a week agoI recently took my 3.5 son and 6yr old daughter for their regular hair cuts. Maddie and Vanessa did a fantastic job, we got exactly what we wanted style wise for both of them and they look adorable and “done up” not just chopped! The kids felt pampered and important, not rushed out the door. The stylists took their time and really attended to their needs. The whole salon was very inviting and relaxing as well, which is a stark contrast to other local places. Thank you!a week agoI’ve been seeing Cara for the last 7 years since I moved to Minnesota. She is the best! My haircuts are always fabulous and I leave the salon feeling great with the healthiest hair ever! The prices are reasonable for the expertise that you are given with each stylist. They never try to up sell you on any products but always willing to give you the best advice and options for your specific concerns.in the last weekI have been coming to Salon Ultimo for over 10 years now and they are a great friendly staff. They do a great job with getting my appts. scheduled for me. I love the way Lisa cuts and styles my hair. Lisa is really a joy to come get my cuts every 5 weeks. I look forward to getting my hair done here. Cyndyin the last weekI have been going to Frannie for my eyebrows for a while, and I just had my first dermaplaning appointment with her. As always, she was very courteous and efficient. I totally recommend her if you’re in the market for an esthetician.

2 weeks agoGreat place to get your haircut or do a real close shave and beard trim. A little spendy for a men’s cut but it’s worth it. This has become my new haircut place.Their online system for scheduling your appointments is super easy to use and convenient too. You get to choose your services you want and who you want to do them, it’s great!
a week agoMy service was great. My son was scheduled for a haircut and shave. The guy just seemed annoyed to have to be there and treated my son like a burden. Spent a lot of money for him to be treated poorly. Not sure I’d spend the money again at this location2 years agoThe woman at the front desk was the only nice part of this experience. I made an appt for my 7 year old son and Ken, the stylist did not say anything to him… did not even acknowledge him. He was not friendly and did not cut his hair well at all. I felt as if we were bothering him.It’s chopped way too short. I specifically told him (Ken) where the cowlick was and he did not listen, it is now sticking straight up. He did a hard part and did a very thick un-even line. We are will not be coming back and now I need to find someoene to fix this .

I told the stylist that one side was longer than the either. She assured me that it was because of my curl. Measured it for myself when I got home and it was more than an inch longer. Will have to go back again. About 4 years ago I got sick of my long hair and got a pixie cut from Rachel. I was so pleased and every time I return, I hope she’s working as she’s the best stylist they have. There are other talented ladies too, Rachel just rocks it every time! She’s a valuable asset to your company.
