  The staff are phenomenal here!! Despite being short staffed they gave me their full attention and were super friendly. I’ve been here twice in 2 weeks for a physical and toxic screen for a job. My second visit was chaotic due to missing paperwork but the woman at the front desk did not stop until she got to the bottom of it!! Despite this location being a bit farther from my home than other locations I would come back!!

  From the moment we walked through the door we had a very good experience. The person at the desk (Maritsa?) was welcoming and helpful. When we saw the nurse and doctor they were both caring, helpful and effective. We came in for ear wax so severe that the patient was almost deaf. The nurse (Nicole?) worked hard and was able to remove the wax with the result of restoring the patient’s hearing. We were very appreciative of the treatment as well as the result. Everyone was very nice.

  I did a walk in here and still did not have to wait very long to be seen. On top of that- every single person I talked to was extremely nice. From the front desk person to the three medical professionals I spoke to, I was treated with respect and kindness.

  The staff is very nice I will give them all the credit in the world in the sense that they recognize how long of a process it is. I showed up and waited about an hour to be seen. I then went through an entire employment physical which some how managed to take 3 hours…. granted I will cut them some slack because they were very kind to me. Having someone be in a medical facility for almost 4 hours with not many patients waiting is absurd. Shame on the company for not providing more staff. Literally was falling asleep during my appointment waiting.

  Needed an X-ray done, went three different times each time I was turned away. One time the tech was leaving, after I had already been registered and waiting. The last time I arrived at 645 and was told I couldn’t get an X-ray because they closed in an hour. I was told the day prior I could show up any time and get one since the tech would be working 8-8. I’m going somewhere else now with much better care.

  I went in after hoping an infection would clear up on its own. It didn’t. By the time I sought help, it was beyond what they could do at a walk in center. They gave me a shot of antibiotics and strongly recommended that I go to the ER. I did, got treated and sent home where I’m recovering nicely. I always appreciate anyone who actually knows his/her limitations and doesn’t try to experiment. Thank you Stephanie and Caitlin. Job well done.

  This clinic is fabulous. I arrived on a Sunday with one other in waiting area. Was checked in quickly and seen within 15-20 minutes.

  I needed an EKG and then Amanda Berg, PA saw me. All the staff was kind, understanding of my issue and compassionate.

  Took my son here today. Really nice facility w high tech x-ray machine so no sending you here, there and everywhere, after waiting forever like privious experiences elsewhere. All the staff are really kind and physicians are great too. Wait time was very minimal. We had a really good experience. Definitely 10,000 times better than waiting in the ER. It stinks when you’re not feeling well or hurt, but this is the best place if you need to be seen, by far.

  I did a dumb thing. I hiked Ice Gulch path in the White Mountains National Park alone. I slipped and fell and managed to bend my thumb nail back halfway down the nail bed. Dr. Cox could have chastised me for being careless. I’ve had encounters with many doctors who would. But he didn’t. He was truly delightful. He numbed my thumb and trimmed off the bent bit of nail. I hardly felt a thing. It hurt later, but that’s to be expected. I’m just so grateful I went and had it taken care of properly. I seriously wanted to ask Dr. Cox if he’d go hiking with me. Totally seems like a guy I’d hang out with. All of the staff there has always been great. my deepest gratitude to all there.

  I couldn’t ask for a better place! Not only are all their locations now super convenient but the staff is absolutely amazing!!! The office staff is incredibly competent (which you don’t always see at other places) & friendly, the medical staff are knowledgeable and caring and give a very positive experience all around. Only once for a short time my insurance changed and I couldn’t go here for about a year and what a difference I noticed going elsewhere!!!! This place is clean, organized, super efficient, and the staff is empathetic and make you feel validated in what you are saying. I highly recommend this office.

  I’ve had only amazing experiences with this practice. They are caring, conscientous, thoughtful, non-judgmental, and very talented. Both my PCP and my PA I work with have always been patient and understanding in helping me figure out my medical needs. From weight loss to long COVID issues to even coming in because it turned out a spider crawled in my ear (!!!) they’ve always taken care of everything for me (and yes, they got the spider out quickly!). The support staff are also fantastic, friendly, and always make sure to find the best possible appointments and solutions for me.   Yesterday was the first time I saw Jessica Ames. She is a nurse practitioner at Mill City. She was wonderful. She really took an interest in me. She asked me questions that I hadn’t even thought about before. She helped me solve all my issues with my health and I walked out of there feeling really good. I was in serious pain while I was there. She prescribed medicine that helped me immediately and they weren’t opioids. I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you have a chance to visit with her you will know what I’m talking about!

  Not only was Mary Trainor efficient, professional, personable and timely, her medical assistant Victoria was competent, lively, enthusiastic and so kind. 5 stars every time.
