2 months agoStaff was overall helpful and friendly, my mom had an allergy and had to find a doctor asap, I am glad she found this place. The lady at the front desk, Jade, helped her when I couldn’t be there for her. My mother doesn’t speak English fluently yet, she’s learning, so every time she needs services like that she struggles with people without patience, but fortunately Jade and the female doctor made it easy for her. Jade was patient, talked to me over the phone and to her through a translation app, and was very polite helping her with everything she needed. Thank you for your great service, your help made our experience so much better.2 months agoI can only give this 2 stars not five because I waited over two hours to get taken. You only have one doctor. That is ridiculous. You should really have more doctors and move a little faster. The guy that checks are in is very nice. But you should have two people at the window not one and more doctors to help the customers what if someone came in and was really really sick let’s say they were having a heart attack u would tell them they have to wait that’s ridiculous. I probably would find another Urgent Care to go to. Because waited 2 1/2 hours is crazy nothing against you, but you should really figure something out because I live in New York and my Urgent Care there are four doctors don’t have to wait 2 1/2 hours. I would tell people never to go to urgent care. I’m very sorry. After reading all the reviews. I agree with all. The people. That wrote the review that place. It’s horrible and I will not be going to that Urgent Care I will be going to another one you don’t care about anyone that walked through the door if you did, it would’ve taken care of it by now. U say please email us or call us. The wait times are fast and the office is clean and comfortable. I visited last night since I could not get a doctor’s appointment in a timely manner. The front desk person was not very friendly, but she was efficient and helpful. No complaints here! Dr. Mushtaq was absolutely wonderful. He has a very pleasant demeaner and is incredibly patient. I highly recommend this location!2 months agoThe doctor was fantastic. The wait time was not long. The staff was very friendly. I had to call back regarding my prescription and was quickly connected to the doctor without delay. It is the Best Urgent Care I have experienced so far!!!a month agoThe doctor and staff on site were friendly and professional. I was less anxious once I realized their pleasant demeanor. I would highly recommend this particular facility if one needs to visit an urgent care.

a month agoI was looking for an urgent care to get my daughter a sports physical and found Helix. What a great experience compared to other ones we’ve been to. The staff were so nice and sweet. The wait was short in the waiting room and when we went to the back. We also loved the doctor working that shift. We would definitely go there again!3 weeks agoI went to Helix for an ear infection. The place is very clean, I was greeted right away and everyone acted professionally. I had to wait but not terribly long but that is what happens when your going for urgent care. I have waited longer at my PCP with a scheduled appointment. The attended Doctor was thorough and even called me later that evening to let me know she found an ear medication I wasn’t allergic to: I was impressed and grateful. A great healthcare experience5 months agoA Plus in South Florida , The staff was very nice. The Doctor was knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns when i was diagnosed with Covid he put me on the right track for me to tackle the Virus . I did a walk in with wait time under a hour3 months agoI ended up having to go to urgent care as my primary had no appointments available. I am giving this place a 1 star for the people at the check-in and checkout. The doctor was great but the front desk people horrible. First, I had given my insurance when I arrived and when they asked me to ensure all was correct I had asked a question as I saw it reflected a different state, she then became condescending and started to over pronounce her words to me as if I didn’t understand? I was just trying to ensure the bill would go to the correct place heading off any issues that may arise. Again, when you request to ensure all is correct don’t become ugly when the patient asks a question. Then when checking out I needed to check to ensure they were sending the prescription to the correct pharmacy. The girl said it was some other address and I stated please send to the one I provided. Her overall demeanor what extremely combative and rude. As I was leaving the goodbye was abrupt and not genuine from her. First if you’re going to an urgent care it’s sure the patients aren’t feeling well so perhaps a little compassion would be nice. I will not return to this place again.a month agoQuick, upfront with self-pay price and prices for additional tests before administering them. The doctor, nurse, and front desk staff were all very professional and extremely nice. He acknowledged every single issue I was there for.

Even started lifting again. 2 months agoThe process has been great. I have no complaints thus far. All the staff are top shelf, they’re attentive and helpful. I’ve been using Royal for 9 weeks and around week 6 you really start to feel like a new man. Workouts are amazing, recovery is superhuman, and the strength gain is phenomenal.2 months agoAlways professional and knowledgeable. Anytime I have a question they are on it.
