that they are short staffed for the high demand of patients who come in. I came in for something simple due to a new employment and I waited 2 hours where anywhere else does it within 25 minutes. Not enough seating and the 2 hour wait I was in there for many other patients were complaining due to the wait.

  After reading reviews of this place, everyone is right. I came in at opening for a DOT Physical, they had an opening for 230. Came back at 230 and wasn’t seen until 4pm. The actual visit was quick though and everyone was nice. But I strongly suggest you don’t plan anything that day because you will be waiting for a while.

  The Center Operations Director (Mariana) and her staff are super friendly and welcoming. Mariana went out of her way to help us through a TB test situation. She try’s to do what is right for the customer, which is appreciated. I recommend this Concentra location for sure!

  I would love to shout out Michelle Dominguez, located in Pleasanton, CA!

  I was given incorrect information during my office visit which caused me to make multiple unnecessary trips to the clinic to complete a test for a new job. Michelle was empathetic to my situation, acknowledged the issue I was facing, and assisted me with my issue, after completing my physical exam. Michelle was kind, understanding, and most importantly, put herself in the patient’s shoes. Despite the clinic being absolutely busy, she never made me feel rushed or that my issue did not matter.

  I am currently in the waiting room. I have came here 3 days in a row to get a physical. First 2 days they were too busy when I got there at 12. I got here at 830 was told I would get in at 11 at the latest. I just got in at 12:45. HORRIBLE.

  Each time I’ve visited this health clinic, I’ve had consistently positive experiences. For some reason, I’ve found my experiences here to be notably better compared to other Sutter Health locations. The health practitioner, nurse, and front desk receptionist were all friendly and hospitable, contributing to a welcoming environment. They created a warm atmosphere. My health practitioner, in particular, took the time to thoroughly address all my questions, and I left feeling well taken care of.

  They were on time and very professional and very courteous. The doctor was very good and checked all the symptoms and asked me questions about the illness.The office was very clean and new looking. You couldn’t ask for anything more, they took me right away, doctor came right in, and took great care of me, that to me is 5 star service. Thanks Doc, I feel better already.

  I’ve been to this location twice, once for a vaccination, and another time for a walk-in appointment after making an appointment less than an hour before. On both occasions, the visit was quick, professional and proficient. While the staff members were different on both visits, the treatment was exceptional in both cases. I would readily go back, and I would recommend the location for others. Very good patient service.

  I had bug bites with infections (suspected tick bites), feeling the condition won’t get better by itself, so I made an appointment to visit Sutter Walk-In Care – Dublin.

  The appointment step is very straightforward (I did it online), Once I was in the clinic, the staff is friendly, and the wait time is very short.

  After a though check, the physical assistant (Ms. Phung) gave me a very clear explanation of her diagnosis, the treatment plan and various contingency schemes in case the original treatment doesn’t work as expected.

  Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

  First, its not a walk-in care you need appointments which defeats the purpose. Second, I expected to get prescription for the ailment I went there for but was said they don’t provide any for that – basically they only prescribe for limited ailments. After forcing them to prescribe they did. Overall experience was not good. Better to go to a place where there is a physician.
