The 1 star review is for the price. 21 dollars for a haircut is crazy..4 months agoI really recommend this location, specifically getting your hair done by Stylist Maribel. I do not know her personally, but she is very kind and patient and we had such lovely conversation. She took her time on my hair and I was really impressed that she wanted my input each step of the way (bangs, layers, etc.) and also provided her professional opinion and even took the time to explain why my hair falls the way it does. 10/10 recommend Maribel as a stylist, well worth your time and money.4 months agoIt’s definitely a cool place to visit and has a lot visitors3 months agoFriendly and helpful. My barber G makes me feel like family and whenever he gives me my fresh cuts, we just have good conversations making us both laugh to the point where sometimes we cry. If he were to leave, I would honestly leave with him. I had scheduled an appointment at 11:00 AM, with Jaylowc Robinson, Expecting a smooth and efficient service. The lack of organization and preparation on the part of the barbershop was evident. It is entirely unacceptable for a business to leave its customers and employees standing outside, unable to enter the premises, especially during the scheduled appointment time. This level of unprofessionalism is disheartening, to say the least. When we managed to get inside I was informed that the person that was supposed to be doing my cut didn’t even show up. I was not accommodate for my time. Unfortunately, this incident has left a lasting impression, and I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this barbershop in the future. A business that fails to prioritize its customers’ satisfaction and demonstrates a lack of professionalism does not deserve my patronage.

2 months agoI would highly reccomend Westend to anyone needing a haircut and beard trim. It is hard to find a good barber these days that actually listens to how you want your hair cut. Josh did a great job and made sure I was satisfied before I left. The shop is clean and the conversation was great. Next time I’m in town I will definitely be stopping by.3 months agoI brought my two very picky high school boys into Josh for haircuts. They absolutely loved everything about this place from the rustic decor, chill people, to the friendly dog politely greeting everyone. Their cuts were exactly what they asked for. Josh gave them the best haircuts they have ever had!! He is a master of his craft!!4 months agoTo start off with the environment felt very warm and welcoming which always makes the experience more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and that’s something I appreciate because it makes you feel comfortable.The dog Duke was friendly and a sweetheart, so how could you not enjoy having a dog around while getting your haircut. Overall, a wonderful place to go get a haircut and I would go back again.
