  This place is terrible. If I had an option with my insurance I would leave. I went for a doctors appointment for a physical and I was treated terribly. They drew blood from my arm and had to throw it away because it was “not enough” . I told the woman prior to taking blood that my veins are not good. The second time I refused and they MADE me take blood from the other arm. When that was done I had to get a Pap smear and they lady did not put the clamp down there good and it snapped and hurt my bone. I have never felt more hurt in my left. I had a bruise on each arm from how much they moved the needles around. I left with a hurt woman area because of the clamp snapping shut on me…. Moving on to dental. My daughter had an appointment at 6:44. They called me to see if I can come in early around 6pm I said yes. They said arrive 15 mins early for check in and I did so around 5:44. I waited and waited… they said they had a mix up and didn’t even bother to tell me . She got seen at 6:44 like originally planned. I get that stuff happens but from my experiences it’s been so bad. I want to cry when I leave this place.

  I went there 2022 one morning I was feeling sick. I ask the first receptionist for Argent care looking Spanish tiny lady with dark hair I need cholesterol and bp check she said without explanation step a aside and calm down like I was bothering her I didn’t have the energy to confront I said I don’t what you mean but I need help she said make appointment I agreed she give me appointment card which was dated timed when I went there for my appointment I go to other receptionist and she said I have card but it was not saved on the system so She encourage me to make arrange another appointment I shire my experience with my community and they said they have problems with the same lady but they don’t who to complain we will find out how was alot of women from same ethnicity was mistreated by one receptionist soon.

  I really appreciate the sense of urgency, the professionalism, and the caring staff that listened and genuinely took care of my daughter’s health concern. We were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed from the very beginning of our visit. We also got a follow up call the next day to see how she was feeling. Thank you and this will be our Urgent Care we will visit in the future.

  A/C not working when I arrived, NP had to, “Look some things up” and then I listened to her call someone and ask what to do. This must have been the “phone a friend” lifeline after the WebMD lifeline didn’t pan out. Was told to go home and provide a sample and drop off at Mercy ER. Got to Mercy ER, was told that they wouldn’t take it and to take it upstairs to the lab. Now been 2 days and haven’t heard a peep. So, 30 miles of running around later… still no results. Oh, prescription was called into the wrong pharmacy. Other than that, things went GREAT!

  We had to take our 6 mo son in and John was able to inform us he was having an allergic reaction to the antibiotics. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. We are definitely thankful for the Mercy Staff!

  I was prescribed an antibiotic for a sinus infection. Was not tested for anything else. I was surprised that my paperwork did not include my blood pressure reading, as it was very high. I did receive a call the next day to check on me and was able to request my visit details be sent to my Doctor in Salem Or., to follow up on my blood pressure concerns. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

  Don’t bother. This place lacks apathy and don’t care about people. I moved there, made an appointment on a Monday for Wednesday. I suffer from extreme panic attacks and anxiety. I missed my appointment on Wednesday due to being in an ambulance with high blood pressure and faint from a panic attack. I was taken to the hospital. I went in on Friday that same week to make a new appointment and they said I’ve missed 2 appointments and could no longer be there. I have an aortic valve replacement as well and need to get INR checked. I told them I was in the back of an ambulance at the time of my appointment and couldn’t make it. They didn’t care at all, they weren’t nice about it, and lied about missing 2 appointments. I’ve never even made 2 appointments with them. I never got to see anyone there and if that’s how they do business I’m happy I’m not there. They don’t care about you, just the money. I will say the people at the building and the Urgent care is great though with great people. They could learn alot about kindness from the people at Urgent care at night. I’d avoid this place though if you want someone who actually cares.

  I tried to get checked out after a car accident back in June. It wasn’t an emergency so I didn’t want to go to the hospital and take time or attention away from real emergency patients. The front desk staff told me I needed to go to the E.R. and would not even let me speak to a Dr. they were very rude. I am not sure if they thought I was a person trying to get pain killers or something but I have never been treated like that in a medical setting in my life. I left there crying. So I went to their other location across town on Hamilton and the staff there was very kind and understanding. I did end up having whiplash and was taken care of by another provider. I just didn’t and still do not understand the treatment. I will just go to the Hamilton location if needed. The “ladies” at this location are miserable humans.

  I went with my husband for his appointment with Dr. Bechtold. We had an excellent experience! The nurse who did intake was very compassionate and kind. My husband’s medical issues are rather complicated and Dr. Bechtold had to make a couple of phone calls in order to have enough information to make an informed decision on possible treatment. He communicated with us very clearly about some of the complexities impacting the treatment decisions. We really appreciated his thoroughness!
