4 weeks agoEasy to find and park. Wonderful experience with thoughtful and caring employees…everyone of them. Clinic was clean and nicely furnished. They were also quick and efficient. Overall 2 thumbs up!!2 months agoVery worst experience. I went there for my Mom, they did not take short term insurance though they confirmed they will to the insurance provider. They just want to make money, the charged me $280, did gave hand written receipt and when to asked from medical report for the visit, they said it will require $35. My insurance provider asked for report over fax and they did not send it yet. I don’t in which world u need to pay for report after paying for visit and treatment.6 months agoThis is my third time coming here and every time it’s super fast and friendly service. Doctor listens to everything I have to say and is very helpful. Very clean office. Definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who is looking for a quick visit.4 weeks agoI was in a lot pain when I came in and the doctor took care of me and helped. Got my medicine I needed. 3 months agoThe staff and doctors here are outstanding! At a time when getting into seeing your own doctor is nearly impossible, I am so glad I found this clinic. Gentleman who checked me in on 6/15/23 thankfully helped me with all the insurance info I had between VS, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage. He was very friendly and professional. The doctor (I apologize, but I don’t remember the name) was also extremely thorough, professional, and unlike most doctors, personable. I was treated effectively and now have made a great recovery. Thank you to both the staff and the doctor.4 months agoThis location was great. Professional and quick. They responded to my text messages quickly through the app I was able to make an appointment same day. All of the assistants were accommodating and attentive. I was in and out. The doctor was attentive to my needs and easy to talk to about medications. I’ve never had such an easy and effortless visit at a health clinic. I highly recommend the Manteca location. If I have need for medical care again , this is where I’ll be going.2 months agoI forgot the girls name but the receptionist who helped me out was extremely kind and very caring! This place is the best urgent care I have ever been to. And the girl who helped me out definitely needs to get a bonus on her next check! She also accepted my medical insurance when they didn’t accept my insurance but she told me to make sure I have the right insurance that they accept the next time that I ever need to come5 months agoI don’t usually leave reviews, because usually nothing stands out to me about a business worth reviewing. But I have had to bring my daughter here twice now, both times we were in and out so fast, but with good care as well. The Dr’s we saw were amazing with not only my older daughter who was being seen, but my two Littles who were just along for the ride as well. They were thorough, and helpful. The nurses were so sweet. All around it was a great experience, both times. Even though we live in Tracy, it is worth driving to Manteca to be seen here! Thank you for your help!!!2 months agoWalked right in and was taken back very quickly. Wonderful reception staff as well as in-take technicians. The provider who cared for me was very nice and listened very intently. I highly reccomend this urgent care to anyone needing immediate help.

I’ve never felt rushed or ignored, which has happened to me in other urgent care facilities. I also want to shout out Addee at the front desk, who was cheerfully helpful and patient with me, as I needed some extra help and direction filling out paperwork.a week agoI only ever come to this urgent care. They take great care of me and my kids when we need it. I’ve never had a super long wait time and it’s always clean. All workers have been friendly, nice and courteous. Highly recommend!a month agoI have Kaiser and since they never have immediate appointments, I brought my son here. It was way faster than having to go to ER and even cheaper than with insurance. I have been going to California urgent Care now for a few years and always choose you guys because of your excellent service, Jocelyn was at the front desk today along with a couple other ladies and went well above be on any expectations for customer service.
