in the last weekI am only giving a three star because it took from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm to finally get scene by a Doctor and didn’t get back home until 12:30 am. I feel that is a long time to have to wait to be scene. I am happy that I did get an answer for my pain which is a Hernia. The Doctor was great once I was able to be scene.2 months agoThey great to make questions, they great to make you wait 4 hours or more to NOT give you for sure a result, even after you tell them all your symptom, even after X-rays, cat scan… but it’s not just on saint Anne hospital, it’s been almost every hospital, you know why? … you gotta figure for your self, at the time you run to an emergency. We had better days. We had better doctors that we can call Dr. just my point of view after many visit’s, not just once.a month agoI have been going to Saint Anne’s Hospital for the past 7 years. The nurses and doctors at the ER are the kindest people and very professional. I didn’t find a hospital like Saint Anne’s and that’s why I go there. They actually listen to you when you are in pain. They have been always accommodating. If you get admitted the nurses are real nice. The doctors are also wonderful. Thank you Saint Anne’s Hospital. ??in the last weekHonestly, i would not recommend st. Annes. They seem to progressively get worse. I will not be going to st.annes anymore. They are very unorganized, understaffed, etc. The put patients in hallways rather than in actual rooms. A patient was puking in the hallway and should have had his own room. I was seated on a chair for my whole visit while i was in terrible pain. The doctor who treated me didn’t even know how to treat me so i have to go home and suffer with more pain. i will not be going back to st annes and i will now start recommending charleton hospital.a month agoWe took our 7 week old baby to the ER at St Anne’s and we were seen by Dr. Petit. She was extremely affectionate and kind and for a moment I thought she was a pediatrician. She was very calm, thorough and reassuring. The nurses were also kind and compassionate to my baby and I especially when they were trying to find her vein for IVF. We were there for about 5hrs . Overall a pleasant experience. Great team.

a month agoMy first time was this past week! The front end staff was exceptional.. my nurse Jocelyn was an absolute sweetheart. Cudos to her for the excellent placement of my IV.. not only did she find my hard to see veins.. but she is the first to not leave me with a huge bruise in years … I usually bruise almost immediately with any kind of blood work it’s been 2 days and there is no signs at all. I’m am super impressed. She made me feel at ease considering I was a first time colonoscopy patient. However the recovery room nurse could learn a bit of compassion, she was more concerned about telling people how many times her daughter had been to a Taylor Swift concert. She seemed annoyed with her job and made me feel uncomfortable, like I was an inconvenience, I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Also there was a young man who came into my area originally he offered me a drink or snack. He brought me water and later he entered and was standing behind my bed for about 4 minutes and never told me what he was doing. Creepy. I would have felt more at ease if I knew what he was doing. He was so quiet. Polite but not vocal. Overall I rate this place highly, maybe the nurse was having an off day. But I really hope this is not her norm.3 months agoHad a procedure done in 2021, besides the doctors bill and anesthesiologist bill,,,i was billed over Eleven hundred dollars “For the Facility ” I called and they said whatever you are able to send monthly is fine, after telling me this, it was almost immediately sent to a collection agency. So now I’m on the hook for this “Facility ” bill. I’ll never go there againa month agoShort staffed. Office staff talks excessively instead of doing their job. Young Phlebotomist couldn’t get an IV started. Surgical team on point. Support staff terrible! Avoid this facility.5 months agoNice place, great care! I had a very good experience for both me and my husband. All the nurses were amazing!4 months agoThe staff is exceptional! They were all so kind and helpful. I wish more places were like this.
