  I went into this urgent care within an hour before close, which I felt terrible about to be honest. It’s just that I felt the issue I had, couldn’t really wait much longer. I was greeted with the most kindness I have seen in a medical clinic in a long time. Everyone was so attentive and truly listened to each concern I had. On top of that, they were even kind enough to encourage me, and give some good, sound advice on the fertility journey my husband and I have been on for the last two years. They are very thorough, and even asked me to come back to check on me to make sure I’m getting better, and that the root of the issue is taken care of. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Everyone was truly wonderful!!!

  This place is super chill and friendly – from the moment you step through the door to when you leave, everyone is super helpful and professional. The medical staff is great at explaining so one can easily understand. I feel safe there and I know I’ll be treated fairly, promptly, and with the best treatment. I am so happy they’re here!

  FACE MASK REQUIRED!!! Once you enter the building the front desk has disposal masks. Great place and friendly service. The facility DOES NOT provide medication narcotics for pain. We waited about 1 hour to be seen. Plenty of parking. Doctor that attended my son was very nice and she also was very sweet. Comforted my son and myself.

  This has got to be the most useless doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. It’s quite obvious that the staff couldn’t care less about their patients, given the fact that they gossip in the hallway and show no friendliness or warmth at all. On top of that, I don’t think I’ve ever met a more incompetent medical staff. The doctor completely dismissed me and couldn’t answer a simple question about medications, and the nurses couldn’t even tell me the brand of a product they use when I called to ask about it later. I truly hope to never have to step foot in that facility again.

  I went to this urgent care because it was covered by my insurance. I checked how much i would have to pay, which was $35. I went in, the woman at the front desk was really rude from the get go. She told me I had to pay $90, and when I tried to explain my benefits and tried to show her where it said on my insurance that it was only $35, she said that that wasn’t true and went to tell the dr, who said that the charge was $90 and there was nothing they could do about it. I paid $90 for a 5 min consultation with a rude doctor. I looked at my insurance claim, and lo and behold they should’ve only charged me $35. This happened at the beginning of April, it is now May 20th and I am still waiting on my refund. I have called twice already, and it looks like I’m gonna have to call a 3rd time. If you can avoid it, do not go here. The 2 times I’ve been here I’ve had a horrible experience. You go in because you’re not feeling well, and then you have to deal with rude staff and overpaying for bad service.

  The staff at Waukegan Immediate Care are caring and professional and treat you with respect. My primary care physician can’t ever see us because they are always booked or tell me they “don’t see sick patients” so anytime my family is sick, we come here. We never wait more than a few minutes to be seen and the office is always clean and the doctor and nurses are always consistent with the care they provide. I honestly wish we could switch to them for primary care.

  This place is “different” and I mean that in a good way. I had the pleasure of using their services while I was in Michigan. I moved back to Wisconsin and was very sad to find out they are not available here yet. Always a great experience with every visit. You are treated like a person here…not a number. Try this place out….you won’t be disappointed I promise!

  In December of 2022 I called Oak street health when I tested positive for covid to see if they could prescribe the medication for high risk patients who have Covid. By the time I contracted covid I had already gotten 5 covid vaccines and religiously wore my mask. I was told that someone would call me back right away. After 2 more attempts at trying to get in touch with someone to help me I finally got a call back 8 hours after my initial call. I was told then that they would not prescribe the medication and I was ill for 2 weeks. I made the decision that I didn’t want a health provider that advocates for the elderly but can’t HELP when you need them is not for me. I have since found a provider that calls me back and takes my health seriously. The few times I did go to the office the staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable there. The reason for the 1 star. Please remove me from your list of patients and stop the phone calls. Today someone even came to my house to have me schedule an appointment. I no longer have need for your services. Maybe if the call center would relay the messages in a timely manner you would not have to solicit people at their homes.

  The staff was very friendly and courteous. The doctor was very thorough during my examination, and asked a lot of questions about the things I felt needed to be dealt with concerning my health. The facility is very clean and welcoming, great atmosphere!
