a month agoAmazing experience!!! My 1 year old fell, and we were fairly sure he broke a bone. We brought him in, and barely had to wait before they brought us back. We paid out of pocket, and the gal at the front desk made sure we knew the average amount that is paid before we were seen, to make sure we were okay to pay it. So kind! And the provider was AMAZING!!! She heard us out and told us that most toddlers don’t break easily, but offered an xray. She also helped with holding the baby and gave him a popsicle during the procedure. She was so kind and understanding. When it came time to put on a soft cast, we didn’t even need to hold him down at all because she snuck up and put the cast on while I held him. She made the visit so easy, and every staff member was so kind. Will be coming back with any future problems!3 months agoI was in a pretty bad hit n run accident and in a lot of pain the following day, so I went to AFC nampa to get checked out. I felt so welcomed and at easy from the moment I arrived till the moment I left. Getting x-rays was very uncomfortable, but the nurse Yennita was so helpful and accommodating that it went as smooth as it could go even though I was in a lot of pain. The ladies up front were so helpful with getting the right insurance billed as well. I definitely recommend AFC Nampa. Hopefully you don’t need an urgent care but if you do at any point I hope you choose them and that you have the staff I was blessed with. I’m still dealing with the aftermath of my accident, but its the people along the way that truly make a difference..✨️ Thanks again Yennita and AFC Nampa!!!a week agoA very friendly staff! Thank you!3 months agoThey did great got us all in as quickly as they could. They were very friendly and on top of things. The receptionist was very patient with me dropping things and trying to fill everything put we came in a group. I would definitely come here again. The kids were happy to receive a snack while we waited.a week agoMy husband took my daughter here and he said that it was a very nice place. It was clean and everyone was friendly. He said they were very informative and over-the-top welcoming and helpful.

a week agoThis location has good doctors and all around staff. Professional and kind. This so far has been the best location to go to. Even if I go in for simple things and discover the issue doesn’t need to be treated, I appreciate the knowledge that is given as well. And don’t make me feel guilty for coming in.in the last weekAppreciate the quality of the doctors. However the price structure is significant -First its $228 office visit for a wellness check. Took 3 months to get that appointment. Dr. says I got some ear wax build-up probably affecting my tinnitus, want to me to get that? Sure, I say. $160 adder to what was a maybe 10mins portion of the wellness check. Insurance or no insurance ridiculous amount of money for that upcharge.3 weeks agoI was looking in desperate need of a an urgent care, and I found this place cause it was close to my home. I was seen right away for a private matter and urgent of all. I appreciate it. Everything from checking in to see in the provider and the nurse that took my vitals, as I left, I felt informed but what really impressed me was the fact that I was seen on a Thursday and on a Sunday of all days, the provider reached out to me and let me know that the medication I was taking exactly what I should be taking and I appreciated the follow up Especially on a Sunday and I will definitely use them in the future if needed.a month agoPrimary health are SCUM!!! Went in set up an appointment for a physical. Couldn’t see the doc for a month. Weeks went by got a call saying my appointment was canceled due to an outstanding balance that was sent to collections in 2006… get this. I been there in 2017 and 2020 to get my busted back looked at…and went in just fine twice and yet now they have the nerve to tell me ” you are no longer allowed to be seen at any of our locations “a month agoThe staff and doctor were very kind and concerned about my medical needs. In a world where we feel more like a number and not a human being.. I felt I was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you so much!

5 months agoI brought my toddler in because he was having a hard time breathing and everyone we interacted with was so kind. I feel like the physician and assistants on staff really cared about our comfort. They were super quick and gentle with his covid swab, which came back positive, so they wanted to keep my son to observe and make sure the breathing treatment they gave him helped. I would refer anyone in the area who needs urgent care to come here!2 months agoUrgent Care always provides me with the information I need to know, education about my body, and potential and recommended courses of action.We never wait very long. They always follow highest level of care standards.
2 months agoI was Extremely impressed with Sandra Messmer who diagnosed me with strep throat? She was very thorough and her diagnosis. Sandra is knowledgeable, kind, completely thorough, and really wants to help her patients plus educate them. I feel she’s the BEST nurse practitioner I’ve ever met! Definitely an asset to primary health. I feel strongly she could start her own practice and do phenomenally! Thank you, Sandra for taking such great care of me. I’m extremely thankful and grateful and appreciative. Primary health please give Sandra a raise as she’s worth every amount you can pay her! I will only ask for Sandra Messmer when I come in. Sandra was amazing! I may change my primary care doctor to Sandra Messmer, that’s how good she is!! Would highly recommend Sandra Messmer to anyone seeking medical help. I really appreciate the care they took with my child and would definitely return when the occasion calls for it. Thanks so much. The medication was sent to the pharmacy very quickly and was ready for pick up in a timely manner. Great experience for me and my child. Thanks again!!!!6 months agoAlways a great environment with a professional yet personable staff that makes every experience comfortable and makes the patient feel cared for, listened to, important and they never dismiss my concerns, thoughts or feelings. Very attentive. They truly do care, they’ve reached out many many times to me to supply resources and extra attention that I didn’t know I could receive and haven’t in the past else where. They truly are my favorite and make having multiple chronic conditions bearable. I’m so grateful. Always a stellar environment, I have had more progress in the health aspect of life in their care than I ever did going to other hospitals, clinics, or specialists before them. Flexible when scheduling in house and telehealth appointments and provide the Healow app to track prescriptions, appointments, etc, and you can also message back and forth when needing contact prior to and following appointments. They are why I have come so far physically and emotionally, thank you, everyone at Primary Health,I don’t know what I would do without you all.
