4 weeks agoJill is very rude to say the least. I don’t know how anyone in this type of business can be so rude over the phone for no reason. I also got hung up on, she didn’t let me get a sentence out. I’ve been wanting to be apart of the sports clips team for the past year and the first interview they didn’t have any openings in Topeka so I had to turn the Lawrence location down. So now I have waited a couple months and reapplied and got scheduled a phone interview that never happened. I never got a phone , email, text. So I called and they said the manager was out on maternity leave that they are seeing what they can do for an interview. So I finally called and Jill was there. And to try to seek a job for over a year then jump through all these loops for a week to figure out what happened to the phone interview to get on the phone with Jill for her to say we tried to phone interview you didn’t answer we don’t want you working here don’t call no more!!!!!???? Not once did she even ask if there was an issue or anything like that. It was very poor service especially from the assistant manager. I’m very upset how I was treated for no reason. Because I’m looking for a job????? I really hope that corporate gets these reviews and hopefully they can get their attitudes checked before they have a client snap on them. People don’t understand how everyone is under the most stress they’ve ever been in and to call a place that’s supposed to be where you relax and unwind has a lot of rude assistant manager, if she’s like that I only wonder what the other staff is like SMH2 weeks agoWe drove 45mins to get haircuts for my kids. The workers were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They gave my kids some fresh haircuts, which they were happy with.a month agoCheck in online first because it’s always busy. Also check in when you get there using the small tablets and your phone number. Staff won’t tell you that and it’s not clearly commuciated anywhere. Otherwise you’re sitting there while your wait time just increases and increases as they skip you.a month agoI’ve had the same lady cut my hair twice this year and both times she cut my neck to the point that blood was running down my neck. good haircut though, just don’t want to be ripped to shreds while getting it donein the last weekI will never bring my son back, the lady didn’t even listen to what we wanted and gave him a buzz cut, very rude and disrespectful. Way over priced for what you get

I waited another 25 min for one of the other barbers while the first barber just talked with someone who stopped by. I left wondering why he didn’t want to cut my hair.
