I always know that I’m in good hands as soon as someone says, “Dr Fletcher will be with you in a few moments.”4 years agoDr Fletcher was very kind and caring to my child. He listened to her concerns and how she was feeling instead of looking at me for answers. a year agoNot a bad family practice/urgent care medical clinic. As with other medical clinics, it largely depends on the staff and providers you get for your care. Dr. Haydar and his nurses have always been good during my visits for annual checkups and other visits. I have also never had an issue with urgent care visits although I would like to see an actual doctor instead of a nurse practitioner when I or a family member visits.8 months agoThis is my first and last time I go to this urgent care. I went in to get a covid test, but the nurse wasn’t an active listener then the doctor only gave me my negative test results, but didn’t ask how I was feeling and when I asked him what he thought it might be because it felt like covid symptoms, he said “I don’t know” and prescribed me cough medicine when I don’t even have a cough. I would’ve thought I’d get prescribed antibiotics or something stronger from all the symptoms I’m dealing with. It made me feel like they just wanted me in and out of the clinic not really there to help me and not to mention the long wait time. I recommend going to a different clinic, avoid going here.a month agoConcerned doctor. Wants to know as well as I want is wrong with me.
