in the last weekThe care and time spent was exceptional! They answered all my questions and concerns. I was given good care along with what to look for if my fever persisted. I am happy with the service given. Definitely my go to place for any urgent care.a month agoThe physician Anatole was awesome, she was very gentle and caring. My daughter really likes her. She ran up to her and gave her a hug and my daughter is not too friendly but today’s visit was awesome. My niece was also seen today and she handled my niece with care, so I really appreciate that. Thank you so much physician Natalie, you were great..2 months agoWe traveled from CA and needed our daughter to be seen for sinus problems that we were not able to handle on our own. The staff was absolutely amazing and wonderful. Our daughter was completely comfortable and gave us ease knowing she was well taken care of.2 months agoWent in and needed stitches. I didn’t have an appointment and saw that there were 4 names ahead of me, they took me in before those other patients. I actually thought I had to wait. I probably waited 10 min before being seen. Everyone was nice. The provider was kind and was quick with the stitches.7 months agoParents of sick littles take your kidos here! We were walk-ins and we only waited 25 minutes. That was with their system being down! The staff sprung into action and had us fill out paper forms instead. Our son has autism and so the nerves of being in a unfamiliar setting were definitely there. However the nurse practitioner/doctor who saw us was amazing with all of his sensory needs! Our son was very comfortable and happy because of their kid friendly demeanor!

2 weeks agoStaff was courteous and helpful. The doctor that assisted me was thorough and kind. They all spent the time explaining my diagnosis, assisting with my brace, and helping with paperwork. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for treating me like a human and not just another number. ❤️in the last weekToday 09/14/2023 we were waiting in the lobby the front desk young ladies very nice even though the clinic is busy. There was a crazy lady yelling at them because it seemed that the lady was not understanding that she needed to fill out her forms correctly. The lady waiting to be seen was very rude and had a nasty attitude even though they were trying to explain why she needed to fill out her paperwork. Honestly the front desk staff was handling it very well but the lady was making a big show ripping papers even when they told her they could shred it she insisted in tearing it apart and shoving it in her purse. The front desk staff was really trying to stay HIPPA complaint but the lady was shouting her issue in the lobby.She then took pride in saying very loudly that she placed a complaint when she was the one in the wrong and wouldn’t follow simple directions that are required at any doctor visit. I work at a diffrent urgentcare was really debating whether to say something to the lady so she would calm down but someone from the back was able to calm her down. Honestly her behavior should have gotten her kicked out and trespassed by the police because she was the one harassing the staff not how she was trying to make it seem.So good job front office staff for staying calm even when this lady was being a total clown!4 months agoFirst time visiting…typically go to Dignity Health but due to recent insurance guidelines change this was referred. Clean, fast and friendly. The staff actually listens to you and your medical history. Wait time was okay about an hour and half. Total visit time 2.5 hours. Not a bunch of labs and result holding time. Overall great experience.a month agoThis was the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. It was well organized from check in to check out. It was very clean throughout. The reception staff was friendly and polite. The providers were extremely professional and caring.a month agoThe FNP that I saw Brian Eggen was great. He was very thorough. He seemed very caring to help me to get better. Unfortunately, he said that he was calling in 5 prescriptions for me but only four were received. The inhaler is on my discharge summary but was not called in. I called the urgent care clinic back (hit for prescription questions)and was on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever answered. So I called back and hit for appointments and was still on hold forever. No one ever answered. So I guess I won’t be getting my I haler to help me breath.

I was taken care of and on my way. I would visit again if needed.4 months agoFrom signing in at the front desk, to vitals and getting stitches (for my 11 year old), we were treated very kind and felt comfortable throughout our whole visit. Our visit couldn’t have been better. This really makes a difference especially when it comes to your children.
