Normally I’d say this is my favorite place to come, but lately – not so much. I used to always look forward to the pot roast, but today and last couple times – it has been tough, very dry. They also used to do fresh seasonal veggies on the side, now it’s just the mirepoix and mushroom in the roast juice. Plus, the food wasn’t hot at all more like warm or room temperature at best. Some parts felt cold. The food looks great don’t get me wrong and has overall a good taste but I would like to enjoy a nice hot meal when I think of a slow cooked pot roast. We all asked for tea, only a couple of ours was not very warm maybe just room temperature. At the beginning, I asked for a straw for my water. That never came. And I was too tired to ask. I also felt like the fried chicken that my son ordered looked well over done and dry. He mentioned his food also wasn’t all the same temp/hot either. Now not that I don’t expect them to do something for birthdays, but our waitress was very adamant that they don’t do “anything” special. She said maybe could get a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the house. No worries, we weren’t very hungry for dessert. Anyway, I’m just wondering if there’s been a change in chef’s or restaurant decision’s for meals with the change in overall quality and consistency?

We had some of the most delicious brunch at Sammamish Cafe. The entire experience was great from beginning to end. We were warmly welcomed, promptly seated and experienced professional service and delicious food throughout the entire dining experience. This is not your typical dining experience. The restaurant and bar was very busy but we were treated as if we were the only people there. The food was fresh, expertly prepared and was next level delicious. We had varieties of omelettes and scrambled eggs with sides of pancakes/ hash browns/ toast. So delicious! Super full after that and ended up being lazy on Saturday 🤪

Such a great experience! It reminded me a little of south of US. Really good and filling food! So many things to choose from. From omelette to waffles ( all kinds). Coffee and cinnamon rolls were delicious! Very fresh and taste was amazing. People working there were very friendly and patient. Great place to meet with a lot of people. In the morning had no problem with finding parking spot.

It is really unique place in the center of Sammamish WA.

It was a very tasty brunch. For the kids, the m&n pancakes and milk were the best choices. The soft pancakes filled my hunger and gave me pleasure. The wait was long, but I was able to bear it.

Got on the waitlist and received an eta for seating which I really appreciated. When we walked in there was a table ready for us but this place is super popular so I think we just got really lucky so I wouldn’t expect that every time. The busyness shows the love the community has for this place and I can see why.

The food was great my muffin came with butter so if you don’t like that ask for it dry. I didn’t mind my hash browns but if you want them extra crispy just ask. I will do that next time. I got the migas omelette and I was huge, delicious, and hot. My friend got the classic eggs Benedict and he said “these are some of the best I’ve had”.

Our server (tall) Dylan, was attentive but not overbearing. We had everything we needed.

We loved the atmosphere. It was really nostalgic and welcoming. We are absolutely going to work our way through the menu.

We absolutely loved this place. We got the sharing platter and some extra sides, and everything was fantastic. I really enjoyed the Nan & the spicy hummus as well as all the meats. The facility itself is well set up and has a great view. The service was good and everyone was friendly. The price seemed fair for how much we got.

You can see the mountains while dining here and the whole atmosphere is very relaxing. Food is a bit on the higher end but really good. They also give you complimentary bread which is so soft and fresh. Liked the falafel plate and the spinach bread. Would be back to try other dishes on the menu.

Great food, service and atmosphere! The Chicken Shawarma and Tanoor Gyro sandwiches were very good. The portion size for add-on fries was ridiculously small and overpriced ($6). The best part of the meal is the basket of freshly made pitas. I could make a meal just eating the warm pita bread.

Great setting to begin with. Very roomy. Very tall ceiling and huge glass windows produced a lot of natural light. The decor are a great combination of classic and modern touches too. Service was great. And food is top notch. The bread was straight from the oven and tasted great. Highly recommend the yellow rice to go with the meat. Well mixed with lots of flavors. A great selection of beverages too, many kinds of freshly made lemonade.

Fabulous flavors and amazing presentation for the food. We loved this place. Had so many vegetarian options (egg free) too. We tried the coffee too, the presentation was amazing but none of us liked the taste of it 😀

Located in Sammamish is a nice store having very good quality products. Everything needed for a house is available. We were happy with excellent quality of vegetables and fruits. We also bought Milk and Milk Products which are of very good quality. Good display of all products in the store. Overall a nice experience.

