  Fox and Hound did hair and makeup for myself, my mother and my bridesmaids for my wedding last spring. I was very happy with my hair and makeup. Everything looked great throughout the whole day, late into the night and looked beautiful in pictures. As far as I am aware there were no complaints from any of my bridesmaids. Unfortunately, when it came to my mother’s makeup, we were very unhappy. We both paid for trial hair and makeup months before, and were unsatisfied with the outcome at that time. We gave constructive and specific feedback, both in person at the time of the trial, and over multiple text messages, so to be sure the preferences were documented for the day of the wedding. We were assured by the cosmetologist that she understood and agreed with the critiques, and that it would not be a problem to fix them the day of the wedding. My mom’s makeup the day of the wedding was an exact repeat of the trial. Ultimately, she walked into the salon that morning with her makeup looking much better than it did when we walked out. Our complaints were the same, instead of highlighting and accentuating her best features, her fine lines and wrinkles were magnified. I am not exaggerating that she looked about 10 years older. I could tell she was unhappy as the cosmetologist was finishing up. She asked me to come over to have a look. We politely attempted to express our concerns, to which the employee responded with frustration, “I can’t fix old skin”. Not wanting to cause a scene or take away from my wedding day, my mom thanked the young, rude and inexperienced young woman for trying her best, paid for the service and even gave a tip. My mom is in her early 60’s, while she does have mature skin, her skin is in very good condition. We were not expecting for her to look like Angelina Jolie, but we were expecting for her makeup to be at least slightly elevated than her everyday look. Long story short, I would caution anyone middle aged or older from receiving professional makeup from this salon. This makeup artist in particular was young, inexperienced and unskilled in applying makeup to older women. We gave her the benefit of the doubt when she said she could fix it, that was our mistake. The fact that my mom was disappointed about anything at all at my wedding is just about only negative thing that stands out to me when reflecting about the day over a year later. Just hoping this will save a mother & daughter the same disappointing experience.

  Britt B was very professional and not overly talkative, which made my experience very enjoyable. She obviously has a passion for her work and treated me like a princess. I look forward for my next hair cut and would gladly request her if she is available. Also, the prices were amazing for the quality of treatment I experienced!

  Went here for a shampoo and hair cut. I had Dani as my hairdresser, she is amazing! She is so sweet and down to earth. I love that she listened to me and respected my wishes to not chop off all my hair. I also came back and got a pedicure from her. BEST pedicure of my life!! I will definitely be back to this salon!

  Every part of Fox and Hounds is wonderful. I have had my hair and nails done there numerous times. I even had my wedding party get ready here.

  But I also see Jessica and she is amazing. Not only is she great at what she does, but she takes the time to get to know you, does what’s best for your skin, and genuinely cares about each and everyone of her clients.

  I came here hoping for a decent massage, and man was I impressed! Lisa completed a 90 minute massage and she was amazing! I have super high standards for massage. If you like deep tissue, she’s amazing! And she does other kinds too! Highly recommend.

  DO NOT GO! The woman cutting my hair hardly asked any questions about what I wanted and wound up cutting off waaaaaaay too much hair. Not to mention my hair wasn’t blended with my beard at all and she wound up making my beard uneven on the sides leaving me with the responsibility of fixing it at home. I have super easy haircut that feel impossible to mess up but somehow they’ve done it!

  I went in and asked for a 3 on the sides and half an inch off the top. The lady cutting my hair had an attitude from the start and started buzzing the sides with no regard for how it felt while almost ripping the hair out. Then took all of the length off the top and when i told her to stop with the haircut she claimed she heard me say leave half an inch on the top. Don’t go here if you want what you ask for.

  Super cuts has to be one of the absolute worst places to get your hair trimmed at. They are the McDonald’s of hair salons and barbers. I went in with fairly long hair , ask for just a small trim, for them to cut just the hair covering my ears and sticking up on the back but to keep the length. Instead they decided to buzzcut most of my hair off and took away all the length I said I wanted to keep. This has happened the couple of times I’ve gone there. They blatantly ignore whatever you ask them to do and buzz cut your hair into the same exact hair style every time. Now I have to wait months for my hair to grow back to the way I wanted it to be. Don’t go to Supercuts , find an actual barber.

  Uneven haircut, took 15 minutes total from in to out… 5 minutes of blunt cutting my hair, sprayed the back of hair and dry cut the front. Called her on it and she said I was being assertive and she didn’t like it. I told her to stop raising her voice at me and that asking questions about my UNEVEN haircut was not being assertive. At that point my trust for her was NONE! She told me my hair SHOULD look like that because it was a round cut.
