a week agoI recently visited XPress Urgent Care and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was professional, and efficient. The facility was clean and well-equipped, and I experienced minimal wait times. The medical team was knowledgeable and provided excellent care. I highly recommend Xpress Urgent care for anyone in need of urgent medical attention.2 weeks agoThis is the worst Urgent Care experience that I have ever had! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TRUSTWORTHY HEALTH CARE!! My husband went to this facility for a Covid PCR nasal swab on Monday. He was told that the results of a PCR Covid nasal swab test would be available by the next day (Tuesday). The following day we called numerous times and could not get anybody to answer the phone and/or call us back. Finally on Wednesday we were told the test was still “pending”, we were told the same thing on Thursday. Accordingly, I finally drove over to the location and was told by the receptionist that there was something wrong with the machine at LabCorp, the lab where the specimens are sent. This was/is a complete and utter LIE! I called the LabCorp and was told that Xpress Urgent Care miscoded the sample as a saliva sample and there was nothing wrong with the machine at the lab. LabCorp informed me that they were waiting for Xpress Urgent Care to apply the correct code and had been waiting for 3 days. Today is Friday, 5 days later, and I am still being told that the results are pending. We have not been able to get any kind of a response from the Office Manager or the Owner of this sub level facility. Apparently, as both a patient and a customer we are not important enough for any type of attention whatsoever let alone expeditious treatment of the nasal sample. I will be reporting them to the California Medical Board! Simply horrifying!! They should lose their license!a week agoI went in so sick… Got an injection, and prescriptions… Within 3 days got a follow up call to my surprise (on Sunday) and they gave me a medication to help my throat. This place is amazing! Thank you so much!a month agoI went in to get a covid test. The nurse. And front desk receptionist were very nice. They both were able to help me with what i needed. I got the rapid covid test. needed to wait almost a hr and 30 minutes for my results. Once the time was up i needed to call for my results. The receptionist. Was able to send me a copy of my results quickly.a month agoIt was easy to make an online appointment. Once I arrived, I was greeted and was taken back for a urinalysis test. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend it to family and friends. Thank you

3 months agoJust the best! My children and I have all had something going on with us (all different) the past few months and of course always at the most inopportune times. Thankfully, we have Carbon super close to home and it’s always easy and quick to get a same day appointment. Dr. Christie is the best. Always so kind, in a cheerful mood and knowledgeable. The kids always feel comfortable and he’s able to explain everything so easily and well. The place is very clean and welcoming. The whole team there is great. Can’t recommend them enough!in the last weekThis facility is nice and always quick. I’ve gone here and taken my kids here several times. I was particularly happy with the care I received today. The PA Cameron (Cam) Christie really took his time in asking me a variety of questions and listening to all my answers and history in detail. I WAS slightly concerned when I saw it was gonna be a male practitioner and my reasons for visiting were GYN related. I sometimes feel that certain male providers either rush through certain details or don’t truly “hear” what I’m trying to tell them when related to certain female concerns. But Cam did not display any such behavior, he listened and expressed genuine interest in every concern I had and went through all likely problems, tests and treatments that we could do (and then additional tests and options if I was interested). I felt like a heard and valued patient and am actually genuinely grateful for the level of care he provided me. Thank you Cameron Christie, PA-C aka Cam. 🙂4 months agoFast, friendly and efficient! Cameron, the PA I saw, was very nice and informative. He answered questions I didn’t even know I had. The staff, Kendy and Marisol, were very friendly and attentive as well. They got me checked in and roomed super fast. the app was also very easy to use. I used it to book my appointment same day and you can also see your lab results on there and any paperwork from your visit. Very happy with my experience ! ?4 months agoGreat experience! I was able to make a same day appointment online and complete the patient questionnaire online as well before I arrived. Wait time was minimal and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Carbon is my go to Ugent Care for myself, my husband and children when we are unable to get into our primary care physicians.4 months agoI was seen for my issue the same day and they quickly got me my medication to my pharmacy. They were kind, clean, professional, thorough, and had great bedside manner. I’ll be back if needed and would definitely recommend this place.

2 months agoIf I could give this place -0 stars, I would. My mom previously came in for pain & I observed the receptionist being rude to several people. Unfortunately we had to come back because it was in my mother’s network and close by. This time the receptionist was condescending, rude and mean to the point where my mom left crying and embarrassed. I’ve never experienced that type of behavior and from an urgent care at that. Please save yourself time, and look for another facility.3 months agoI received a bill in the mail that wasn’t covered by my insurance. When I researched and called my insurance and their billing department, they told me Peggy submitted the claim with an incorrect code. Their billing department requested she submit with the correct code. She responded back that it is correct, when it’s not. I just tried to get a hold of her and she refused to speak to me and now I’m left with no way to fix this issue.5 months agoRoxanna is a super attentive and wonderful PA. She really listens and cares about you as her patient. I am always so thankful after meeting with her that I have such a supportive pcp and know I’m getting great care.4 months agoShe was awesome. She showed my elderly mom so much respect. Added bonus: Dr Williams popped in to check in with mom. After a recent fall, I appreciate the time and care Dr Williams and his entire staff have shown us.