This Trader Joe’s is immaculate and bright, with wide aisles, affording plenty of room to not be crowded together with other shoppers. The check out staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. As always, per Trader Joe’s reputation of many years, there are many interesting and unique products on the shelves and at great prices. They stock a good assortment of organic products and produce too.

The staff at Trader Joes in Sammamish are always so friendly and actually seem to enjoy working there which is great to see. The produce is always great quality and I love all the new seasonal items that they get in. I constantly go in for milk and cheese and come out with a cart full of exciting new things to try. Always reasonably priced compared to other local grocery stores too in my opinion.

I feel like the quality of MOD pizza has gone down. I had always enjoyed the decent tasting pizza for the price, and after coming back, the renovations were definitely cool to see (not quite sure about the green theme) but the pizza was not quite the same. The dough was soft, indicating that it wasn’t quite cooked fully, and the prices also increased. The staff were friendly as always, but it’s disappointing to see the overall decrease in quality.

Kind staff and relatively quick service. Pizzas are decent.

Quality of Pizza and service has gone south. Ordered my pizza online to save time, app says it will be ready in 15mins, I arrived after 30mins and the staff was yet to start working on my order. I went at 3pm on a Tuesday and store was empty so I think staff was just lazy to work. As I was standing near online pickup order no-one bothered to ask me why was I in the store and I had to remind them that I am here for pickup. the guy working on my order burnt my garlic bread in front of me and did not clean the leftover burnt bread from the Pizza Peel. Finally received my order after almost 45mins with completely black burnt crust, wrong ingredients and a weird cheese bread which tasted of only cheese. No apology for late service and staff had a “I am doing you a favor” attitude. Waste of my time and a disappointing late lunch. I am never coming back at this location even though its 5mins from my home

Terrible staff and extremely slow. Everytime I come into this Mod they are way under staffed and I end up waiting over 30 minutes for a single pizza order. It’s honestly ridiculous, staff is rude as well and doesn’t want to help with door dash orders. Stay away from this place. Terrible management as well as service.

This is a standard MOD Pizza serving up everything your heart desires from the chain. The staff was kind and helpful and the toppings plentiful. Opted to try the “No-Name-Cakes” (Ding-Dong) and they were tasty too.

Pro Tip: try everything. Why limit yourself?

I worked here for 3 months this is the worst bowl I have ever seen made. One, the portions are terrible. And two, this bowl was $11 for half a bowl of rice, chicken, and cheese.

This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. They are horrible with their consistency with their food and every time I make an online order items are missing and the food is not the same quality as other locations.

A few days ago, when my wife went to get dinner for our family, they told her that they were only doing online orders and would not help customers who actually came to the store to make an order. That was frustrating, but we figured it couldn’t be their normal operating procedure to turn away paying customers who are right in front of them.

Tonight I went back to give them one last chance. There were no signs on the door or anywhere indicating they wouldn’t help me, so I went inside and was told that, yet again I had wasted my time and they were only taking online orders.

This is ridiculous – at least put up a sign and let me know that your operation is poorly managed and doesn’t care about their customers. I own a business in sammamish. I know it’s difficult to find good employees, but I would never treat people this way. Very poor customer service.

The Chipotle organization should seriously consider closing this location or at least completely taking over management – this location makes the company look incompetent.

Uncooked rice. Terrible portions. Horrible management. Easily worst chipotle. Consistently understaffed. No one seems to know what they are doing cause employees leave every week.
By Khushang Hirpara (a week ago)
I have been working on at chipotle for almost a full year, the managers are wonderful, and most of the time with bad reviews and complaints they have nothing to do with the employees, whenever we run out of a product we cannot serve it and we do as much in our ability to get a product we are out of, there is a bit of foul language used in the back of the kitchen and even then, as a workforce we do not offend each other and if we are rude to a customer we always find a way to apologize to them. Recently we have had some bad habits but none contribute to the bad reviews that I see all over the place.
