2 months agoThe facility was clean and modern. The check in staff was extremely friendly. I made an appointment and got back to see the doctor quickly. The doctor was knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner and was very efficient. I would definitely come here again if needed!3 weeks agoWait time was very short. Front desk staff was really nice. The man who took care of me was super informed and helpful and gave me all the medication I need to get better. So grateful they accept medicaid.3 months agoMuch better experience this visit. Staff was thoughtful and professional. I would prefer to see an MD or a NP, but the young man PA did assess my issues, engaged in a caring, detailed conversation and then met my needs. He shared all information about my symptoms and test results. I am a 44 year seasoned RN and could not have asked for a better encounter. Thanks to all of the staff! Kindly, TF2 months agoThe girls at the front desk were so amazing .I was having an allergic reaction to a medicine on July 4th.tgey got me in right away with the Dr and he was amazing as well they observed and were cautious while explaining all the procedure if meds that were going to happen. I am a diabetic so everyone was so attentive. I could not have been in better hands both personally and professionally .my primary was glad I was able to get treated there since I was unable to reach my Dr office in a holiday. I can’t thank the team at this urgent Care enough…they are amazing both the staff and the Dr.a month agoI really Live thebfact that I walk in and the lady in the feont desk was so Nice and Pleasent. The place is also keept clean and organize, and was not crowed with patients. I was seen short after my arrival, the ladies in the room were also nice and pleasent. A min later I was o. The room and 5 min later the dr came in. He was direct, very nice and pleasent deaminor. I really like coming here. I was out fast and with all medications ready sent to be picked up at the pharmacy. Highly RECOMMEND!!!

in the last weekMy 93 yo mother received excellent care from the pre-admission and outpatient radiology staff at a time when due to the corona virus issue St.Francis was the only hospital in Central Jersey that accepted to do an x-ray of her L hip. The security officers were also very polite, helpful and understanding.11 months agoOne of the worst hospitals I have ever been to they do not care about the community. Back in 2010 I was around 14 years old. My left arm got burn from oil really bad, long story short my brother and mother took me to this hospital emergency they makes me wait in the waiting room for hours till my arm stop burning and still don’t care about me. You could die in the waiting room they still not going to care about you. I don’t want to say much, but I will remember that day for the rest of my life. Horriblea year agoLet’s talk about nurse Kelly! She was epic and knowledgeable and all around kind.The service here was quick and effective. Came with a problem, left with a solution.
It reminds you of small town intimate care. The ONLY reason my review isn’t 5 stars is because the facility needs a major face lift to match their top tier care.
11 months agoThis hospital is horrible. It Doesn’t deserve any stars. It’s unsanitary, understaffed, unprofessional with patient’s needs at the bottom of the barrel. do not go there! your life depends on it!!!! no wonder this dump is closing down. Both of my parents entered this hospital in December of 2021 with non life threatening issues and never left alive. They were both tested for covid prior to having their procedures done and tested negative.While in the hospital both my parents contracted covid. Never once were we or they ever told the hospital was over run with covid. Both my parents were in their 80’s. Both of my parents did not have to have their procedures done at the time and could have waited. St Francis hospital never once warned or suggested they should wait or notify them that the hospital was overwhelmed with covid. Not only overwhelmed with covid patients they were way understaffed as they had covid or were fired for refusal to vaccinate. The hospital at times mostly during the night had one nurse running a wing full of patients.
Once my parents tested positive for covid it peeked my concern of how they contracted it. I asked the head nurse as well as doctors I spoke to and was told by them that the hospital was so overrun with covid patients and they were running out of medication to treat patients with covid
My parents entered the hospital in late December 2021. Contracted covid in st Francis and both passed away within 2 weeks. My father lasted 13 days and my mother 14. I asked what their course of treatment was and told them I wanted them to try other known medicine that was proven to help. I was told they don’t use anything other than what st Francis hospital Rx supplies. The hospital world has changed and not for the better!!! And not for patients well being!!! Covid has allowed hospitals to hide getting away with so many thing negligent things!!!
The things they hid from me and my family are unforgivable. St Francis hospital is a death factory. RIP MOM and DAD we love you and will miss you both forever!!!! you did not deserve st Francis hospitals neglect!!!!!
a year agoRun far away from this place!!!!! RUN! or you may never leave at all. Negligent s##t hole is too kind of a word to explain the workings of this hospital. They are Unprofessional, understaffed, arrogant, miss informative doctors, and nurse’s!!!! They do NOT respond to patients call lights. They Let you lay in the room for hours before anyone comes to check on you. The nurses are robotic and non vigilant to patients well being and needs. Just Assuming an elderly patient has dementia or sundowns syndrome while in the patients room instead of realizing something is horrible wrong is unacceptable!!! St Francis hospital is the grim reaper!!!! It’s a pit stop to the cemetery!!!!
