a month agoIt was a fantastic service from FastMed. The doctors/ staffs were very cordial and helpful. I went to refill my medicines, they understood my problem and extended their helping hand for the same. I really do appreciate their positive attitude. As a traveller when you run short of your medicines, I would recommend FastMed as the best solutions. Keep up the good work.a month agoThe staff was friendly and prompt. The practitioner saw me almost immediately after the nurse checked my vitals. She addressed all of my issues and knew exactly what to do. I arrived just as they opened and was done with my appointment within 30 minutes! I highly recommend FastMed for your urgent care needs.a month agoSurprisingly quick walk in visit. Check in was smooth and the nurse helped me get my ear all cleaned out and some ear drops were sent for me to pick-up at Walgreens. The MA Jennifer so nice and caring while working my son up. The provider Mobeen was so thorough and took her time with my 11 month old! Very efficient and professional staff! I would recommend Fastmed to everyone I know!3 months agoI came in with heartburn and dizziness and nausea. people was really nice. The women at the front desk was really helpful. The doctor forgot about me and didn’t do noting but look in my ear and throat and give me something for allergies and heartburn. My husband has to take me to the hospital because it got so bad.

in the last weekClearly they’re understaffed. I’m a first year teacher and they called me the day before I had to return to do my TB skin test and said they’d be closed so I needed to go to their other location. It’s not really urgent care if you close early and close for an entire business day, I digress. Anyways I had until today, Friday, to come back as I figured they’d be open today and I didn’t want to use another location. That’s how things get mixed up. The lady at the front was very nice as she said this is not her primary location. So I was understanding. She proceeds to tell me they lost my original documentation I provided them for my physical and TB test. It’s quite alarming especially being a medical institution. All in all to say, I should have just drove the 40 minutes to Winston to get my test and results done. Again the lady in the front was nice but losing my original documents is a huge red flag. On a plus side the staff is friendly.a month agoOne never wants things like this to happen; but when you experience some kind of injury, FastMed (High Point, NC, Skeet Club Road) is a great place to get emergency care. I was seen fast by the caring, competent staff at FastMed. They were also kind, cordial and very helpful to me while in pain. They had what they needed to diagnose (Xray machine) boot me up and send me limping on my way.a week agoI went to the skeet club location. The customer service was AWESOME! Sahar was compassionate and very attentive. April at the front desk was an amazing hostess. I appreciate all the staff and them being there. 10 STARS if I could.a month agoCalled to have a sports physical and my sons ankle looked at. Was not aware they closed at 4. The lady who answered the phone was super kind and helpful. She said come 1st thing in the morning, and we will get him taken care of. Got there the next day. She got up him signed in and seen. Was in and out within an hour. We always go to this location. They have always been great to deal with, and it’s only a few miles from our home and his school. Always call here for any last-minute needs, and they do their to accommodate us!3 months agoEveryone at the practice went above and beyond to meet my needs. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and the doc was very personable and knowledgeable. His diagnosis was prompt and on point. He solved what could have been a 3 week problem in 3 days. I even called back later to get some clarification on a prescription, and I was speaking with the nice lady at the front desk within 3 minutes. She continued being patient and helpful. I will absolutely go back here!

a week agoI had a car accident and came here to get a check up. I’m having pain in my neck, wrist and shoulder. It’s been two hours!! How can you be a fast med clinic with only one doctor. I already paid and my copay wasn’t cheap. I had to take off time off of work for this. They also have the nerve to have signs stating that they don’t do appointments; it’s reservations. I had one two hours ago. Time is money and they are wasting away mine.a month agoThe urgent care I normally go to is closed this weekend. Called AFC was able to get an appointment scheduled for less than an hour away. The staff was very friendly .The check in process was easy for my first time visiting. Doctor was great heard my concerns and had me taken care of in no time. If I need urgent care in the future I’ll be skipping my usual place and come here. Highly Recommend!a week agoSchedule an appointment the night before going. Went for a last minute sport’s physical and we were out in an Hour and a half! The nurse and front desk staff were great and Dr. Shelby was awesome with out young athlete!3 months agoThe staff was very accommodating close to closing time and waited for us to arrive since they heard my concern in my voice when I called ahead! They were quick, helpful, friendly, and even called my son by name at a follow-up! Great urgent care and we will come back for sure. Clean, modern, convenient.a week agoI was the very first patient (which I was thankful for) the lobby was disgustingly dirty I hated to even sit down the chair covers were falling apart, floors unkept and bugs crawling around. I was the first one back to an exam room and it looked like no one had touched it, I’m surprised there are not health inspectors closing the place down! The nurse and doctor were okay to help me, front desk staff left a lot to be desired. Just would not recommend unless there wasn’t another choice.
