  The visit was great. Everyone was helpful and caring. Really enjoyed the doctor I dealt with. I would give 5 stars on the visit. But I needed follow up care that was time sensitive. That is where my 5 star experience dropped to 1 star. I was told that I would be contacted. Day 1 post visit: no one called. Day 2 post visit: I reached out and was told that I was on the schedule for someone to call me so that we could schedule up the next step. Day 3 post visit: no one had called so I called back and was told that I was referred to a different group and that they would be reaching out. It is now Day 4 post visit and I still have not heard from anyone. Please know people that I have an open fracture in my finger and I had to change out my own dressing on the wound. I will never use the Saltzer Health organization ever again. I recommend that you go somewhere else as well.

  We went to the urgent care late for my 6 year old daughter and we saw Lyndsey DeSoto and I have never loved an urgent care provider more than her. I’ve never had great experiences with the providers in that setting but she was amazing. She was so professional and delicate about the situation with my child and we ended up going to the Er per her recommendation and so glad we did because of the seriousness of the possible condition. She was so nice and thorough and explained things so well and sincerely cared about my daughter and she wasn’t just another number to her. I would love to see her for a family practice provider if she ever decided to leave urgent care. 10/10 care by her. The other staff was great also

  The providers at Saltzer Urgent Care were very thorough and patient and kind. Even being patient with the fact that I was on the phone while my mother had my child in the office. They were very thoughtful. I usually feel more stress after doctors appointments with my baby, but this one went very well.

  Everyone was super nice. The provider that I seen seemed rushed and insensitive to my situation. I can honestly say I did not like her bedside manner the rest of the staff was kind and welcoming. I think that bedside manner is just as important to patient Care just as much as diagnosis and treatment it should come along with the job. People go to doctors to feel comfort when they’re not feeling their best to see what’s ailing them. Without a comforting doctor it gives patients less hope in their ability to treat them. I was strongly recommend talking to providers about bedside manner. It shouldn’t matter how bad or how little the situation is all patients I should feel comfortable and heard while seeking medical help. Unfortunately my situation I felt like I was not taken seriously. I felt like the provider was rushed and I was the least of her worries. She was great at her job but her bedside manner was lacking which makes me feel less confident to come to this facility.

  Everyone we had contact with was amazing! The lady at the front desk with red hair was efficient and friendly. The MA was kind, had both me and my husband in the same room- since both were sick Ally McGee was incredibly supportive and competent. Gave us a good exam, asked questions and didn’t hesitate with our prescriptions- explained what each were for. Our time in the building was maybe 25-30 minutes. What a great experience! We have already spread the word about this location. Thank you

  I went in for diagnosis for the summer ’23 version of covid (positive) the day after I got home from vacation and the Care Provider actually took the time to probe me with questions about any other things that they might be able to help with. There was. A torn left ACL a I got just few days earlier on the Oregon coast. Their unexpected attention to ‘the broad picture’ for me was exactly what I needed to get the expidited referral I needed to see an Orthopedic Specialist.

  The entire staff was so nice and I really felt cared for. They went above and beyond helping me move my prescription to another pharmacy and even called to let me know when they had done it. I was seen in a timely matter & the physician who was helping me really listened and was very knowledgeable. This is a great Primary Health with amazing staff.

  The staff is welcoming, engaging, and all-around just good people it seems. Even if it’s just a big act and for the other 23 hours of the day they’re the complete opposite, it’s a great ploy and makes even a trip to the doctor a pleasant experience. Note: I trust the staff are innately good folks all the time, don’t misinterpret my jest.

  went here and was told nothing was wrong with me and wasn’t contagious and i was fine. when i was very sick. was told to come back in 10 day if i didn’t get better. i went to another primary care 7 days later and found out i had mono. was no longer contagious but was at the time i was when i came here. they seemed to send me away with no questions and basically made me feel dumb for coming in when i was very ill. definitely go to another location if you want to get taken care of.

  I like Primary Health in Meridan my primary Dr us located here I have been going here for approximately 15 yrs. Very caring staff, in person or in the phone. Dr Johnson is wonderful very attentive treats me like a person not a number actually cares about his patients. He listens to me answers my questions & addresses my concerns. The nurses are wonderful very caring.

  I brought my teen here today, she wasn’t feeling good and she was grumpy, rude and hard to deal with. She made it hard for doctor and staff by not cooperating for the sake of her own care. The doctor and his assistant did their best trying to treat her. At one point she refused to do anything and stormed out of building. The doctors assistant was very good and helped me with getting her back to do the needed tests and bent over backwards to accommodate my difficult child . I appreciate that they helped and didn’t just write her off.

  Walked in and was immediately helped by one of the 3 gals that are in the front desk . Very attentive and sweet . Took all my information down in the matter of only 5 minutes , helped with filling out the form and was in the waiting room for no more than 10 minutes . After having my vitals taken I was escorted to a room to be seen by a Doctor, waited maybe 5 minutes tops and in walked Doctor Denning . He was very gentle , kind , patient and knowledgeable. I struggle with having to go see a doctor because I’ve had such bad experiences before so I was naturally nervous and skeptical, but Doctor Denning made my experience the BEST ! I am so glad he was my doctor that day and I have to say , if I need medical services next time I won’t hesitate to come back in 🙂

  Today’s Wednesday, I went in Saturday to a Dr. Stolworthy, his responsibility by the way. He told me they would have lab results Monday, no call. I called Tuesday and the nurse said she would put a rush on it. Today I called and the INCOMPETENT UNPROFESSIONAL MORONS never sent it off. What a joke of a place!! How would they feel if they were awaiting important lab results. Idiotic beyond belief!
