2 months agoSpent $200 for them to tell me they didn’t know what was wrong and would send cultures out to a lab, said it would take 1-2 days for results. We’re nearing the end of day 3 business hours, I have called twice with no results. First call someone told me that the labs haven’t been sending the info back so they have to call to ask them. Fine, cool, said someone would call me back. Four hours later I call again and am told that only one nurse is on and she’s busy so she hasn’t been able to call. An hour and 15 minutes until business hours close and still don’t have any answers, meanwhile my kid is miserable. Going to get him into somewhere else, do not recommend this office. Edit to add that the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the staff I saw that day was at least nice. Updating to a one star review. This is now the next day , I was finally able to talk to a medical assistant yesterday and they didn’t have the results. I explained all of my concerns about the interactions so far and was told to call back today to see if they had the results. Well, it’s Saturday and the lab is closed. I don’t know WHY that lady told me to call back again today, knowing the lab was closed. Such unprofessionalism.a week agoThe staff was professional, fast, and nice. My provider(s) were very thorough in getting info about my visit. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me.3 months agoI appreciated the entire staff. The receptionist explained all of my insurance questions. Kip, the RN was careful and kind while taking my x ray. He also took the time to make a disc to take to my doctor. Dr. Erienbush, thoroughly explained both my injury and what I could do to heal quickly. I will definitely be recommending Best Med Urgent Care to others.2 months agoFrom start to finish including paperwork, all the way to the PA lady that saw me it was a great experience. I haven’t been to a actual appointment in over 3 years and they assured me I was in great hands. Thank you again for the compassionate treatment. Sid Mccord2 months agoTwo stars for the excellent staff who were quite compassionate. Negative 3 stars for the unnecessarily complicated check in process. First the receptionist gets your phone number, then she texts a link, then you have to plug in a code, take front and back photos of your insurance card and drivers license and fill out a bunch of unnecessarily complicated info on your phone. As a sick adult, I thought it was ridiculous, if I was a parent with a sick baby, it would have been too hard. Just get a scanner and have the receptionist actually do the job of a receptionist. Not worth it.

a month agoOne of the nicer clinics I’ve been. Eventhough they encourage making an appointment, walk-in wait time was still minimal. Waiting area is clean and staff were attentive. But the one that make it a 5 star is: I was seen by a real MD and not a PA or a nurse! Dr. Driver was attentive and informative. They have on-site x-ray facility and they provided me with my medical device instead of just telling me to buy it off-site. I will definitely go to this clinic again!a week agoThe wait wasn’t very long, staff was very kind and professional. They followed up with quick test results and even called to discuss any results. Overall it was a positive experience compared to the ones we’ve had with trios urgent care.a week agoThe service that I received at urgent Care was very prompt and efficient and I feel like they treated my problem seriously and their recommendations were correct. I was in the waiting room no longer then 10 min and the nurse took me back and immediately did my vitals and everything when she left the room she said she would be right back with the doctor and that’s exactly what she did! The Dr. Came in and was just as pleasant as the nurse and office staff! I felt listened to and cared about! He explained the treatment he recommended and made sure I understood and was comfortable with his recommended treatment. He was very helpful and recommended my after care. I was absolutely amazed at the way I was treated at this facility! The entire experience lasted about 30 mins and I was on my way! I felt so much better then when I got there! This is how our Healthcare should be! The way we are treated anywhere else is not pleasant and we need to demand better treatment by our health care workers….too often they treat us like we work for them but that’s not the case they work for us we pay their salary and they should treat us with dignity in a caring way!! Thank you to the team here !!a month agoWe usual go to Kadlec providers but we took our son her when he was sick at 7 months old and it’s now the only urgent care my family uses. Very nice staff and providers. They listen to all our concerns and seem genuinely concerned about my sons health. Would recommend if you need pediatric services.

in the last weekI’ve been with Tri-City for years for my PCP, dental & psychology. All are professional, welcoming, kind, sincere & empathetic. They truly care.I want to focus this review on Dr Allen Arthur. When my HIV clinic closed, I asked him to temporarily step in for blood tests & liver ultrasound. He accepted. He’s a tremendous doctor & I can’t thank him enough for the healthcare I need. HIV isn’t his specialty but he has taken my situation on. Thank you Dr Arthur.
3 weeks agoThis is where I’ve been coming for all of my appointments since I was little and ever since I had to do my own insurance enrollment and renewal I’ve been thankful this office has these services. Except today I had an appointment at 1:30 and I was there early like I normally am, 2 o’clock and I still hadn’t been called. I only ever have this issue with the enrollment ladies, I could hear them gossiping and laughing. After being there for almost an hour I decided to leave, it’s annoying that I’m taking time off my work day all for me to just wait for an hour. Very disappoined.2 weeks agoWhat a Joke! Admin is shady. A few really good Drs and Clinical staff. They fire great people and keep the not so great ones. If I could give it no starts i would.9 months agoThe medical staff is wonderful and amazing. Caring and have a genuine want to help patients. My whole house sees Providers through TCCH. My son was delivered by one of their providers. They are the only providers that have helped my stepson with his autism.The office and reception staff disappoint me every interaction. They do not understand urgency, and will try to schedule you months out for immediate needs. When I got pregnant, they tried to schedule my first visits 8 weeks out in my second trimester. My partner having a mental health crisis they tried to schedule 6 months out because her primary was going on maternity, instead of having her see a different primary in their clinic. Took forever to get our information correctly in their system, the first three months I had to correct something every visit.
6 months agoMental health is the bad bad bad. I was waiting 3 months for my daughter appointment and 4 days before the appointment they cancel..I going to sue.
