a week agoI had to visit Beaumont Urgent Care Yesterday. Everyone was More than Awesome. Doc has a great bedside manner. I’m extremely grateful for his help. My daughter was having issues with her ears, set up an appointment online walked in and was seen within 2 minutes of arriving. Was there a total of 20. From the lovely staff up at the front desk to the lovely nurse that walked us back to our exam room. The Dr. Was in the room after 2 minutes of us being in there. Was an absolute delight. And most of all the place is clean. Definitely Mt go to urgent care.a month agoAmazing service! Caring staff ..needed stitches…had me in and out in 30 minutes I hope you never need urgent medical care but if you do, this is where you want to be! Love the paperless check in, don’t have to feel out 3/4 pieces of paper, everything done on your phone. Staff was very polite and nice, as well as the doctor. This will be my go to Urgent Care from now on!! Also very clean in the inside!!

She immediately verified my issue and prescribed antibiotics, which saved my holiday weekend plans. a month agoDr. M is an exceptional doctor – knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. He took the time to listen and thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options. I felt valued and confident in my healthcare decisions under his care. Elissa is a wonderful medical assistant. Her warm and welcoming nature put me at ease during my visit. She efficiently handled paperwork and demonstrated genuine care for the patients she assists. A valuable asset to Dr. M’s team. Highly recommended.3 months agoQuick and easy check-in process. Clerk, x-ray tech and doc were phenomenal,very caring kind and friendly! No wait time and the only thing I would suggest is a bit more thorough cleaning of the exam room by housekeeping. Step to get on exam table was dirty….but that’s the only thing that wasn’t perfect!!!2 months agoDoctor and nurse were great! I had called and spoke to the front desk staff to see if they would take care of my situation. Without asking, she said yes, so I drove there, hoping that my knee could get drained (torn meniscus). I was told they do not do that procedure. Instead got a shot of steroid and sent me on my merry way. Wish I would have known BEFORE hand!
