2 weeks agoAll the staff is very pleasant and such a pleasure every time I’ve ever been there with any of my kids, Apple urgent care has amazing some of the best nurses and doctors. I absolutely love the care that they give to me and my family I read at 10 stars. Juan, one of the nurses was so amazing. Great with kids I was so good at making my little girl laugh and feel comfortable. Such a great face to make you feel so welcome. His personality is so outgoing and you can tell he really cares for his job and the patients.in the last weekWent in to Hemet Apple Urgent Care today. Their waiting room has been updated, new chairs are nice. I want to thank Dr. Foley for taking great care of me and helping me out. The staff was also great, even the new ones being trained. Thank you All!!4 weeks agoMy experience today at Apple, urgent care was awesome! We were in and out in no time. I had to get a physical done for my son today and everyone was professional, and we got out of there quickly. The doctor was super nice, friendly, and made my son feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend apple urgent care to everyone!in the last weekThey give quick etiquette care as a matter of fact I’ve never had any visit. There goes so smoothly and so well where they actually listen to me and help me in such a way I was very pleased with my visit and the Doctor Who had seen me.2 weeks agoI went in for one issue, but the Doctor caught a separate, more important, issue that needed to be resolved before they would address my initial complaint. If they hadn’t paid attention to the unknown issue, it could have had adverse effects with the medication I needed for my initial problem. I think they care about their patients and their patients’ health here.They were very busy the day I came in, but I was not rushed and treated always with the utmost respect. I felt like my questions were heard and full explanations were given on what they were doing and why. One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Folley and all of the staff are not only competent, but especially kind and helpful. Thank you Apple UC!

a month agoNatalie is an amazing psychiatrist! She takes her time to talk to you and personalize your needs. Jenifer in the office is amazing as well. Definitely recommend this place ?. The front office doesn’t want to do their jobs and has an offsite answering service. I left a message with the answering service and am susposed to get a call back. A week later no call back. in the last weekToday is a joke for my dad’s appointment. My first time going in with him for a check-up and discussed it with the Doctor. That doctor is a freaking joke!! I can tell that he not helping my dad at all. He didn’t tell him about EKG reading while he wore it at home for 3 weeks. My dad was in the hospital a month ago, and his doctor acted like not serious that was part of why he was in the hospital. He doesn’t care about my dad at all. His doctor told him that his heart was fine but why did he keep sending him for refill medication to help his heart he said that my dad’s heart is fine. How that can explained? Huh? I saw his doctor type down like one paragraph then he delete it off the paragraph and his files. He told my dad that he don’t need come back here again. Now he have to find another cardiology. He wasn’t happy. All he used is my dad’s insurance from day one. I’m so glad that he is not my doctor because he will figure out that he will let me died anyway. he would like don’t care at all!!!10 months agoThe medical assistant’s at the front desk are very efficient and orderly. After sighing in I was in and out with in a hour. The nurse was kind and made sure that all my concerns were documented. Dr Riva is a very kind and professional doctor. He made sure that my concerns were addressed and taken care of.11 months agoDr’s are very kind and helpful but the receptionist is so rude. She gvs us an appointment for 1:30 but told us that we wouldn’t be seen til 2:30/3 because we are new clients. How is that? We got here early to fill out paperwork and the new crowd of people that came through (at least 12 people) all got called in before us. This is not cool at all. When trying to talk to the receptionist, she got really offensive and rude because she knew she was in the wrong. Thank God a Dr overheard and called us in. They need to hire a better receptionist that knows how to set appointments, inform Clients and have better Customer Service ethics.3 years agoRastogi and Munoz are there. We like Dr Sha there. For scheduling Mrs Rastogi runs the show. You get right in almost no wait time at all.6 years agoBest doctor in town. Dr. Munoz is my doctor and he is a very good and caring doctor. The office staff always tries to get you in as soon as possible and are very friendly as is Dr. Munoz. I spoke to a lady in the waiting room one day and she told me that Dr. Munoz saved her life.
