3 months agoWent in on a Wednesday at 6PM and waited about 15 minutes before being seen with a DR. In my mind that great for a walk in appointment. The staff was very nice and helpful. My daughters DR was very engaging which I believe helped her feel comfortable. Taking tests isn’t easy for her so the fact she felt comfortable meant everything to me.a month agoI came in for a TB test, and was really impressed by how quick, clean, and efficient this place was. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The nurse was very good, but the lady at the front desk was an absolute standout. She helped me with a confusing billing situation, and was very patient with me. Very kind. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in a rush!2 months agoThey helped me get my std test which no one wants to do but they did a very good job of keeping me calm cause let me tell you I was freaking out. The first lady was able to help me by telling me her sisters story and how she now makes fun of her sister all the time which gave me a good laugh. The doctor was also very nice and he helped me understand everything I needed to know but also told me how I was just over reacting and didn’t even need to come which also made me laugh2 months agoI would highly recommend going here. I had gone to different urgent care the day before because I had a feeling I had strep and was turned away and told everything looked “fine” and it was just “post nasal drip”. I knew that wasn’t the case so the next day I went to convenient md and as soon as the nurse looked in my throat she knew it was strep before even doing the test. Sure enough, the test came back positive. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes and on my way to get antibiotics. I was very appreciate for such a quick and pleasant experience.a week agoVery nice Nurses and Nurse Practionier. I felt very comfortable and at ease being there . Did not feel like i was being rushed in and out at all. Front office staff very friendly also.

2 months agoGrateful to the staff who assisted me. Starting at the front desk, informed me quickly of the process, next to the assistant who was absolutely outstanding at her job. She really took the necessary time to relax me and I never felt rushed or delayed. Finally the Dr. … so gracious and astute. Informarmative, sweet and incredible personality. Best experience at this location by far.a month agoHad to do a bunch of tests for work. I went through it all with someone and they were great. I’d never had my blood drawn and I was scared but they did a wonderful job.The rest of the staff was also fantastic. I felt good the entire time I was there.
3 months agoDO NOT GO HERE. Go to convenient MD. This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. I took a family member here to get checked for an infection. We walked in and let them know she had what we suspected was a small infected lump and that she was in a significant amount of discomfort. They said they had to talk to the doctor to see if she could be seen. After waiting about 10 minutes the receptionist came back out and said they could not see her because they didn’t have saline if she needed saline?? I explained that she just needed antibiotics to clear the infection and make her more comfortable. Keep in mind this is ever before we had seen a nurse or any doctors. They refused to see her and said she needed to go to a primary care doctor. We explained that she is an international student and currently does not have a primary doctor and they said she should start calling around and hope that one of the hospitals is taking new patients. If we did that she might have to wait months to be seen and she was in too much pain to wait that long. My relative started crying because she was so upset and they receptionist just dismissed us. This was beyond unacceptable to me and so I called the convenient MD right down the road and explained what was going on over the phone. They said they would see her. We got there, got right in to see a doctor, and they prescribed her antibiotics and she is doing much better. Concentra has lazy staff, lazy doctors and is a total scam and needs to be put out of business.2 months agoThe staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I only had to wait a few minutes each time. The doctor was very knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend Concentra. I was very impressed with their service!!4 months agoI walked in to get my drug test for employment, I got in there at about 9am, the place was pretty busy, but they managed to get me out at about 10:30am, which I count as a plus. My results came back in a little over 24 hours, cleared for work. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

3 weeks agoI love harbor homes. I have gotten so comfortable going there for the past few years. They saved my life and helped me get my life together and I am 3 years clean from drugs/alcohol because of them. They have all the resources needed for an adult like me to help myself. I appreciate them very much and im thankful! I am Grateful for you harbor homes! Thank you for everything you do for people.3 weeks agoMy dr is the absolute best! She really cares about my overall health. She makes me feel at home when I go to my appointments! She never judges. She has a lot of compassion. An she listens to mea month agoAlways greeted professionally. I never wait more than 5 minutes if that. The Nurse is wonderful and Dr.Zhao is on top of his game. I highly recommend him and the entire team. I have total faith in Harbor Care.4 months agoI have been going there for a few yrs now and I have had no problems with any staff members Yara Henniger (sp?)….I absolutely love her! She ALWAYS listens to me and understands everything I say to her. She’s one to listen to me if a medication is working or it’s not and if it doesnt then she will give me the choice of wanting to try something else or not. She gives suggestions and not just try to shove medications down my throat (so to speak) She’s absolutely GREAT at her job amd EXTREMELY knowledgeable and most importantly….SHE CARES!!!!! She’s a GREAT asset to Harbor Homes and I hope she never leaves there.One thing I am having a hard time with is the fact that after my therapist Cheryl Carrol had left Harbor Homes….I’ve now been getting student therapists and not a permanent one so I would have to explain everything to a mew counselor. Other than that…I really love being there.
a month agoHarbor homes changed my life for the better. I did have doctorsl Zhoa and let me tell you he is mean and rude! He is disrespectful and talks down to you and treats you like you’re nothing! So glad I switched to Michelle Leclerc!!! And all the years that I’ve had switched doctors she is by far the most amazing woman I’ve ever met in my life! She listens, she hears you, she helps you, and tries to make it better! She is very caring and compassionate about her job and she makes it known to her patients that that’s how she is and those are the type of providers that we need in this world! She is outstanding and amazing and I wouldn’t change her for the world!!! And her nurse Kendra is phenomenal and also cares very much! The two of them together are such an outstanding team!!!
