2 months agoSooo unhappy with this place. My son went here 2 different times for his ribs bothering him after getting a basketball chucked at his ribs by a friend and even after doing X-rays they couldn’t tel us that he had dislocated ribs. Went to our chiropractor and he had 4 dislocated ribs!!!! Tell me how on earth a dr and X-rays couldn’t tell us that!! Will not be back. Was not happy with this experience. If you’re going to rush clients, at least make sure you’re being accurate and giving proper diagnoses instead of we don’t see anything wrong! ?5 months agoEveryone from the front office to the doctors and nurses Treated me with respect and kindness. They listened to the patient before Answering your questions. She made me feel like a person not a number10 months agoThe front office staff was kind and helpful. My nurse was kind and thorough. Dr Niemeyer was very patient, kind and really cared about my well-being. Darla, the testing staff was also very kind and easy to work with. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you for that.9 months agoCan’t take walk in reservations over the phone. Website not allowing you to set your place in line. Told to bring your sick child in and wait almost 4 hours. Why have a reservation system if it isn’t going to work? If I wanted to look at a map all day- Google can take care of that.

in the last weekBy far my best urgent care experience, and probably my best clinic visit ever. I’m from out of town and had a high fever and other concerning symptoms I thought might be a tick disease. Everyone is so friendly, and I only waited 10 minutes to get in. Labs were done by the RN in my room- great service.7 months agoI frequent this urgent care on the weekends, due to my health conditions and the many blood draws and labs that I have to receive. It’s so convenient being able to walk-in without an appt and have my labs sent to my specialist down at University Hospital. Receptionist always remembers who I am as soon as I come in and is so pleasant and caring. Thank you, Brittani. Nurses are amazing and quick as well. Hidden gem of urgent cares in CR. Wouldn’t expect anything less from the U of I.7 months agoHidden gem in Cedar Rapids. Seriously was the fast service we have ever had and we were told that there was 6 people ahead of us. Definitely our main go to if we can’t get to our doctor10 months agoHad an absolutely AMAZING experience with the NP and X-ray rad tech we had. My son broke his leg and they were so kind and considerate with us. Grateful to have gone to this clinic when we needed care. Highly highly recommend!7 months agoStay away. Family went there to do blood tests for wellness check, person took blood threee times because they messed up. Then they billed it as something else instead of blood test for wellness check and charged $800 dollars. Billing blames scheduling and scheduling blames billing. Not surprising from a hospital that tried to not pay their contractors.

They are knowledgeable without being arrogant. Every staff member we encountered was kind and friendly. They treat you the way they would want to be treated.
