  Yesterday morning I went into Valley Immediate care shortly after they opened at 7:00 am. After not sleeping well it was nice to get right in. The staff was pleasant and prompt. I saw Cullen Mack PAC whom I’ve seen before. He is kind and professional. I was taken very good care of. I Highly recommend this Medical Facility.

  I had an appointment so I didn’t have much of a wait. So that was nice. The doctor was very friendly and empathetic, and gave me lots of suggestions to help with my broken teeth issue until I could get in to see a dentist. The staff was also friendly and helpful!

  Everything was fine, except I was charged not correctly. We tried to explain and they gals wouldn’t listen, just told us to call a number which is extra time and work. I have Medicare and regular insurance. No copay! Update: the billing department was very helpful, she said that she couldn’t understand why the front desk didn’t even look at the information that was all there. She corrected my account…full refund, and will be talking to their supervisor so this will not happen again to any other person.

  Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming. There was a bit of a wait here and there although I was a walk in and an emergency came in during my wait. The nurse who checked me in, doctors nurse, and technician that took X-rays and blood were kind and accommodating. I was so happy to find and receive help on a Sunday. The doctor made me comfortable immediately answered all my questions and diagnosed my problem giving me a written assessment which is invaluable for reference later. Next morning I received a text with results of my blood test. I am so grateful to have essential services for medical care available when I need them. P Barker

  I had a wonderfully smooth experience at Valley Immediate Care when I needed to be seen urgently for a wrist injury. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff and MA were friendly and considerate. The provider, Evan, addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and made me feel at ease about my recovery. I highly recommend this facility!

  My experience was very positive. I walked in to be seen and was able to get an appointment an hour and a half away, I was able to go home and relax and get a message telling me when to come in. The gal at the desk was very helpful, encouraging, kind and compassionate, even coming out to the waiting room several times to ask if anybody needed anything. My overall time there was 2 hours which is half the time that I would have spent in the emergency room. The PA I saw was absolutely fantastic, she was able to treat me immediately and get me on my way to treating my issue. I would highly recommend Valley Immediate Care on East Barnett. Even the young man who took my stats and the young man that walked me out were kind and helpful, had a good sense of humor in a difficult situation! I would definitely go there again!

  We could not get in soon enough to see our primary care Doctor. Pm So I went online and found VIC and was able to make an apt online that night for the next afternoon. They took our insurance and everything seemed very straightforward and easy. They also were very communicative. I had to ask a question before our apt, I was able to go back online, and talk to someone to get my question answered. When we checked in it was not a very long wait until we were called back. The intake nurse was very good at her job. Her name was Jessie, and she truly has found her calling. She was probably the nicest and communicative nurse we have ever met. The doctor was also a great guy and figured out our needs quickly answered all our questions and sent us on our way. We had such a great experience, I wondered if I could make this my daughters primary care team. Wonderful job done by all! Everyone was very nice and the place was pretty easy to find. I would give 10 stars if I could.

  Hands down best DR visit I’ve ever had. Miguel was personable, informative and took his time answering all my questions. I felt heard and that I had a plan and a DR who cares, moving forward. Thank you for that Miguel! And the shoes…perfection!!!

  I got there just before 2:30 p.m. The waiting room was quiet and not crowded. By 3:00 I had my vitals taken and told I would be seen by 3:30. At 3:28 I was taken back and sat in a room. They doctor came in around 3:45. I told him my symptoms and in a few minutes he had a diagnosis aand prescribed antibiotics. In all I was the about 1 hour 45 minutes. Much better than Providence which kept me waiting 12 hours last time I was there. Only gripe was the triage nurse had difficulties finding my pharmacy (had to have the doctor change it) and couldn’t find my blood pressure.

  Went in this Monday and got excellent care. Miguel Barker could not have been nicer. Good sense of humor and knew just what was needed for my knee. Has been great since then. Have appointment to see again in September. Glad to have found this service.

  Dr. Miller is good at her job, she takes time to listen and understand. I had a work injury last November, she hasn’t rushed the process, but has sent me to both physical therapy and chiropractor, and hasn’t given up on me.

  Valley Immediate Care gave me excellent care when I walked in. The Occ Health department is also very good, although there was a problem with a prescription they sent in and it took a long time for them to contact my doctor for a followup appointment.

  The providers in this clinic don’t listen amd could care less about helping you. They throw medication around and say it will solve the problem. When you tell them the problem isn’t fixed amd they can’t figure it they just give up and tell you there isn’t anything they can do for you. I have never had a doctor treat me so poorly and not help me at all.
