  Fantastic experience. Was welcomed promptly and offered a warm blanket and beverage! They gave me a realistic wait time as I was a walk in and kept checking back with me. The medical provider was super attentive and paid attention. Much better experience than my primary care Dr.

  Brought my 88 year old mother-n-law in. We set an appointment up in advance. She was called in on time. Everyone was professional and super friendly. They were especially careful with her since she’s older and needed more support. They did three tests quickly and efficiently. Identified the problem and we were out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

  Great care! They gave me water and offered other drinks and made me feel very safe and comfortable. They got me back pretty quick. The team was so nice and helpful. They even showed chivalry and walked me out and opened the door for me wishing me to feel better! They were all so sweet. Thank you for the excellent care!

  I went yesterday to this location with my 4 month old daughter. My daughter had a slight cough and nasal drainage/runny nose. I had a sore throat and nasal congestion. The main reason I went because I had just worked with a lady at work that had just tested positive for covid. They tested us both for covid. Negative. Which I was really happy about.. the provider that I saw checked my breathing and mouth and throat and also did that for my daughter. She said I looked red on the back of my throat. The MA Heidi came in and did a strep test on me. It came back positive. Okay I have strep. Prescribed me some antibiotics and gave me a note for work. I usually go to the location on Argonne but they had a longer wait time. I will go to this location from now on. They were wonderful!

  This may sound like an odd thing to say, but Indigo is my favorite urgent care of all time. In fact, most urgent care experiences at past facilities were always nothing but annoying. But Indigo is so clean, with super friendly and attentive staff, and they do a good job of managing schedules to avoid long waits. 10/10

  The staff is amazing, timely, professional and kind. I don’t usually book an appointment so anticipate a wait as a walk in but they always get me in quickly. Their check in process is quick and easy. All the staff is pleasant and compassionate. I don’t want to recommend this place because I don’t want it to get any busier than it already is, but I have to, because they are amazing!

  Kind courteous and efficient!! Would highly recommend the facility, the staff, and the way they schedule and keep to the schedule. They set up appointments all day long and the day I went they were good at adhering to them. Patients wait in the car if they need to rather than filling the office with sick people. Very impressed. They were kind and caring and expedient!!!

  Excellent and quick care. The whole staff from the front desk, to the doctor who cared for me were extremely polite and kind. This is by far the best urgent care experience I’ve had. They told me it’ll probably be an hour, I was in and out within 30 minutes from check in to walking out the door. Hopefully I don’t need to come back, but for my future urgent care needs, I’ll be back for sure.

  The service and med staff were excellent. They took me to room right away and served me fast. Provider Eric, Crystal, Mathew were professional, kind and helpful. Hardly recommend Argonne Indigo UC.

  I called to find out how long the wait was at the location on sprague and Sullivan they told me an hour and half didn’t ask any questions as to what was going on. I hung up called the location on Argonne it was going to be 44 minutes possibly but she proceeded to ask what was going on how could they help. I told them my daughter was in an accident on Friday and complaining of her head pain and throwing up due to the urgency she told me to come right down they’d get her right in. Tay was seen within seconds of walking in and they were so polite and welcoming. Asked very thorough questions. I will continue to go to this location because they did their job so well and made us feel important. Thank you

  To all who maybe wondering if Chas is a good clinic on Indiana let me put your minds to rest. I’ve had bad experiences with doctors in the past and felt like I’m not heard or even worse like I’m not even worth the time. But thanks to this clinic it’s restored a little faith back into humanity for me. They treated me with compassion and listened to me as well as understanding how I was feeling and what was wrong with me.   All Right, All Right! I just got off the phone, after 20 minutes, with Jimena Chas Clinic PHONE CARE. I had some issues. Jimena heard me out… Jimena did the research, found the answers I needed, by talking to my providers. Sure, it took 20 minutes, but that 20 minutes saved me hours of running around. When Jimena needed to put me on hold, she told me why I was being put on hold. Jimena was never short or curt, never expressing any frustration over the next knot that I needed untangled. Jimena made me feel like my issues mattered to her and that I was not the problem. Jimena’s patience is HIGHLY COMMENDABLE.   I really like the doctor my son saw, but I’m very disappointed in his behavioral doctor, Donahoe. He told use he would give us his diagnosis a week or so after our final appointment. It’s been since March and we still haven’t received his diagnosis. I also very much disagree with the diagnosis he said he was thinking about. My sons condition is not temporary. I’m really saddened by my experience here. Especially traveling too far to get him care.
