a week agoI recently visited XPress Urgent Care and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was professional, and efficient. The facility was clean and well-equipped, and I experienced minimal wait times. The medical team was knowledgeable and provided excellent care. I highly recommend Xpress Urgent care for anyone in need of urgent medical attention.2 weeks agoThis is the worst Urgent Care experience that I have ever had! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TRUSTWORTHY HEALTH CARE!! My husband went to this facility for a Covid PCR nasal swab on Monday. He was told that the results of a PCR Covid nasal swab test would be available by the next day (Tuesday). The following day we called numerous times and could not get anybody to answer the phone and/or call us back. Finally on Wednesday we were told the test was still “pending”, we were told the same thing on Thursday. Accordingly, I finally drove over to the location and was told by the receptionist that there was something wrong with the machine at LabCorp, the lab where the specimens are sent. This was/is a complete and utter LIE! I called the LabCorp and was told that Xpress Urgent Care miscoded the sample as a saliva sample and there was nothing wrong with the machine at the lab. LabCorp informed me that they were waiting for Xpress Urgent Care to apply the correct code and had been waiting for 3 days. Today is Friday, 5 days later, and I am still being told that the results are pending. We have not been able to get any kind of a response from the Office Manager or the Owner of this sub level facility. Apparently, as both a patient and a customer we are not important enough for any type of attention whatsoever let alone expeditious treatment of the nasal sample. I will be reporting them to the California Medical Board! Simply horrifying!! They should lose their license!a week agoI went in so sick… Got an injection, and prescriptions… Within 3 days got a follow up call to my surprise (on Sunday) and they gave me a medication to help my throat. This place is amazing! Thank you so much!a month agoI went in to get a covid test. The nurse. And front desk receptionist were very nice. They both were able to help me with what i needed. I got the rapid covid test. needed to wait almost a hr and 30 minutes for my results. Once the time was up i needed to call for my results. The receptionist. Was able to send me a copy of my results quickly.a month agoIt was easy to make an online appointment. Once I arrived, I was greeted and was taken back for a urinalysis test. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend it to family and friends. Thank you

a month agoThis place is great. I’ve passed by it for years and never tried it. I had a bad fall from a horse and these guy took amazing care of me over a weekend. The staff is professional and the office is very welcoming and clean. I’d highly recommend.a week agoDr Ali is Remarkable! He takes time not only to outline what he wants you to do but also has a wonderful philosophy for his patient’s health.a year agoDon’t go to this place! It’s totally a fraud. We went there for stomachache 2 times. The first visit is on 5/15 and the second follow up visit is on 5/28. They charged us $79 for the first visit consulting and $120 for the second time consulting. In addition to that, they required us to do a mandatory $39 covid test on the second visit. When I called them later, asking about how do they define “follow up”, they told me that the follow-up is free within 10 days and $60 after 10 days. When I ask them why was charged $120, they said between 10 days and 17 days, the follow-up fee will be $60 and after that the visit will be considered as a new visit (they were just making up recklessly!) I checked the visit dates and it turned out to be 13 days apart. When I requested a refund, they transferred me to the “manager’s office” and no one answered! I tried multiple time calling back but they just don’t answer since then.As for the consulting experience, the provider Agnes, who is an FNP, is very unprofessional and unfriendly. When she checked the abdomen area, she insisted that the patient had pain everywhere (because the patient contracted the belly) whereas the patient said it only hurt in a specific area. She ordered an ultrasound and said there’s nothing she could do before seeing the result. We do not have medical insurance (because we are travelers) and when we asked about the ultrasound cost, she said she could not give any estimate. She also ordered a hepatitis test which is obviously not related. When we raised questions she was impatient, kept saying that there’s nothing she could do and she has other patients waiting.
Will never go there again!
2 months agoI love Vital Primary & Urgent Care! Dr. K and his staff are amazing! They are all caring, helpful, patient, and effective!a year agoPoor management of COVID testing, I waited over an hour with an appointment. I had to answer a questionnaire with someone which could have been done online, only one person was actually testing people and one person was on the computer logging and giving results. I won’t be back – not even for the urgent care.And yes, I’m grateful to healthcare workers during this time and didn’t express impatience on-site, but I do still feel that my feedback is valuable and the process is poorly managed.

3 months agoI had an appointment at 3 but was in the area. Decided to go in almost an hour early. I was fully prepared to wait for my appointment. They weren’t busy at all. I was called back within 5 minutes. 5 minutes after that the doctor was there. It was quick and easy. I love that the doctors actually listen and look at me when I talk instead of just looking at my chart. The girls at the front are super nice and everything there is just easy. Usually going to urgent care I’d a hassle, but not at this one.a month agoI experienced discrimination at this urgent care. I took my daughter here for a check up since she was not feeling well and Andi the receptionist made sure I felt unwelcome. It was our first visit and we didn’t have an appointment, I was aware we would have to wait since it was a walk in. I was told there was no pediatrician just a doctor, I was fully aware of this already since it’s an urgent care. He then went ahead to tell me I will have a long wait since there are other patients being seen, I said it was okay. He then asked me for my ID and insurance before I could even remove that from my purse he asked me where we live and suggested we should look for urgent care near where we live. My daughter was leaning on the seat, someone else came through the door and she was greeted with enthusiasm that we did not receive when we came in. My ticket was not validated either and I had to pay $4 for being there for less than 10mins. I left with my sick child and headed to Choc hospital. To be a person of color is not a crime. My daughter deserved to be treated just like any other child!!!a month agoThe entire staff was marvelous. My daughter was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you Marque Team for striving to serve the community with a smile and patience!!! ⭐️4 months agoWhen in late last night about 715 730 with my grandson that had fevers amazing staff amazing doctor. They do those like we were like celebrities they give us great service. My grandson is feeling better. Thank God and the doctor was it took us time. granted the proper medicine and now my grandson is feeling a lot better just a matter of hours. It’s a great amazing staff so clean I never seen the place so clean in my life and again I think the staff the doctor for everything they’ve done the best I’ve ever seen in my whole entire life I originally from Brooklyn and I’ve been here in the Orange County area for the last 12 years and the best I’ve ever had. Hopefully I don’t need them all the time, but if I do, they’ll be my number one place to go and I recommend them to all my friends, family and neighbors. Thanks again.
