3 months agoWent in for a DOT physical. Checked in at 9:30am. After doing the hight, weight, blood pressure, urine and vision. I was place in a room to wait for the doctor. I waited till 12:00pm to 1:00pm to ask the clerks why I’m still waiting. They did apologize for the inconvenience, but I was given the choice to either reschedule or keep waiting because they had 1 doctor. Keep in mind I don’t have any health complications so a physical for me takes about 15 minutes but it’s 2:30 right now and I’m still waiting. Im just going to try to see if I can get a refund at this point. Lucky the cafés inside the building is pleasant and the food is in your hands within 5 minutes.a week agoI arrived at approximately 10:40am, was called back to do the drug screen and physical at approximately 1:30pm. I was put in an exam room at aprx 1:45pm, after 30 minutes I asked when I would be seen, they said there was one person ahead of me. It was another 40 minutes before the Director approached me to say it would be about 10 more minutes. When I met with the Dr it took him about 12 minutes to finish everything. When he walked me out to the area to be checked out, he announced to the entire area in a loudish voice what my name was and that I felt I had been there to long, so could someone get me on my way quickly. I hadn’t been rude to the staff and felt that after being there for 5 hours this was rude and unprofessional. The PA that did the drug screen was kind and professional. Offered me water and a couple of small granola bars. After that no one spoke to until I starting sitting in their door way and say hi to people walking by. The staff ignored me unless I spoke to them, when they replied it was short and curt. I was at the clinic for a little over 5 hours for what seemed to be a 30 minute appointment. The clinic is under staffed for the number of patients coming in.in the last weekGreat customer service! I had a very short wait to be seen. All staff were very friendly and efficient. The clinic was also very clean. I will be choosing this site for my Concentra needs in the future!3 weeks agoMy HR department is getting billed for the services provided by Concentra as I didn’t enroll for medical benefits (2023). I mentioned this to the receptionist upon arrival on Thursday August 17th around 1pm. She said it would be a 5-6hr wait and I might not be seen that day she recommended me going back the following morning. I arrive around 8:25am on Friday. Got the same reply again (5-6hr wait being seen is not guaranteed). I got upset and emphasized I had to start work 11am. I needed the work status report per employer request. I guess a supervisor or doctor was walking behind the receptionist and gave her further instructions to speed up the time for my medical exam. In the next 1.5hr I was seen and was only 30mins late to work. This is really bad customer service because if an employer is paying Concentra, there should be an option to coordinate an appointment or avoid having to drive twice and still have to wait 5-6hrs. I can’t imagine what other patients in severe conditions have to go through at this clinic. Everyone’s well being should be a priority & I feel like customer service/training can be improved at this clinic.a month agoWent in for a physical for work. The nurses were really nice, and created a relaxed environment. Equally, the doctor who ran me through my physical was really professional and got me in and out in like 5 minutes once she got there

2 months agoI was promptly received and had a very short wait time (3 weeks agoFront staff and nurses were helpful and MD was clear about the results. MD gave information about steps to follow, treatment and progression of COVID. It was a pain that I was not able to get a test and shot after a delay due to poor communication with my doctor.3 weeks agoStaff are really accommodating and polite. I would put 5 stars but the only thing for me is the waiting time to see the physician. Other than that everything was fine. And would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!2 months agoThis place is nothing short of amazing!! I can’t tell you how many times they have been there for me when I needed them. They are extremely consistent in their patient care. The staff was very nice and personable, the facility is always clean. I usually goto the Lafayette location but since they open later I came here. Cannot say enough great things about the Concord Statmed. Thank you guys for being so wonderful from the front desk.. Medical assistants and X-ray techs!! Especially Dr. Connie!! She’s very thorough..knowledgeable .. compassionate. I’m so grateful to her!! I highly recommend this facility and would come back here rather than seeing my primary. 🙂a month ago” ( STAT MED URGENT CARE)”. Is Way better than waiting in a Hospital for 2 hours to be seen or to be registered to be seen even in a after hour emergency room unless you’re brought in by ambulance.. The receptionist and Doctor at stat med urgent care are more effective and efficient in seeing about your medical needs and getting you the proper medical treatment and medications… I wish that all hospitals would look at the amazing work that stat med urgent care does taking note”, giving you the best of the best care being provided without biasness nor culture discrimination of race/color. Treating you with respect and kindness… The Doctors there Do Not (Gaslight) you in anyway being honest and straight forward and not lazy nor lie in your face nor take a different race first in front of another…When they send medical prescription to be pick-up at location that patient provides they are totally effective in that area of efficiency..They give no excuses, the Doctors and medical nursing staff is A++… I recommend stat med urgent care for others who really need medical attention.. in the last weekI’ve been coming here, off and on, since 2006; I’ve seen the kids club close, the entrance with the inside of the mall close, the turf installed, the pool area close for extended periods of time; seen sooo many perks, benefits, & features go away, but NOTHING can be worse than them now closing at 8PM/9PM/10PM, and not open “24 Hours” anymore, UNACCEPTABLE!!! And I see they have a crime problem in the locker rooms now too!?! Just WOW!!!a month agoShocked. I am unfamiliar with gyms, but decided to give it a go. I went to the 24 Hour Fitness website because they seemed like a reasonable option (and likely a step up from Planet Fitness) and got a free 3 day guest pass to check it out in the hopes of joining. I was told at the Sun Valley Mall 24 Hour Fitness door that they aren’t honoring their own 3 day guest passes, but that they’d let me use the gym once. I don’t understand meat heads and now I will never step foot in a 24 Hour Fitness. I was ready to plunk down $350 for a year…wow! Now I wouldn’t join if it were free.a month agoI’m giving a three star to be fair because I haven’t actually been here yet, but want too. I’m very nervous after these reviews, not honoring passes, not clean. I want to swim, which having a clean pool is important and if the club isn’t clean on the workout floor I’m very worried. Should I even bother?a month agoFriday night a guy is working out in dress slacks, dress shirt, and loafers. Saturday, a lady comes in wearing a sundress and flip flops, working out with her DG purse strapped across her chest. Another lady has a huge backpack that she’s carrying around with her all over the gym floor. Where in the F is the staff to enforce some basic gym standards. People are idiots, but that’s what the staff is for, to enforce the rules. C’mon people!3 months agoI’m from out of town and and signed up for a week pass. The older man who i think is the manager mace he made me feel unwelcome from the jump and today kicked me out the sauna for not wearing the right shoes lol. I don’t mind following the rules that’s no issue but from one manager to another it’s about “approach” and that is definitely a skill he doesn’t have or needs to be more self aware about. Glad i’m only here temporarily.
