  I’m a registered nurse and I went to convenient care over a year ago whilst being in nursing school. Provided my insurance information at the front and I have been billed for care because the doctor was apparently out of network. What’s the point of check ins if you are going to give me a doctor that does not accept my insurance on file? On top of this, they are scammers who will try to add extra bills to your account. Horrible experience- don’t ever come here if you want to receive quality care.

  Their pediatrician do not accept Blue Cross. Both BCBS and the Carle verified before the office visit but later both of them did not want to be responsible. Ended up paying 100% cash even after numerous phone calls, emails and appeals. Now, their customer service does not want to tell if they accept my insurance or not.

  I called to make an appointment with adult med today and was told that Carle Clinic could not see me because my PCP was associated with Christie Healthcare. My PCP is booked until mid June. I have had excellent care with Adult Med previously,; that’s why I called. Don’t know what’s changed…… So much for Carle advertising that they work in partnership with Christie.

  I was blessed to discover Square1 a few years ago and recently started going again. I have no regrets. It is extremely affordable, convenient, low stress, and Dr. James Chandler is the most amazing doctor around! He has been genuine, comforting, compassionate and caring as he navigates the process of trying to discover my health issues. He truly listens and is concerned about the patients living their quality of life again, not just rushing them out of his office. I’m not somebody who goes to doctors and am on this journey to better health because of him. Go see James! You won’t regret it.

  Love this place. James is always there to promptly answer any text messages, phone calls. He orders test immediately upon review of the situation and is pragmatic about coming up with sensible solutions. If anyone is interested in avoiding the big hospital model, and wants a more family focused, one on one approach, I’d highly recommend square one!

  Our experience with Square 1 has been great! Recently our son fell while ice skating and busted his head. James came into his office on a Sunday afternoon to stitch him up. Saved us a visit to the ER and he did a great job! Elliot loved him.

  Front desk is absolutely phenomenal, Krystal is very professional and very sweet. There’s another girl there up from also who’s just as sweet and professional. My visits here have always been exceptional. I seriously wouldn’t ever go to any other express clinic/ urgent care. None of the other locations come close to the customer service i recommend here 10/10.

  Top notch urgent care. Got us in right away, no endless forms in the waiting room. Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were both super friendly and really great with my five year old who was pretty grumpy from not feeling well. They have a bunch of common medications there for reasonable prices, so no extra stop at a pharmacy afterwards. Overall an excellent experience.

  I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish at urgent care on Neil. Krystal checked me in and did my vitals. She was friendly and very attentive. She listened and asked follow question. She was a God send since I was in so much pain

  I saw the nurse practitioner who was also skilled and listened. Her examination was thorough and I felt heard. It’s an important skill these days. 5 ⭐️ all around for this experience

  Krystal is the reason I ever returned!! She assisted me with getting my physical a couple months ago when I chose to go in there, since I dont have a primary. I recently had to go back to doctors and the only place that popped in my head was that office since she had provided such a pleasant experience. When I came the second time, she remembered me and the conversations from before and was very personable, making sure to ask updates on things I’ve told her prior. She even got me in and started my vitals check herself to shorten my wait time.. KRYSTAL DESERVES A RAISE OR PROMOTION OR SOMETHING!!
