a week agoTook testing and was told 3-5 days it’s been a week and I still yet to have any results. I had to go back inside just to retake my test. Since the first one was “not enough pee” when really I knew it was plenty. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they are very unorganized and move way too fast. I also was told that they give results over the phone positive or negative…2 months agoNurses were nice and quick but the doctor took almost 40 minutes to come into my room after having my vitals taken by the nurse. Then the doctor examined me and ended up misdiagnosing me with something I felt did not match my symptoms. I ended up going to the ER and got a completely different diagnosis. I wouldn’t come here if you want a proper and correct examination.2 months agocame here without an appointment was in and out in less than and 1hr! Front desk girls are very nice & understanding! 4 weeks agoThe absolute best urgent care I’ve ever received. Rod is so compassionate, and has great bedside manner. He really has the patients best interest at heart and I felt that I finally will have resolution to a week long illness. Patricia is also very friendly and goes above and beyond to answer any questions. They both make an excellent team. I highly recommend Vitality urgent care.3 weeks agoAnother excellent experience, is the most attentive clinic. The receptionist is very friendly and helps you if you have any questions about the paperwork. Doctor you’re the best, is very compassionate, attentive, he listens to everything and every question you have. He guides you very well. I am very happy with his clinic.a month agoPlease heed any warnings about the billing practices of this medical office well.I sincerely question the validity of a lot of the other reviews here, as they led me to this in-network clinic. I will not make this mistake again.
Vitality Urgent Care is doing the bare minimum amount of work to process the claims they send out through their billing department.
Their billing department is just one man that you reach by his cell phone, and he rarely ever wants to communicate. It has taken over a month to even be able to explain to him how he has been billing my insurance incorrectly.
The reception at the office has no interest or understanding of the billing process, and is only interested in guaranteeing payment. They took my deductible I paid at the time of service, and didn’t report it to my insurance company, and sent me all of the bills they billed improperly to me to pay immediately. Following this, I could barely get a hold of their “billing department” to begin sorting this out.
I’ve been lucky my insurance company has been patient with this provider and myself, and has been helping me apply pressure.
Please don’t find yourself in this situation, and do not give them your business – at least until they make their billing practices less opaque.
Otherwise, the care was below average. The receptionist who did not understand the billing process was also the nurse.
This is a headache no one deserves to deal with.
3 weeks agoThis is my second visit to this office and I have received nothing but wonderful service and care from nurse Rodin Levin. I have given up completely on my family care doctor and only seek professional medical advice and care from nurse Levin. I highly recommend this facility for its quick service. 10/10!4 months agoFantastic urgent care. They take appointments are prompt and polite. Very clean and welcoming space. Dr and nurse were excellent and spent a lot of time with my daughter and were very knowledgeable. This will be our go to urgent care going forward.

4 weeks ago8/2023 5* Came in with a sick child. Throwing up, etc. They helped us out. Clean and nice looking. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were a nice change from the emergency room. Great for the kids.2 weeks agoThis place is amazing. All the staff were friendly and efficient, the nurse gave my son a freeze pop after he had to get several swabs. Very clean and kid friendly with beautiful murals on the walls and tvs in the patient rooms. Dr. Lulu explained everything better than even most of our regular pediatricians. Of course nobody wants to end up here, but I’m thankful to have this place within 15 minutes of my house. I was told there is another location in Glenview that just opened this year. They are also now affiliated with Lurie children’s.a year agoI have used PM Pediatrics on number of occasions during 2022 for my kids (at least 11 times for both of my children) – I must admit, AMAZING doctors here. What I am most impressed about the doctors is their honesty, knowledge, accuracy, friendliness, and their ultimate aim is to cure the child.They have expressed that attitude toward my children every time I have been there. In fact, I prefer to go to PM Pediatrics instead of my kid’s regular PEDs. By far the staff here are a million times better than my kid’s regular PEDs, no doubt. Furthermore, experiencing the PM Pediatrics ETHICAL care toward my kids empowered me more to fire my kid’s regular PEDs. At one point, I even asked this PM Pediatrics location if I can use them as my kids’ primary doctor, but unfortunately, they do not have the equipment or the resources to be a regular pediatrician for my kids.
I have interacted and been in contact with their corporate office to gain access to medical records and to correct some medical transfer records. They also have been very professional, prompt, and effective replies with clear and awesome communication style.
Yes, wait times have been long sometimes when we have been at this location. That is expected due to their location and the traffic they have. It is well worth it to wait, because I have seen with my own eyes their ethical work toward my kid’s well-being.
The three doctors (two female and one male) who have seen my kids for various illnesses, and all the nurses as well as the front desk staff are the MOST caring and AWESOME individuals I have met. Very professional and straight forward.
Thank you for your awesome hard work for our children – you have saved my kids and I love you for that.
3 months agoWonderful urgent care! The front desk receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all so friendly, nice and caring. Very kid-friendly with beautiful, fun pictures on the walls – it makes it so much more comfortable for kids. We were in and out in an hour. Will definitely return. ?2 weeks agoBased on the reviews I get comfortable bringing my daughter here. The nurse and Dr. LuLu we’re super nice. We were provided detailed information as to what was going on and what we needed to do. I would definitely come back here if I needed to. Great experience for what we needed.
