a month agoMy first time coming to this location. I came in for a physical. It was such a great experience. Everyone was really nice, welcoming and helpful. Inside is really clean and nice. It was very quick and simple.There is parking on the side. Which is paid meter parking.
a week agoEveryone is super nice and professional here. Actually one of the best urgent care I ever walked into. I came here for my physicals and drug test and everything went smoothly and didn’t have to wait too long. The facility is clean and they even offer snacks and refreshera month agoI was told the wait would be horrendous and it wasn’t! The employer even told me what times were best to go due to the long wait and when I went I was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t long at all – the staff mentioned it could be a bit of a wait but I was in and out on both visits. Staff was really nice and they even give you (my location) a parking pass. No complaints at all!a month agoThe PA I met with was incredibly helpful, supportive, and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable with my treatment plan, and gave me lots of opportunity to influence my own care. I like my current primary or I would be trying to switch to Monica. Great care.a month agoWent to this location as a walk in. Even though it was crowded I was seen in a matter of minutes. Very friendly and competent staff. Great doctors. I was even offered a snack and water during my short wait to see my doctor. Highly recommend this location.

a week agoThis is my go to clinic when I can’t be seen by my primary doctor. They provide full service medical care and testing for Covid, flu, RSV. I can always get a same day appointment which is great when you are sick and need immediate medical care. Their office is near me so it’s just a perfect situation. Gives me great peace of mind that I can be seen right away and not have to sit all day in the emergency room to see a doctor. Great staff, nice clean environment.a month agoI had a great overall experience coming here. Scheduling an appointment online was super simple and straightforward. Dr. Hira was helpful, compassionate, and easy to work with. I hadn’t been able to see a doctor for several years and was able to get everything checked out that I needed checking. I got to my appointment a little early and didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. I can’t recommend this place enough.in the last weekGot an appointment for this morning. When I arrived, their system couldn’t “verify” my insurance, even though I already verified it on their app. They told me I would have to pay $215 up front and bill my own insurance. What??? Especially after reading all the complaints about their billing department I was not going to be handing over payment What a waste of time. Would not book here again.a week agoI’m giving it 2 stars bc the care I received was good, but their billing department is a nightmare to deal with. I asked at the front desk if my insurance would be in network – they confirmed that yes, and all I have is minimal copay. Then in a month I get a bill for a total of $310, saying that my insurance was out of network. I talked to insurance, they said it should be in network, and they’re working on fixing the issue on their end. In the meantime, I shouldn’t be charged by Carbon health. Of course, I tried emailing and calling them, but it’s impossible to talk to a human, and my CC was charged… I followed up on the emails, but nothing. Now I’m out $310 for a charge that I confirmed would be in-network. You also can’t remove your credit card from their files.a month agoThe providers were thorough and explained everything clearly. All of my questions were answered and the staff was warm and friendly. I never felt rushed or that I was taking up too much time. I left with an action plan and am so glad I went to this urgent care.

Very pleasant, personable, and highly skilled physician. He recently detected my aortic aneurysm even without symptoms, thus, saving my life. Exceptional doctor. All staffs are very accommodating and professional in every sense.
