a month agoI came here with my 3 y/o son for constipation and they took his vital signs, ht and wt. And we were inside the waiting room already, one of the staff came in saying that the doctor wants us to go to the Emergency hospital, since he’s been constipated for more than a week, but i asked her if she could at least come in and check my son since we’re already there and waited for at least an hr. I just needed some stool softener or something to give to him. And the Nurse said the doctor said no we have to go the emergency hospital so they can do xray’s etc. I wish they would’ve told us when we came in we waisted our time for nothing. The nurses are nice here. it wasn’t their fault.. So we left and we went to a different urgent care over by santa fe springs and the wait is shorter and they did xray’s on him and we finally got an answer! we did not have to go to the emergency room thankful for the staff they’re nice and friendly…5 months agoIn and out quickly. Nice lobby and no other patients in sight at 9:30am. Front desk was very nice and accommodating.Vitals were taken quickly and was seen by the FNP-C rather fast as well. The only caveat was my mistake in not asking for a doctor’s note (went back for it and was done quickly), and the prescription wasn’t sent over. Had to call more than a few times before the front desk answered. Once the phone was answered they took care of it immediately. That added another hour or so to the day, but was sick so it’s not like I was going anywhere.
a year agoThe girls in the front were very nice and informative. The nurse that weighed and checked my daughter’s temperature was so nice too. My daughter was very happy there. Then when the PAC seen her, my daughter was very cooperative. The PAC was most informative. The office was very clean and neat. It was a very easy visit.2 months agoEveryone was very friendly. Check in was done on my own phone. The wait wasn’t too bad for an urgent care. Not crowded.either.3 weeks agoGreat friendly staff and Doctors. I have been to the Urgent Care in Whittier and both times i have been helped so fast and both visits have been pleasant considering being sick and having to remove stitches and sutures.

a month agoI went in to this urgent care because I thought I was trying to pop a pimple in my ear but then it swelled up and was almost blocking my ear canal. No pain, but looked really bad and when I went in not only did I get in super fast, but nurse Monica was absolutely incredible. Friendly and calm and fun. She did all of the prep work, and then when they knew they needed to drain my ear, she sent me to another room. Once I got in that room, she kept me incredibly calm and relaxed. While Dr. Nguyên was performing the procedure to drain the blood from my ear, nurse Monica was there to hold a buzzing machine on my neck that made a noise and a sensation that took my mind off of what was going on. She also made jokes and kept things light. When I thought I was going to pass out from the pain and intensity of what was going on , she immediately got me a bucket and started fanning me while also assisting Dr. Nguyen, who was skillfully and quickly taking out the blood as fast as she could, while letting me know what was going on to calm my nerves. The two of them were extremely helpful in making a situation that I have never been in before , very comfortable . I am so incredibly grateful for this team. You are in good hands if you go to this urgent care. Thank you so much Nurse Monica, and Dr. Nguyen for all of your help. I am grateful!a month agoStaff is super friendly, clinic is clean. I went on a Friday night at 7 o’clock and was seen about 45 minutes later which I thought was really good. There was about four people ahead of me. The doctor was able to help me out right there with my issue and sent me on my way. In and out of there in a hour.2 months agoI live near downtown LA, and I wasn’t able to find an urgent care that was going to take me at 7 PM. Even for places that close at 8 PM. I went to two different spots that stopped taking patients before they closed. I called all over town, and this is the only place that answered the phone, and they told me that as long as I make it in before 9 PM, they would take me. When I was there, somebody entered their office right at 9 PM, and they were still taking patients. Their service has been incredible. The staff is incredibly kind.2 months agoMy partner told me about this place and im really happy i came here. Dr. Lina was amazing, she was very caring and careful with the removal of my earbud. So i went in because one of my earbuds slipped out and got stuck in my right ear. My pain level was at an 8 so she knew it was sensitive and she did a great job removing it slowly and carefully without any injury or pain.Thank you Dr. Lina✌?
4 months agoRecommend everyone to come! Doctors, nurses and staff are 100% helpful and very polite. Facility is clean and there is parking behind the building. We love bringing our family here when we cannot make it to our family Doctor.

She was very kind and professional and so was the receptionist and doctor!6 months agoI use this Urgent Care Facility whenever I can! They are quick, respectful, and above all very good at what they do. I have even had the experience of my primary care doctor’s nurse being unable to resolve a problem that they quickly diagnosed and successfully treated. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!6 months agoEvery time I’ve needed to go to care spot they’ve taking care of me I’m very pleased with my treatment there. All the staff are super nice and I’ve got more help with anything. I’ve even went there for even instead of going to my regular doctor. Sometimes when you’re sick you can’t wait till 3 months for an appointment with your regular doctor and that’s the way it’s been happening for me. Thank you guys! I appreciate you!
