  Ann was the best. I’m old school so I loved the quality of service and attention to detail. From the hair wash, to the hot towel, to the haircut, everything was done with such care. She even gave me expert advice on how I should get my haircut to make it look better than I had always had it cut before.

  I received the basic mani and pedi with gel polish and it was amazing. Dez and Natasha were easy to talk to and kind. The massage was great and my nails looks amazing.   I regularly get my nails done with Stephanie and she is amazing! The biosculpture nail service is always impeccable and beautifully executed, and Stephanie is very professional and fun to chat with. You also receive a free beverage (wine, whiskey, coffee, or soda) each visit and the chairs are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone if I could!

  Got contacted after I left. I’m happy with the acknowledgment and resolution.

  Set appt for 12pm 08/12 by 12:20PM I still hadn’t been seen.

  This place is nearly impossible to get service as a walk in.

  They are really appointment based. I can understand for the barbers to pick up walk ins but it should not interfere with your appointments.

  Barber seemed to be in the middle of a cut so who knows how much longer it would be to be seen because I left.

  Extremely great haircuts, not enough time. I would grade a 5 but for staff issues 2 stars. We got places to go not haircuts to watch, management needs to step up their game this is not a food establishment. If your haircuts are that dope then let’s see it! Time is money obviously these guys charge 45 a haircut hopefully your lined up propely. Just understaffed.

  Horrible experience I waited for 2 HOURS as a walk in and was never acknowledged until the shop closed and told me they wouldn’t be able to cut my hair. Really unprofessional and waste of time if you go as a walk in.
