  The best urgent care in the area! My son was 2 and was having breathing issues as a result of Croup and the nurse and doctor were amazing with him. I can’t recommend this urgent care enough. They are fantastic with children!

  I have a 5 year old so we’ve been here A LOT! It’s very close to home and with the ear infections and other sicknesses he gets from school since preschool this has been my go to when I can’t get to his pediatrician. They’re very knowledgeable, patient and the wait isn’t that long. I highly recommend.

  Everyone here was absolutely amazing! Their bedside manner is the best I’ve ever experienced. Even though it was something minor, they made sure to cover all the bases just in case, we joked about it and they made me feel so safe. 10/10 recommend!

  I went to Prism Urgent Care first as it’s affiliated with my doctor’s office. I arrived 25 minutes before closing to an empty waiting room and was told they were all booked up and couldn’t see me. i then headed to Beaumont Urgent Care and was able to see a nurse practitioner within 10 minutes of arrival. I had a couple tests which were read quickly allowing me to be in and out within an hour. Staff was personable and quite helpful.

  This is the worse urgent care I have went to. I went to many urgent care and they take care of u and don’t let you wait. I been waiting for over hour and two people went ahead of me. I went to the front desk and the lady told me your next they had to take the male before you because he was in risk, to me if your in risk there is a hospital. I went back and sat this mother with her young son came and she was waiting not even 25 min and they called her and I am still waiting. I got up and left because I have been waiting and waiting and they call everyone first and I was the last one to get called. My option is it’s called first come and first serve u can go for for a breathing problem ear problem it’s call first come first serve. This was the worse experience I had with any urgent care I had and I will not step my foot in there anymore. I will tell all my friends and family about this place how they respect u and very bad customer service. I can wait to tomorrow when my doctor opens up and I will get better service and no favor. And this place there my nationality and we serve better than this Shame on them horrible they will loss a lot of customers from me. Please this place is favors

  I am very happy with my visit. I came in on a Wednesday evening after 6:20 PM. Checked in with the receptionist who was very helpful. I did not have to fill out long registration forms. I was called in within 20 minutes. The facility was bright and clean and employees very friendly and professional. My stay lasted about 30 minutes. While I was still in the office waiting to be discharged my pharmacy was already texting me they got the order for my medicine. It is reassuring to know that I have a professional urgent care so close to my home.

  Excellent urgent care. The MA Jackie she always goes beyond and above for my children. She made my daughter feel super comfortable and sweet. I love how clean the place is! I’m glad I took my daughter here and they sent the medication that will help her to feel better.

  This was our second time here. They took us back right away with hardly no wait. Ashley did a fantastic job stitching up my sons hand. She could see he was nervous so she talked him through everything to keep him calm. She treated him with such kindness that made all of us comfortable. We were in and out in no time at all. Overall this was a great experience and we will definetly be back to this location (if needed) 🙂

  I was seen immediately on a Friday evening. The staff was very nice and professional. Samantha Rosso, NP was extremely caring. I needed to call back after I filled my prescriptions and she was very patient answering my questions. She even asked if she could contact me later in the weekend to see how I’m feeling. I will go to this urgent care if I ever need one again!! This facility was phenomenal!!

  Sarah and Alyssa did AMAZING taking care of my husband who had a small puncture on his shin. They sutured him up and really took the time to make sure he was comfortable and happy. The best atmosphere at this location! They bring the extra kindness and the care is beyond. ??

  I came here a last week with a neck injury and I had no clue where to go. After quickly signing in, amber who worked at the front desk literally go to the back and grab the doctor herself. After explaining what happened to me, they told me to ER as urgent care would not have what they would need to treat me. They were absolutely right! When I went to the ER they told me I suffered from 3 strokes. This urgent care knew the signs early on and knew I should not waste any time I could be using at the ER. Not only if this place fast, they are also very knowledgeable. They literally saved my life!

  Very kind, professional and helpful! Thank you. I went with my kids 15 mins before closing and they didn’t rush us, made sure my daughter was helped with her ear ache and comfortable.   The fact that they seemed to forget about me in the room was frustrating enough (I waited a long time and was last out, even though I only got a flu test). Then I got 2 separate bills for two different amounts. I paid them, but contacted the facility 3 different ways to ask about it. No response. Just based on that I would not return.
