a month agoAmazing place! The doctors and the staff are so kind and wonderful and take care of all of your needs very quickly. I have been very comfortable in my room and they have asked us even several times if we would like a snack or drink. They were very professional when it came to doing my scans as well as x-ray. I will definitely be back for my ER needs. This place is exactly what every health place needs to be!a week agoEveryone was so helpful and so nice. Dr Patel was amazing and comforting. They made the experience as comfortable as possible. So grateful to have found this gem!4 weeks agoGreat service. Came in for a Covid test. A lot of paperwork but as soon as paperwork was done, the nurse came to get us and took us back to a room and started the intake. Doc came in while intake was almost complete, she requested tests for all viruses. Nurse went to grab the tests and came back quickly and administered the tests gently. The front desk came back to offer us cold drinks and brought them back quickly. The staff were happy to serve us and seemed to genuinely enjoy having us as patients. Will definitely recommend South Shore ER! Thank you to all staff. You made an unpleasant experience not so unpleasant.

a week agoFantastic group of Providers! I highly recommend!! Dana made everything seem so easy upon registering, Clarissa(fabulous nurse) took such good care of me, and was so attentive. Tara was so sweet and caring when she did the x-rays on my foot, even going the extra mile of offering socks because my feet were cold. And of course Dr. Antill completely explained everything about my diagnosis and treatment. I imagine the state of the art facility makes it a wonderful place to work, everything was so nice and very clean. Will definitely go back!2 weeks agoAbsolutely incredible experience!!!! They saw me fast and had great bedside manner, so professional and knowledgeable! I will be recommending them to everyone!!! Jamie was so kind and happy and welcoming! the whole place was anything but sterile. Martin and Victoria were great nurses! And Dr Jhungree was phenomenal. 10/10!!!in the last weekThis facility is tremendous! As someone who deals with chronic illness and has seen their fair share of ER facilities, this is by far the most efficient, clean, and caring place I’ve ever seen!The staff amazed me when I walked in as they knew my level of pain? And treated me accordingly.

a month agoI have gone to many emergency cares, but this one is the best so far. Amazing care to myself and they were super sweet to my daughter who was obviously getting a bit bored after a couple hours. Will definitely be my first option for the next time around. Drs and nurses are amazing and overall a great experience2 months agoFrom start to finish, this has to be the best experience at any medical facility, ever. I was called back before I could fill out my forms. Very fast. I had a very private room. The nurses, doctor, and xray tech were very nice and explained everything thoroughly. My wife recommended this place, and I’m glad she did. I will 100% go back here and recommend it to family and friends.

a week agoI came here on account of a work related injury I had. From the get go, this place kinda sketched me out. I had been there once before and from what I remember it was a painfully long wait time. This time, this was not the case. I came in on a Sunday the morning after the injury occurred to get it checked out. They told me immediately that they were understaffed, as in only three people on staff total at the time, only one nurse and one doctor. I understood and was still seen rather timely for the situation, which was amazing. But as far as signing paperwork & communicating with the front desk, it was like talking to a brick wall. Like she wasn’t interested in talking to ANYONE and made me feel very stupid when I had never filled out this paperwork before. I waited in my exam room for about an hour before finally getting an X-ray, the results took a bit to come in. After my appointment concluded and I was checking out, they told me my follow-up was scheduled for a day that I would be on vacation across the state. I informed them, they said that they would “call me within the next day or two to reschedule with me”. So I waited & waited. No call came in until the day of my follow up, where the same front desk lady, frustrated and flat toned, told me over and over “it’ll be considered a missed appointment” whilst i was trying to tell her i can reschedule it. She was very rude and condescending. When I finally came in for a follow up I waited for a whole hour almost to get into a room. All I needed was the doctor to touch my arm, tell me i’m clear for work, and then I leave. But it took another 45 minutes for him to come touch my arm and sign some paperwork. If i had not said that i was in a hurry, i probably would have been in there another hour, as the doctor was messing around in the back when he was suppose to be printing out my “return to work” paperwork. He seemed super nonchalant and didn’t really care about my time or convenience. It was literally a follow-up. I was also apparently suppose to be on prescriptions that were never sent to my pharmacy. And in their records according to the nurse, they had the wrong date in the computer for my original appointment, trying to tel me i came on on a date that was a week before?? Overall the most unorganized and careless urgent clinic I’ve ever seen. And from what I know they overcharge you a load.. Luckily i did not have to pay this time. 0/10 would never go here on my own personal accord.in the last weekThe staff at this facility are wonderful. The receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor were all so helpful and kind. We will definitely use their services again when needed. Five stars! ?5 months agoWe have visited the League city Care Now many times and are always impressed with the professionalism and kindness from the front desk to the doctors! Our most recent visit, my daughter saw Dr. Patton. She is 4 and he was awesome with her! He really knew how to get on her level and she loved him! Also, our nurse Kennedy was so sweet and caring and made us so comfortable! Brandi at the front desk is who I talked to about scheduling the appointment and she was so kind and patient and gave excellent customer service! If you need an urgent care, I highly recommend this facility! They have a great team!!3 months agoCynthia at the front desk was friendly and professional. She greeted us as we entered the building. We checked in online and was called back to the waiting room within 10minutes after insurance was verified. The nurse, Shay, that called us back was also friendly and quickly assessed vitals. She was very thorough and seemed sincere and concerned. After the nurse left, Sharon, the nurse practitioner came in within 2 minutes. She had a calm and very sweet personality. She quickly provided relief for my husband and addressed his issue. We loved that there were tvs with movies on in both the waiting room and in individual rooms. The entire office was spotless and provided comfort. I definitely recommend this place!2 months agoThere were hardly any customers in this pace when I walked in and I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. I couldn’t tell if the place was understaffed. But when they finally got me in a patient room I had to wait almost another hour for the doctor to show up. They need to rename this place because they do not provide “care now”. They provide care when they feel like it. If you are not in a hurry I recommend this place. But if you need urgent care this is not the place to go.
