in the last weekAlways such great care, anytime I have a quick health emergency I come here. I also loved that they remember you from previous visits, like one of the nurses there, Rola, she was so nice to ask how my son was doing. The staff is friendly and efficient:)a week agoI work at a drs office so I appreciate kindness and consideration starting with the front office staff and finishing with the Dr. Here was a good example of that. I filled out the necessary paperwork, there was no wait, and was called back quickly. The MA who took my vitals and symptoms was pleasant and efficient. Less than 5 minutes later the Dr came in went over everything, ordered the tests, the MA came back performed them and when they were finished the Dr was back finished the appt and I was on my way home. While there I heard no idol gossip, everyone was very professional.a week agoII got in right away. The Doctor and staff were very professional. I was diagnosed , given my instructions for home and checked out in a very timely matter. I will definitely use them again for a quick emergency..4 months agoI went here because it was the closest one that was still open, and called first to see if they could even look at my issue. I asked about the wait, and they told me there was only 1 person currently waiting.I got there quickly, and my only wait was while I filled out the new patient paperwork. I was taken back right away, and seen by an amazing PA who was so nice and personable, and very knowledgeable. I was “diagnosed” and she went right over and sent my prescriptions (I had a gum issue) immediately.
Every staff person I interacted with was very kind and patient. Highly recommend!
a month agoThinking they closed at 8, i showed up for a strep test at 5:50 and was surprised to see no other patients waiting. While in the waiting room, i checked the website and realized they closed at 6! They were all extremely accommodating and friendly, and never once seemed irritated that i showed up at closing time on a Sunday! Very prompt and courteous care!

a week agoGreat experience with my 4 year old. Wait wasn’t terribly long and once we were called in, we were seen right away. The care team were great with my child, making her experience enjoyable. Over all grateful for the good people God has placed there to care for the people of our community. We are blessed.2 months agoMy experience today at Michigan Urgent Care was very pleasant. The check in was seamless, the clerk was helpful, and I had a short wait before being called back. The medical staff was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. I like that my X-ray would be seen by a radiologist as well so that gives me a piece of mind knowing there are two sets of eyes looking at the X-ray. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.in the last weekWent in feeling terrible which turned out to be a sinus infection and after getting the proper meds, I feel great. They were professionals and on top of everything by sending my script order over to the pharmacy. So grateful to them.a month agoEvery one was so nice! I sat in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes. I will definitely go here again3 weeks agoEdited- 8-28-23 Today was an exceptional experience. I was treated within minutes for my very severe migraine. Dr was extremely kind as was the nurse. Thank you5-23 My family has been going here for many many years. They have switched over quite a few times and the only stable person there who is wonderful is Dr DeAngelo. I would normally give this place five stars in the past, and I don’t review very many things, but I was so disappointed today that I cannot leave this unsaid. I took my mom in with very severe symptoms of an illness that we thought maybe bronchitis, pneumonia, or Strep throat. The nurse asked my mom if she wanted to be tested for these things instead of telling her that she should be tested and they refused to do a chest x-ray even though my mom had pneumonia not long ago and we wanted to make sure it was gone. The nurse forgot to take her temperature and blood pressure and the doctor only listened to her chest to say she had bronchitis. After prescribing antibiotics, she came back and said the test was positive for Covid, not bronchitis. They then called in a script for my mom to Walgreens and didn’t give them a number they needed in order to fill it, the pharmacist and myself waited on hold for approximately 30 minutes to get someone to get the number for us. Once they got the number Walgreens wouldn’t fill it because the urgent care didn’t do their due diligence and check kidney function before prescribing the medication, so now we had to switch to another pharmacy. This was at 9:00 am and we never got the medication until around 3:30 pm. When I went to get it, the urgent care had also not called in the inhaler. I’m just so disappointed, I won’t bring my mom back here unless I’m sure DeAngelo is there. Awful experience for an elderly woman.

I think Ashley was the name of the woman at the front counter… Best smile in a waiting room that I have seen in over 3 years. I couldn’t help but try to compete with her smile… She still won.5 months agoMy experience was simple and quick. I had to wait a few minutes longer than I thought I would. But overall it was a quick and professional. Snacks and water were available as well.4 months agoThe Concentra on Schoolcraft has to be the worst in the system. The wait time is ridiculous, the staff are unprofessional and rude. If they aren’t loudly arguing with each other they’re talking to you in a condescending manner. The “doctor” is clueless and pushes services or outside testing to referred providers to get more out of you. Overall a terrible experience, I wish my company had never sent me there.
