3 months agoI have never met so many friendly and personable clinicians all at one place! Everyone was so caring, kind, and patient. The highlight of my visit was while getting my x-ray done. The tech was the most attentive and compassionate person I have ever interacted with. It made me want to cry! I have never been taken care of so well and so consistently. I am glad that I chose this urgent care center and would travel here again in a heartbeat!4 weeks agoI spent about 5 min, waiting to be called to the Check room. After usual actions (taking blood pressure, temperature, pulls, etc.) I was taken to X-Ray facility, and practically immediately the problem area was X-paid. After that, in about 30 min, Doctor came with X-ray results, and thoroughly explained the picture. Everything was done in a highly professional way; I’m lucky to get this Urgent Care visit in San Carlos beautiful facility. Thank you all team, which took care of me.4 months agoThe staff at Sutter Urgent Care in San Carlos were all outstanding. I was able to get in the same day for care and when the staff saw the reason for my visit, they got me in even sooner. The primary care provider assessed my situation with my eye and was able to have me go upstairs and see an ophthalmologist immediately for a quick screening, which thankfully turned out to be just allergies vs a more serious condition. The whole team absolutely top notch in a state of the art, beautiful facility.a week agoI was able to make an appointment, so I did not have to wait for hours is the sickie waiting room. They saw me on time, did the needed tests to diagnose me and prescribe me the meds I need to recover. Everyone was really nice too!4 months agoWill never go again for urgent care needs. The facility is nice and have plenty of parking. They also offer appointments which you’d think would make the visit a lot more efficient, but that’s absolutely not the case. I arrived 10 min before my appointment time. The nurse took me in 15 min after my appointment time, which isn’t too bad, but kept me waiting for the doctor for another 1.5 HOUR! I thought they had completely forgotten about me, and went out of my room twice to check on the ETA. The first nurse gave me a stock answer of “yes, the doctor will be right with you”. And when I went out the second time 30 MIN later, another nurse just rudely said, “the doctor is busy, he’ll come to you when he’s ready.” It was so frustrating to say the least.The doctor himself was nice and tried to address my concerns when he finally came. I actually feel bad for him as he seemed quite stressed. Something has to change with the system as this is a terrible setup for both the patients and the doctor(s). My whole appointment took more than 2.5 hours. For now, I definitely do NOT plan on going there again for any urgent care needs.

a month agoNice team, but very long wait. Mix up signing in which wasted hours of my time. Lost paperwork so I had to waste another day redoing everything. To have to then go to a different location, arrive even before they open, and still have to wait hours… don’t recommend at all. No one with an actual job can sit around and wait this much.7 months agoI had a smooth experience here doing a standard pre-employment drug urine test. I went in at 845a, signed some papers and was out in about 25 minutes. Masks are required in Feb 2023.4 months agoWhile check-in process is fairly simple and straightforward, I feel the operations process could be improved! I’m not sure if it’s a funding, staffing, or both issue? But, certainly room for vast improvement!The Employer Drug Screening test should be its own section/separate process for Urinalysis. There’s NO reason one should wait for over an hour before being called to pee in a cup; barring unique circumstances (can’t pee, unusually high number of tests (urinalysis), etc). At a minimum, you should have the normal check-in process, one (1) Male and one (1) Female observer/technician, with 2 dedicated restrooms that get occupied on a first come first serve basis for testing. These are separate from the Public restrooms.
3 weeks agoEverything went smooth and the staff was really nice and professional, especially Zach was far and beyond courteous. The only draw back was the wait time to be seen and treated.5 months agoI was asked to go to the location for a drug test. I walked in and the nice woman behind the counter was extremely helpful and professional. They told me that it would just be a little while after I completed filling out the forms and she lived up to her words. I was probably in and out of there and 15 minutes. Thank you

a week agoQuick, easy, clean. I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was convenient because we were across the country on a road trip. The staff were super nice and helpful. The facility was clean. I was able to see the PA and get my prescription filled and be on my way quickly without much interruption to my vacation!a month agoBest urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I was seen in 10 minutes. The doctors were kind, efficient, and helpful. They were reassuring. They didn’t make any assumptions and trusted my opinions and knowledge of my own body and symptoms. They evaluated me carefully but quickly, gave me detailed information about my covid diagnosis and the timing for my isolation, and gave me reassurance. Shoutout to Kelly and Marc in particular.4 months agoFive star to this place is an understatement!! Thank you Sarah and Steve for your profession and hospitality.Steve’s bedside manner is unbeatable! Steve was encouraging, positive and good at patient education. He even sang to make me feel less nervous during the procedure.
The location is convenient, right next to a parking structure free for the first 90 mins. The clinic is peaceful and clean.
Most importantly, my symptom was relieved after the treatment.
I hope you never need to visit an urgent care, but if you do, this is a top notch place to consider.
2 months agoToday this urgent care center really came through for me. I needed help with a prescription before I went out of town and PA Marc was so helpful in getting it called in and made sure it was in stock too before sending over the prescription. Because my primary care doctors office was closed today ( and had ordered it for the wrong Date) I was desperate to get the medication I needed. PA Marc was extremely helpful and so was the staff. I appreciate having these services so close to home and readily available. Kudos to the team there!a month agoGreat spot for quick treatment. One of the only places that still takes walk-ins. I have been probably five times. They have been courteous prompt and given me excellent care to the best of their ability.
