  The staff and doctors are so kind and genuinely care about our pets…AKA our family. We have a dog with chronic tummy issues, and unfortunately, we had to visit the emergency clinic a few years ago. They took great care of him, and we’ve since switched to Highland for all of his appointments. Continuity of care is just as important for our pets as it is for us. They are a little pricey, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. We won’t use another vet again. Highland for the win.

  They didn’t have a vet on duty so we had to drive to Champaign, where they advised we go, which was TERRIBLE!! I would think as big as Bloomington/Normal is there would be an emergency vet. I don’t ever suggest taking your animal to Champaign to the teaching hospital, they were determined to cut my dog open claiming she had an obstruction, she didn’t have an obstruction, the “vets’ hadn’t even graduated yet and there were apparently no actual vets on duty there either. Thank goodness I waited until Town and Country opened instead of taking the advice of the students in Champaign! This area really needs an emergency vet clinic!

  Took my dog there to check on him for the fact he was licking the air or anything he could get his mouth on..attempting to eat things like my wife’s hair or gulping excessively. Thankfully he seems okay now after having vomited. Looks like he had some hair in his stomach..maybe still has some in the back of his throat. But the wait to be seen was 1.5 hours. ONLY to then be told it will be a few more hours. As a pet parent, concerned for my pet, I didn’t feel like a priority to them. My wife agrees. Our baby boy was not a priority at all. Would have appreciated the notification a bit sooner. They were working on another animal, which is fine but I would have liked to know it was going to be a while that way I could have taken him somewhere else.

  On 3/1/23 I found my 8 year old healthy cat deceased in my basement. It was 1030 at night and I was in shock. I called the emergency vet to explain what happened. I was still very upset but calm enough to talk to them. As I was talking the girl (I wish I got her name) she audibly sighed and cut me off to explain the cremation services. I asked her if I would be able to bring my cat in for the night for them to hold her until my vet opened in the morning. They told me no, that if I bring her in they would be the ones to do the cremation. She said if I wanted to take her to my vet in the morning I would need to put my cat in MY freezer at home. I obviously said absolutely not a brought her in. I would have gladly paid a fee for them to hold her overnight. Luckily I called my vet in the morning and they helped me get a refund for the cremation and get my cat to them instead. I was so taken aback by their complete lack of empathy and how little they cared. It’s a shame because if someone is needing their services there is something seriously wrong and will need the most empathy during that time. Instead I was made to feel like my cat dying was a complete inconvenience for them.

  Dont bother with this place. Three different pets, all different levels of need, from basic infected wound care to what ended up being saddle thrombosis and even an aspirin would have helped slow the progression.. their answer- “go to U of I” theyre just a switch board for U of I Vets.. they wont see for an infected wound, they wont see for “cant walk right and lumps on leg”.. Wont even give fluids to a cat whose feeding tube came out.. literally went to another vet and it took them 2 seconds to know what was up with the saddle thrombosis- Person on the phone here incorrectly thought neurological…but wouldnt even see her to check. Either dont call and just show them the sick animal, or you have to be a “Karen”

  I dont know what their deal is, but if they dont want to see animals they need to just shut down. Ive taken multiple animals to almost every vet in town and the worst treatment has come from the hospital…actually worse than bad treatment..no treatment at all.

  I was visiting from out of town and a little worried my 1 year old might have an ear infection that had been going on for awhile. I was able to schedule an appointment and be seen within an hour. The wait time was minimal and the staff was wonderful. They were kind, helpful, and upbeat. The triage staff member and NP listened to my concerns, had wonderful bedside manner with my son, and provided very good information and advice. I would highly recommend for urgent/prompt care!

  It’s hard to find a place to take kids to when it comes to a doctors office not specifically for pediatrics, but this was A++ for my rambunctious boy needing a last minute school physical. Incredibly clean, very welcoming layout and the staff was excellent!! Scheduling was very easy. Dr Naseer was wonderful with my guy, and the nurse honestly could not have done better with him!

  We have gotten sports physicals many times over the years, and Tracy’s bedside manner was top notch. She immediately put my daughter at ease, and did a thorough and complete physical exam. I would highly recommend Mycare Express Care!

  I had a wonderful experience at your Prompt Care location. From start to finish, everything was seamless and efficient.

  The online appointment scheduling system was incredibly convenient, saving me the hassle of waiting in line for an unpredictable amount of time. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel at ease.

  I had the pleasure of seeing Nurse Practitioner Tracy during my visit, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She was compassionate, attentive, and took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail. Her professionalism and expertise were truly impressive.

  Went to urgent care here, and I had never been to urgent care so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But they were amazing! I was out within 30 minutes with my prescription in hand. I didn’t even feel rushed while I was there. They seemed genuinely caring.

  We came to this Urgent care because it was 7pm on a Saturday. We hadn’t been here before. They were great, quick, and so polite. I highly recommend if you are in need of a prompt care visit!

  I had a foot injury and decided to go here instead of the ER. The facility was very clean, only one other person was waiting there along with me. The staff was so friendly, like seriously the kindest medical staff I have ever encountered!! The medical assistant (I believe her name was Madeline) made me feel so comfortable and conversated with me throughout the entire experience. There was also a male staff member who I did not get the name of but was also so kind and helpful. The doctor, Jenny, fixed me up very quickly and was extremely personable and friendly, as well. I couldn’t say better things about this place!

  So for Osf on call you now should make reservations goes against the name they will see walk ins but you wait in between reservations. Receptionist was discouraging people to stay telling them the wait is long and she couldn’t tell how long it could be. This was the worst walk in place I have ever been and won’t return. They need a new receptionist.
