  I had a fantastic experience from the time I scheduled my appointment online until I walked out of the office. The service was outstanding, the facility was impeccably clean, the staff displayed professionalism and a wonderful attitude, and there were minimal wait times. The doctor was both knowledgeable and compassionate. My only criticism pertains to the parking situation – it’s advisable to park on the street rather than next door due to strict security restrictions.   The whole experience was pretty easy. I made a same-day appointment online. When I arrived, intake was straightforward and I didn’t have to wait very long. Was a bit of a wait time but honestly that didn’t bother me with how the staff was. Definitely recommend. I felt so cared for.

  Took my husband to get checked out. I was able to make a same day appointment online. We arrived, filled out paperwork and turned it in. We waited a couple of minutes and he was called. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were great. Highly recommend this urgent care.

  Advanced Urgent Care of Pasadena provided really fast turnaround — even with a waiting room full of people on the 4th of July. I am so impressed by the efficiency and service orientation of the front desk, together with the extremely high levels of medical care (and kindness) I received from Melissa and Deborah – the medical staff.   Had the worst experience at this urgent care. The staff at the reception is helpless and clueless. Alicia helped me but all others were clueless. The doctor was not clear about the treatment or exams they are doing neither the results. I came to have a pcr test for covid and they did an antigen test instead. I only find out when I saw the results . I had to come in a second time the next day . Wait for another 2 hours to get the correct test and they wanted to charge me for a new appointment. Doctors should be clear about what proceadures they are doing and what are you being charged for ( as per the printed billing rules at the reception ). Also , most of the times there is no staff at the reception

  Great experience with everyone in this facility. All the nurses, the technician, and the doctor were super nice and informative. They made me feel like they really cared. The only reason for the 4 star was because of how long I had to wait to be seen. They do conveniently text you when you are 15 minutes away from your turn. However, they told me (from what I heard they were telling everyone the same thing) it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. It was more like 2 to 2 1/2 wait. Other than that, everything else was top of the line.

  Organized, professional,and clean. Depending on the time you go, the average wait time is about 1.5-2 hours.

  Everything is mostly electronic. They minimize contact by having registration done over tele aka virtual. You speak to the monitor and can scan documents through the scanner. You get a text to track your place in line. It’s pretty seamless. Prescriptions can be sent electronically to your local pharmacy of choice.

  The doctor was friendly and thoughtful. Would recommend this Urgent Care.

  Came here for an employment drug screening and was pleasantly surprised. The app is well designed and easy to use. Online setup is a breeze. The location is clean and airy—feels very comfortable here. Friendly service, if understaffed. Just give yourself some extra time in case parking gets full, it’s a busy area.   Incredibly RUDE staff and secretary is still stuck on her high horse forcing mask mandates in customers when there isn’t even a mask mandate in effect.   Lady at the front seems like she doesn’t know what shes doing, the staff is so rude and unorganized. Definitely a place I don’t recommend going to, they don’t take their job seriously. So unprofessional and they wasted all the time of my day. Canceled my appointment because I was filling out paperwork which wasn’t fair since I didn’t even know the paperwork had to be filled out, refund for my money is taking about 2 months i guess, such a disorganized place. Don’t waste ur time or money here

  Walked in with some crazy pain on my throat and 0 sleep. Everyone from the front desk to Clarence PA-C were great and efficient. Clarence was very throughout with explaining my symptoms and next steps and im extremely happy to say 1 days after I’m starting to feel myself again.
