5 months agoThe building is clean and new. The people I interacted with were all so nice and helpful. It was a pretty quick visit for a strep test. I was actually relaxed during the entire visit. My upfront payment was more simply because it was an urgent care and my insurance charges more but it was worth it. Amazing staff. I won’t hesitate to use them again.in the last weekWe have been long time Range Urgent Care clients, an entire family. However we just had my Grandson to Novant the new provider. Still clean, he got treated with a steriod for a cough. It never got better, they never looked in his ears. There is no more free follow up. I called and left messages for 2 days multipul times. Never got a call back. This will be our last visit.3 weeks agoWas told that air quality doesn’t affect health….like what? I live between TN (TN got rid of emissions testing and is currently in the top ten worst air quality in the u.s.) and nc, I came to nc for some help with my health issues which didn’t happen but the few days I was in nc my pain subsided. I got back to TN yesterday evening and the pain came back full force and was so ill last night I was on the toilet with a garbage can in front of me. I’m just kinda flabbergasted a medical professional told me that air quality doesn’t affect ones health…why do people wear masks in polluted areas if that’s not the case? Just very confused2 months agoMy experience here was absolutely a 20/10. Hands down the best service and employees. The guy that was our nurse was so genuine, funny, relatable and AMAZING with my 8 year old while getting a strep test that my 8 year old thought was going to literally kill him ?? he just made everything so fun and was comforting my child like it was his own, I can’t say enough good about him and then the practitioner that finished was nothing short of feeling like family although I’ve never met her in my life. She too was relatable and kind to us. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you for making our lives so much easier during a hard time.2 months agoOne great experience doesn’t prove that Novant is our best choice for a vendor – but my visit today was close to ideal. In the past, Range Urgent Care seemed disorganized, but this clinic was very well run and had plenty of staff. Here’s my experience:– suffered a dog bite on a noon bike ride (neighbor’s otherwise friendly pooch 🙁 ) – called our family practice office but was on hold for 30 minutes – decided to try an urgent care center appointment. – Novant ( the new owners of Range Urgent Care) was my closest option. – checked Novant-Go’s website and saw a 3:30 slot was open, – booked the visit on-line – arrived and was in the exam room in

a month agoAlthough I couldn’t get treated, per se, my doc was very knowledgeable, respectful, and referred me accordingly to get the right treatment. I appreciate that he admitted it was beyond his limits. He saved me from a bigger more serious potential complication. I didn’t get his name, but I very much appreciate him! Also, having made an appointment and paperwork in advance was great. I only waited about 20 min beyond my appointment time given how incredibly busy they were. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this place for non-emergent issues!3 months agovery nice staff. calm environment, parking is a-little tight. i had a pre employment physical for a new job, unfortunately this location was 1 hour away from where i live.After traveling and running some errands before my 3pm apt, i was earlier to my apt, and they managed to fit me in earlier which was very nice of them.
Kevin did most of the examination, he was very nice/funny and easy going. in the past when i have had exams for employment, they were very serious/mean. this was the total opposite, i would recommend.
a week agoI liked that they now take appointments so limits wait time in a lobby of sick persons. They got me in and took care of the issue and on my way. Very professional and caring staff2 months agoWe have visited 3 times in the last few years for illness, burn, and back pain. At every visit we felt heard and respected. Our fears and questions were addressed with compassion and empathy. We received quick care compared to local hospital emergency departments, and we highly recommend this urgent care facility if you are experiencing an emergency that isn’t life-threatening. We especially appreciated Anna’s kindness and professionalism at our last visit!3 weeks agoI am here at the urgent care because I have an urgent medical issue. I’ve been here over an hour, and made an appointment for 6:30 since that is the soonest they had for walk in appointments. It’s almost past 7pm and I have not been seen yet other people who arrived after me are being seen. I am in a lot of pain and have to sit and wait because some kid needed a physical. Whatever system urgent cares operate on are messed up and need some looking in to. I see the reviewer before me was late and got seen within 5 min. That must be nice.* update: I’ve been here since 5:10pm, my appointment was scheduled for 6:30, and was finally seen at 7:45pm. I’ve been crying here in pain for about 3 hours.

3 months agoVery happy I found this location. I was having trouble getting in anywhere else because they wouldn’t accept walk-ins or didn’t feel they could help so I almost went to the ER as a last resort. I decided to call this location and they were very welcoming even though they were busy. The staff was friendly, the facility was very nice, and the doctor even offered to do additional exams to make sure I was ok. They saved me a lot of time and money by avoiding the ER and got me the medication I needed. Thank you!2 months agoAmazing care. Thoughtful and caring staff. I felt listened to, and well taken care of. Highly recommend for urgent care needs!!!! In and out in an hour or so and felt better knowing i had prescriptions and sound medical advice.2 months agoI’m pretty sure you saved my life. Not just one of you, but three of you. I was rushed in after being stung by an insect, not knowing I was allergic. My face, lips and throat were swelling shut and rashes/hives all over my body. I was freaking out it was the end, and the staff was amazingly ON POINT and professional. Keeping me engaged and talking, while also letting me relax and breathe. I (like many) have never had a positive Doctors visit, much less an emergency. I felt completely cared for as a person in distress, and not a wallet. Thank you a hundred million times over to the Staff for getting me through one of the scariest times of my entire life. TEN of Five starsa month agoStaff were fantastic! Dr. Wade was very down to earth and good with the information.2 months agoThis is NOT Range Urgent Care anymore and the quality and efficiency has plummeted. Long wait after my appointment time. They no longer take my insurance. Lots of people in the waiting room. Disappointed that the top quality of Range is now gone from our region now that they’ve been bought out by Novant Health.
