  may 30. 2023. 8pm. I came for a swim after recently joining. over all was about an average experience. I will make a few suggestions for management.

  #1. pool water was a bit salty. I recommend tighter pool water quality checks.

  #2. possibly a good bleach / powerwashing of men’s shower area.

  overall I will be coming back and I look forward to some improvements based upon suggestions. I know it’s a tough job. pools and wet areas are the some of the highest maintenance areas but also the most appreciated by members as well.

  I rated one (1) star to allow me to post my concern, otherwise I would give ZERO!…I have been a member here for 1 1/2 yrs, the same machines have been broken since my membership! I walked in today and then walked straight out after I counted an additional total of seven (7) cardio machines out of service! This is unacceptable? and very, very poor management. Happily, I kept my membership at another gym. ✌Do better 24.

  The hours are terrible and the gym is routinely dirty. Closes early on weekends. I recommend it close at 11pm or 12am daily. Since it does not stay open 24hrs.

  I got a 3 day pass online. I went in to check out the gym and workout. A worker named Gary said I can’t workout because I was already in their system from years ago. This is a new gym so why would I sign up if I don’t get a feel for the atmosphere? Horrible customer service, this is how you lose potential customers. This was a waste of time. I went across the street to City Sports and had no issues there. Going to get a membership with them instead.

  People are nasty here and don’t wipe down equipment after using it. For a 24hrs place this gym is not 24hrs.

  I came in on a Sunday with an infection on my thumb caused by a nail salon. I was pretty concerned about it. The staff from the front desk, the MA’s and Dr. were very friendly and caring and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated this given I struggle with anxiety. The Doctor was quick and precise in the incision she made and I left the urgent care in under 30 minutes.

  I’m so greatful for Sutter Urgent Care! With our doctor’s busy work weeks, having same day medical attention without having to go to an emergency room is a blessing. I arrived at 8am, the girl at the desk was so welcoming and pleasant. In fact, everyone who worked there that morning was just wonderful. We were taken care of immediately and on our way in no time. They’re a caring team you can’t go wrong with.

  Outstanding service at this location! The front desk clerk was very thorough on my intake, and 2 more medical assistants combined to weigh me, ask important questions of me, draw my blood, get me to provide a urine sample, take my blood pressure, pulse, check me for COVID and flu – and then the doctor came in. He was a substitute doctor from Berkeley, but he was very professional and confident in what he wanted to do to help me and the drugs he prescribed for me. After the doctor was done with me, then an RN came in and went over the After Visit Summary with me and my immediate instructions for the near future … This is the best Urgent Care facility in East Contra Costa County and nobody else is close …

  Super fast, efficient, and convenient. Nurse practitioners and doctors at this urgent care are really friendly and thorough. Most often, not too long of a wait time. I’ve been coming to this urgent care for years and have never had any issues and have always had great service.

  Great staff but terrible everything else. When you first walk in. You do not feel you will be getting the best care. And you are right. Have a severe health issue that needs to be taken care of? Get ready for battle of the phone calls. You will NEVER get through to make that appointment. This place is a joke and not taking peoples health seriously is not funny. Needs MUCH improvement.

  I go there for pregnancy and they always see me right away. The staff is amazing and very professional I’m a high risk patient so I go in and out of this hospital a lot, every time I go there everyone is always helping me and the doctors and nurses are just wonderful! I’m always walking out feelings reassured and my questions and conserns are alway answered. I feel like they really care and want to help there patients.
