a month agoQuite a long wait time, however Dr. Conn and RN Kimball were Amazing!! Both very friendly and warm. They apologized for the wait and made me feel much better and I was glad to get the ball rolling after such a long time. They made my experience so much better.4 months agoWent here got help thought things were getting better until we had to bring our son back, he got worse and they sent us to Phoenix Children’s Hospital where we ended up finding out he had almost a liters worth of fluid in his chest, collapsed lung and needed to have it drained, thanks for everything you guys did but I guess the best thing you guys did was send us somewhere else4 months agoMy husband had surgery with the exceptional Dr. Ross Jones, of Flagstaff Bone and Joint. The successful and complicated surgery was done at Flagstaff Medical Center. Cannot speak more highly of both the kindness, the people skills, the professionalism, the cleanliness, just the best! This is Melanie, our daytime nurse, absolutely fantastic person and incredibly knowledgeable and professional nurse. We thank both these wonderful entities in Flagstaff. We are from Prescott and it is well worth the drive for the exceptional care.2 weeks agovisiting grand canyon, a friend had an accident for which she was transferred to this hospital. We were a bit impatient, since the only problem we encountered was the delay in giving us information about her health status, perhaps due to the number of patients they attended. Other than this, every person we interacted with was friendly, polite, professional, ready to assist us, and I’m talking about the entire staff.in the last weekMy daughter went into the ER bc she got hit by a car on campus. Not only was she there hours and hours before she was seen but the doctor couldn’t even give her 2 minutes of time. They x rayed her ankle but didn’t even examine the rest of her covered in big bumps And bruises! Makes an out of state mom very uneasy to know this is the medical care this city has to offer!

a month agoDr Rodriguez and the staff at this urgent care were amazing today. I could not have asked for a better experience. They were so kind and helpful. I haven’t been sick in a very long time and haven’t had very good experiences with medical facilities in Flagstaff in the past and this was by far the kindest group of people I have dealt with in the medical field in a long time. Thank you so much for how you treated me today.2 months agoWe are driving cross country. My 13 yo needed to be seen. The online check in was so convenient and easy. They were busy so we had a wait. The site/app keeps you updated on your status. The doctor was nice and easy to talk to. He also listened!2 months agoTook my parents there (90+ years old) when they both came down with COVID. 2nd in line at 7am, overall visit time was 90 minutes, so a bit slower than expected. But they thought the staff was excellent very pleasant and caring, and they easily were prescribed the paxlovid they needed. Overall they were very pleased with their visit and would recommend.4 months agoIts never fun too have to seek medical treatment, but i was pleased with everything here. The employees were Great, the wait time reasonable, and when the check in process didn’t work on my phone, they immediately got me regular paperwork to fill out so as not to create delay. I absolutely recommend this facility.6 months agoThe staff at Nextcare was very professional and friendly. The appointment option was an added plus not to have to sit and wait in the waiting area. The admin was patient and kind. The medical team especially Josh, was good at putting my sick child at ease and answering any questions/concerns we had. The nurse was very efficient in administering tests and addressing all our concerns. I would recommend NextCare!

2 months agoStaff were all great from front desk to nurse to PA. Made an appointment online and got me in on time. I was from out of town and they took great care of me. Walmart pharmacy is next door and sent RXs there electronically and were ready when I went to pick them up. Would definitely recommend.3 months agoThis was my second time using Flag Urgent Care West side and both times were very positive. Rick V. was a tremendous help. Sadly, I have a PCP only they haven’t been as helpful. Rick and team provided more in 30 minutes than my PCP offices in 3 years. I’m grateful.a month agoI had a great experience at Flagstaff Urgent Care. I felt taken care of and in a quick manner. Rick the provider was great! I am visiting from out of town so I did not know what to expect. Overall a positive experience!!!2 months agoI called to ask if they had a wait time and the receptionist was really helpful letting me know it would likely be about 40 min so instead I was able to make an appointment for first thing in the morning to be tested for strep as I had all the symptoms and was not wanting to feel miserable in the waiting room. Was a great experience this morning getting in and out within 15 minutes.4 months agoWent in to have four stitches removed. Cash price was cheaper than my in-network insurance copay, and service was great. I was in and out in 20 minutes and feel well taken care of.
